4) the breakwater is placed in a part of fuel tanks in an internal welding mode, special auxiliary equipment needs to be manufactured, and the forming process of the fuel tanks has high requirements.

5) The breakwater formed in the blow molding process of the oil tank reduces the rated volume of the oil tank, increases the difficulty of the blow molding process, and easily causes the wall thickness not to meet the index requirement;

the conventional breakwaters have the following problems:

the punching and welding of the breakwater increases the subsequent process, and due to the existence of the punching and welding process, the emission of hydrocarbon is increased easily, the requirements of regulations are not met, and the environment is polluted; the breakwater welded inside adds special auxiliary equipment and increases certain cost; the novel wave-proof plate structure and the mounting method introduced by the patent can effectively solve the problems and efficiently achieve the purpose of reducing noise of the fuel tank.
