Technical Field

The invention relates to a binding device for a stator coil of a generator, in particular to a binding and storing rack device for the stator coil of a large permanent magnet direct-drive wind driven generator.

Background

A large permanent magnet direct-drive wind driven generator motor stator coil is bound, the coil needs to be flatly placed on a binding table, and the table surface of the binding table is wide. At wrapping the in-process, need carry the coil repeatedly, the wrapping of coil is realized in the upset, consequently can have the deformation and the interturn damage risk that transport, upset caused the coil. If the coil is deformed, the coil cannot be inserted in the follow-up process; if the coil turns are damaged, the insulation performance of the coil is reduced, and even turn-to-turn breakdown of the coil is caused, so that the quality of the generator after the generator is placed on a tower is affected.

For the above reasons, improvements to existing wrapping support and station devices are needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a large permanent magnet direct-drive wind driven generator stator coil wrapping support and platform device which is not deformed when coils are carried in the coil wrapping process.

According to one aspect of the invention, the binding and supporting platform device for the stator coil of the large permanent magnet direct-drive wind driven generator comprises at least two groups of supporting assemblies, wherein each supporting assembly comprises a supporting roller, a supporting base and two moving wheels,

The beneficial effects are as follows: the invention replaces the original working table form by the simple structure support, reduces the labor intensity of manual operation, can avoid the coils from being carried and turned over for many times, and ensures the insulation of the stator coil of the generator.

In the process of wrapping the coil, the wrapping table is optimized, the linear edge of the coil is supported by multiple points, the straightness is wrapped, and meanwhile, the supporting rollers are added to realize the translation of the coil.

The invention utilizes multi-point support and roller translation, and effectively prevents deformation and turn-to-turn damage in the coil wrapping process.

According to the invention, the coil conveying and overturning time of staff is reduced, taking 3MW as an example, the coil conveying, overturning and placing time is about 0.5min after one end of the coil is bound, 144 coils are shared by one stator, and the total time of single binding is saved by 72 min; meanwhile, after optimization, the working time of workers is reduced, and the risk of turn-to-turn insulation damage caused by coil carrying and overturning is also reduced.

Detailed Description

The following describes the embodiments of the present invention with reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2.

Fig. 1 and 2 schematically show a large-scale basket type coil wrapping support and platform position device of a permanent magnet direct-drive wind driven generator according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the large-scale basket type coil wrapping support and platform position device of the permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine generator comprises at least two groups of support assemblies 1.

Each set of support assemblies 1 comprises a support roller 11, a support base 12 and two moving wheels 13. The support base 12 includes two parallel vertical support rods 121. A connecting rod body 122 is arranged between the two supporting rod bodies 121, and the connecting rod body 122 is close to the bottom of the supporting rod bodies 121. The connecting rod body 122 is used for reinforcing the two support rod bodies 121. The supporting base 12 is fixed by bolts or nuts, and generally adopts an external thread structure. A roller fixing shaft 123 is provided between the tops of the two support rod bodies 121. The roller fixing shaft 123 is movably sleeved with a supporting roller 11. The support base 12 is used for supporting the roller 11 structure. The supporting rollers 11 are unpowered rollers. The diameter of the supporting roller 11 is matched with the weight of the coil 3, and the supporting roller is used for supporting the coil 3 and can rotate freely according to the moving condition of the coil 3. The material of supporting roller 11 is the material that the roughness is not more than 3.2, does not harm coil 3 when realizing coil 3 from this and rolls, can recycle again, environmental protection, safety, reliable. The bottom of the support base 12 is provided with two moving wheels 13. The moving wheel 13 is a universal wheel with a brake device, and the universal wheel realizes the movement of the device. The two moving wheels 13 are respectively installed at the bottoms of the two support rods 121. The supporting bases 12 of every two adjacent groups of supporting assemblies 1 are connected through rib plates 2 to form a large-scale basket type coil wrapping support and platform position device of the permanent magnet direct-drive wind driven generator. The multiple groups of supporting components 1 are arranged in parallel. A reinforcing plate 21 is also arranged between the rib plate 2 and the supporting base 12. The supporting bases 12 are fixedly connected by rib plates 2, and the rib plates 2 with different lengths are selected according to the lengths of different coils 3 to be fixedly connected. The rib plates 2 with different lengths are adopted to connect the two groups of devices, so that different lengths can be prolonged. The structure of the plurality of groups of support rollers 11 of the large-scale basket type coil wrapping support and platform device of the permanent magnet direct-driven wind driven generator can improve the stability of the device.
