Background

The air conditioner adopts the aviation baffle to guide the air-out direction, and current aviation baffle respectively connects a flexible drive unit at length direction's both ends, and when the air conditioner opened, flexible drive unit pushed the aviation baffle out the air outlet, installs the rotating electrical machines on the flexible drive unit, and the rotating electrical machines drives the aviation baffle and rotates, realizes upwards opening and downwards opening of air outlet.

However, when the air deflector opens the air outlet upwards to discharge air, a gap is easily formed between the lower end of the air deflector and the lower side wall of the air outlet, which causes air volume loss; and when the air outlet is opened downwards, a gap is easily formed between the upper end of the air deflector and the upper side wall of the air outlet, so that air volume loss is easily caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an air guide assembly with flexible opening and adjustment of an air outlet and small air quantity loss.

In order to achieve the purpose, the air guide assembly provided by the invention comprises an air guide plate and at least two driving units, wherein each driving unit comprises a telescopic rod; the main face of one side of the air deflector is provided with a slideway, the slideway extends along a first direction, one end of a telescopic rod can be slidably and rotatably connected onto the slideway, the axial direction of the telescopic rod and the air deflector which relatively rotate is along a second direction, the telescopic direction of the telescopic rod is perpendicular to the second direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the normal direction of the main face of the air deflector, and the second direction is perpendicular to the normal direction of the main face of the air deflector.

Therefore, through the structural design of the air guide assembly, when the air guide assembly is installed on an air conditioner, each driving unit is fixed on the shell of the air conditioner, the air outlet of the air conditioner can be opened upwards, opened downwards or closed downwards by adjusting each driving unit, so that the air guide plate can be adjusted to be in contact with the lower side wall of the air outlet of the air conditioner through each driving unit when the air conditioner is opened upwards, air leakage between the air guide plate and the lower side wall of the air outlet of the air conditioner is not easy to occur, similarly, when the air guide plate is opened downwards, air leakage between the air guide plate and the upper side wall of the air outlet of the air conditioner can be prevented from occurring, the air guide plate is flexibly controlled and adjusted, and air volume loss is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1, a main surface of the air guiding plate 1 is rectangular, two sliding grooves 21 are disposed on the main surface of the air guiding plate 1 facing the inside of the housing, the sliding grooves 21 extend along a width direction a of the air guiding plate 1, and the two sliding grooves 21 are respectively disposed at two ends of the air guiding plate 1 along a length direction b.

Preferably, referring to fig. 1 to 3, a cross section of the chute 21 along the width direction a of the air deflector 1 is "T" shaped; the chute 21 has a cavity 211 corresponding to the transverse part of the T shape and a notch 212 corresponding to the vertical part of the T shape, and the size of the notch 212 of the chute 21 is smaller than that of the cavity 211 along the length direction b of the air deflector 1.

Specifically, referring to fig. 2, each sliding groove 21 is defined by the air guide plate 1 and two strip bodies 23 fixedly arranged on the air guide plate 1, the strip bodies 23 extend along the width direction a of the air guide plate 1, the two strip bodies 23 defining the same sliding groove 21 are distributed at intervals along the length direction b of the air guide plate 1, the cross section of the strip body 23 along the width direction a of the air guide plate 1 is L-shaped, and the sliding groove 21 is formed between the two strip bodies 23.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, along the width direction a of the air deflector 1, both ends of the slot 211 are sealed; specifically, the air guide assembly further comprises a plug 24, and the plug 24 plugs two ends of the groove cavity 211 along the width direction a of the air guide plate 1; preferably, two plugs 24 are plugged at the same end of the same cavity 211, the two plugs 24 are distributed along the length direction b of the air deflector 1, a first space 25 is left between the two plugs 24, and the first space 25 is opposite to the notch 212. In the width direction a of the air deflector 1, the driving unit 22 at the upper end of the air deflector 1 is a first unit 22a, the driving unit 22 at the lower end of the air deflector 1 is a second unit b, the telescopic rod 221 of the first unit 22a is a first rod 221a, and the telescopic rod 221 of the second unit b is a second rod 221b, when the air deflector 1 assembly is used, referring to fig. 7, if the air conditioner needs to wind upwards, the first rod 221a is controlled to extend, and the air deflector 1 rotates around the second rod 221b to open the air outlet; referring to fig. 8, if the air conditioner needs to wind air downwards, the second rod 221b is controlled to extend, and the air deflector 1 rotates around the first rod 221a to open the air outlet.

Alternatively, the air guiding plate 1 may be provided with sliding grooves for mounting the first unit 22a and the second unit 22b, the first unit 22a and the second unit 22b are not necessarily provided in a group, and the number of the first unit 22a and the second unit 22b is not necessarily equal.

Of course, when the air outlet is opened by the air deflector 1 from the lower side, the first rod 221a may also be extended and retracted appropriately, so that the air deflector 1 contacts with the upper sidewall of the air outlet, and air leakage between the air deflector 1 and the upper sidewall of the air outlet is avoided; similarly, when the air outlet is opened from the upper side of the air deflector 1, the second rod 221b can also be extended and retracted appropriately, so that the air deflector 1 is in contact with the lower sidewall of the air outlet, thereby preventing air leakage between the air deflector 1 and the lower sidewall of the air outlet, and facilitating reduction of air volume loss of the air conditioner.

Finally, it should be emphasized that the above-described preferred embodiments of the present invention are merely examples of implementations, rather than limitations, and that many variations and modifications of the invention are possible to those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
