The driving mechanism 20 comprises a rocker arm 21, a servo motor 22 and a connecting rod 23; two ends of the connecting rod 23 are respectively fixed on the driving shafts of the rocker arm 21 and the servo motor 22; both ends of the rocker arm 21 are respectively connected to the connecting rod 23 and the sliding plate 84; the servo motor 22 is fixed on the bracket plate 24.

FIGS. 10-11 are schematic views of a cross sealing device according to an embodiment of the present invention; specifically, the transverse sealing device 70 includes a base 71, a left transverse sealing connecting plate 82 and a right transverse sealing connecting plate 83, the left transverse sealing connecting plate 82 and the right transverse sealing connecting plate 83 are relatively and movably mounted on the base 71, a mounting hole 84 through which the packaging bag 100 passes is formed in the middle of the base 71, and the mounting hole 84 corresponds to the left transverse sealing connecting plate 82 and the right transverse sealing connecting plate 83.

The left side and the right side of the base 71 are provided with a guide device 85 for the radial movement of the left transverse sealing connecting plate 82 and the right transverse sealing connecting plate 83; the two guiding devices 85 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the mounting hole 84; the guide device 85 comprises a guide rod 85-1 and two guide bases 85-2 fixedly arranged on the base 71; the guide rods 85-1 are arranged on the two guide bases 85-2 and respectively penetrate through the left transverse sealing connecting plate 82 and the right transverse sealing connecting plate 83; the inner sides of the left transverse sealing connecting plate 82 and the right transverse sealing connecting plate 83 are respectively and fixedly provided with a left guide sleeve 85-3 and a right guide sleeve 85-4; the guide rod 85-1 passes through the left transverse sealing connecting plate 82, the left guide sleeve 85-3, the right guide sleeve 85-4 and the right transverse sealing connecting plate 83 in sequence. The invention has the characteristics of reasonable design and reliable operation; through setting up guider for horizontal sealing device 70 can not the off tracking at the drawing membrane in-process, and packaging film seal quality is more standard.

The front end and the rear end of the base 71 are respectively and fixedly provided with a left positioning plate 72 and a right positioning plate 73; a left driving cylinder 72-1 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the left positioning plate 72; a driving shaft of the left driving cylinder 72-1 penetrates through the left positioning plate 72 to be connected with one end of the left transverse sealing connecting plate 82; the other end of the left transverse sealing connecting plate 82 is fixedly provided with two left sealing block padding columns 74 and two left sealing nuts 75, the two left sealing block padding columns 74 are positioned at the upper ends of the two left sealing nuts 75, the two left sealing block padding columns 74 are fixedly provided with left bottom seals 76, the two left sealing nuts 75 are fixedly provided with left middle seals 78, the outer side of the right positioning plate 73 is fixedly provided with a right driving air cylinder 73-1, and a driving shaft of the right driving air cylinder 73-1 penetrates through the right positioning plate 73 to be connected with one end of the right transverse sealing connecting plate 83; the other end of the right transverse sealing connecting plate 83 is fixedly provided with two right sealing block cushion columns 80 and two left sealing nuts 86, the two right sealing block cushion columns 80 are positioned at the upper ends of the two left sealing nuts 86, the two right sealing block cushion columns 80 are fixedly provided with right bottom seals 88, the two left sealing nuts 86 are fixedly provided with right middle seals 89, wherein the left bottom seal 76 and the right bottom seal 88 are correspondingly arranged, the left middle seal 78 and the right middle seal 89 are correspondingly arranged, and the left transverse sealing connecting plate is used for sealing the bottom and the middle of the packaging bag 100 through the driving of the left driving air cylinder 72-1 and the right driving air cylinder 73-1.

Fig. 12 is a schematic structural view of a left middle seal according to an embodiment of the present invention; specifically, the end of the left middle seal 78 is fixedly provided with a special-shaped seal strip 79 along the length direction; an upward convex part 79-1 is formed in the middle of the special-shaped sealing strip 79, and the convex part 79-1 is of an arc structure; the invention is characterized in that a special-shaped sealing strip is fixedly arranged at the left middle sealing end part along the length direction; an upward bulge is formed in the middle of the special-shaped sealing strip, and the bulge is of an arc structure; in the using process, only one-time squeezing is needed, the liquid is squeezed into the powder space, then the powder and the liquid are mixed, and the purpose that the powder and the liquid are mixed immediately after use but cannot be communicated with the outside is achieved; the stability and the safety of the product are ensured.

Fig. 13-15 are schematic structural views and use state diagrams of the impact mechanism according to the embodiment of the present invention; specifically, the punching mechanism 4 comprises a cushion block 40 fixedly arranged on the front wall plate 101, a fixing plate 41 is fixedly arranged on the cushion block 40 along the length direction of the front wall plate 101, and an upper clamping block 42 and a lower clamping block 43 are respectively and vertically and fixedly arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the fixing plate 41; two cylinder shafts 44 are arranged between the upper clamping block 42 and the lower clamping block 43; the two cylinder shafts 44 are sleeved with connecting blocks 45 in a sliding manner; the lower clamping block 43 is provided with an adjusting mechanism 9 for adjusting the connecting block 45 to move up and down.

The adjusting mechanism 9 comprises a screw rod 90, one end of the screw rod 90 sequentially penetrates through the lower clamping block 43 and the connecting block 45 and abuts against the upper clamping block 42, and the other end of the screw rod 90 is provided with a handle wheel 91 which is rotated for adjusting the position of the connecting block 45 on the cylinder shaft 44.

A main mounting frame 92 is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the connecting block 45, and a left mounting plate 93 and a right mounting plate 94 which are oppositely arranged are arranged on the main mounting frame 92; a driving shaft 95 and a driven shaft 96 are assembled between the left mounting plate 93 and the right mounting plate 94; a driving wheel 97 is sleeved on the driving shaft 95, a driven wheel 98 is sleeved on the driven shaft 96, a stepping motor 99 for driving the driving shaft 95 to rotate is installed on the main mounting frame 92, a driving wheel 99-1 is installed on a driving shaft of the stepping motor 99, and a belt pulley 99-2 is installed on the outer side of the driving shaft 95; the pulley 99-2 is connected with the driving wheel 99-1 through a belt.

A through hole 92-1 is formed on the main mounting frame 92, and the through hole 92-1 is positioned between the driving shaft 95 and the driven shaft 96; a guide groove 92-3 for conveying the packaging bag 100 is arranged in the through hole 92-1 in a penetrating manner, and a positioning groove 92-4 is arranged between the through hole 92-1 and the guide groove 92-3; the positioning groove 92-4 is fixedly arranged on the tool apron 92-5, the tool apron 92-5 is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the rear end of the main mounting frame 92, and a cover 92-6 is formed at the bottom of the main mounting frame 92; a grinding tool cushion block 92-7 is arranged in the housing 92-6, a stamping knife 92-8 is arranged at the front end of the grinding tool cushion block 92-7, and a hexagonal rod 55 is arranged at the rear end of the grinding tool cushion block 92-7; a driving motor 92-9 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the main mounting frame 92, a driving shaft of the driving motor 92-9 penetrates through the main mounting frame 92 to be connected with the hexagonal rod 55, and the driving motor 92-9 drives a punching knife 92-8 to move for punching off the packaging bag 100; the bottom of the general mounting frame 92 is fixedly provided with a front blanking plate 103 and a rear blanking plate 104, the front blanking plate 103 is used for collecting waste materials after being punched, and the rear blanking plate 104 is used for collecting packaging bags 100 after being punched and is conveyed to the bag opening and feeding mechanism 6 through the conveying mechanism 5.

The operation principle of the embodiment is as follows: firstly, after starting up, the movable sealing block 52 and the fixed sealing block 18 on the vertical sealing mechanism 1 are mutually jointed and used for sealing and opening the side part of the heating plastic packaging bag 100, then, the left bottom seal 76 and the right bottom seal 88 on the horizontal sealing mechanism 2, the left middle seal 78 and the right middle seal 89 are driven by the left driving air cylinder 72-1 and the right driving air cylinder 73-1 to clamp the bag to draw the film downwards, the horizontal sealing of the packaging bag is sealed at one time by drawing the film, then, liquid (or powder) is injected into the packaging bag by the discharging pump 3, meanwhile, the left bottom seal 76 and the right bottom seal 88 on the horizontal sealing mechanism 2, the left middle seal 78 and the right middle seal 89 are opened under the driving of the left driving air cylinder 72-1 and the right driving air cylinder 73-1 and return upwards under the operation of the driving mechanism 20, at the moment, the punching mechanism 4 punches the packaging bag, then, the movable sealing block 52 and the fixed sealing block 18 on the vertical sealing mechanism 1 are mutually jointed and sealed, this completes the entire bag making process.

After the bag is cut by the cutting mechanism 4, the bag is clamped by the conveying mechanism 5 through a clamp on the conveying belt, the cut packaging bag 100 is pulled to the bag opening and feeding mechanism 6, sucking discs which are oppositely arranged are installed on the bag opening and feeding mechanism 6, and the top of the bag is opened from two sides through the sucking discs; then, the powder (or liquid) which is preset is filled or filled to the upper part of the packaging bag 100 through a filling mechanism; the sealing mechanism is provided with a heating sealing block which is used for heating the top of the plastic packaging bag; the tearing opening punching mechanism is used for punching the tearing opening by arranging a tearing opening punching die and punching the tearing opening on the packaging bag 100; such a bag with both liquid and powder is completed.

Wherein, the transverse sealing mechanism 2 is two seals which just seal the liquid (the transverse sealing mechanism 2) in the middle, wherein, a special-shaped sealing strip is fixedly arranged at the left middle sealing end part along the length direction; an upward bulge is formed in the middle of the special-shaped sealing strip, and the bulge is of an arc structure; the seal with the upward convex part is narrower, and in the using process, only one slight extrusion is needed to extrude the liquid into the powder space, and then the powder and the liquid are mixed to achieve the purpose of mixing immediately after use, but the seal cannot be communicated with the outside; the stability and the safety of the product are ensured.
