The fast response traffic warning device of claim 1, wherein when the airbag holder mounting base is located in front of the warning laser light, the warning projection screen is an opaque projection cloth; when the air bag frame fixing seat is positioned at the rear side of the warning laser lamp, the warning projection screen is semitransparent projection cloth.

A rapid response traffic warning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said warning laser light is constructed to: the lamp base plate is provided with at least 6 laser lamps which are arranged in a triangle; the lower side edge of the lamp base plate is hinged with the upper part of the vehicle, and an electric push rod which is respectively connected with the vehicle and the lamp base plate through a spherical hinge is arranged; the electric push rod can push the lamp base plate to rotate around the lower side edge of the lamp base plate; the laser lamp is connected with a power supply of the vehicle through a lead and a switch; when not in use, the warning laser lamp can be wholly or partially collected into the top of the vehicle, so that the resistance is reduced, and the damage is avoided.

The invention relates to the field of traffic warning, in particular to a traffic warning device with simple structure, low cost, quick response and warning, which can greatly reduce the probability of secondary traffic accidents and even avoid the occurrence of secondary accidents and improve the personal safety of drivers and passengers.

Background

It is known that when a vehicle breaks down or has a traffic accident during the running process, in order to avoid a secondary accident or a chain collision accident caused by the fact that other vehicles are not found in time, the vehicle stopping running needs to turn on double-flashing lamps, and a red tripod warning board is placed at a position 50-150m behind the vehicle body to remind the rear vehicle of decelerating and avoiding in time. The existing traffic warning mode has the following defects: after the vehicle stops, a driver and passengers need to turn over the triangular frame warning board in a trunk of the vehicle without any protective measures and carry the triangular frame warning board to walk for a distance of 50-150m towards the rear of the vehicle, the process is too long and extremely dangerous, and the personal safety of the driver and passengers is seriously threatened particularly on a highway; the warning distance and the range of the existing tripod warning board for the vehicle are very limited, the warning effect is poor at night or when the visibility is low, particularly, the tripod warning board is placed on the road and only can warn the first vehicle behind, the vehicle behind cannot be predicted in advance, and the vehicle running on the expressway and the vehicle in front can be braked emergently, so that traffic accidents such as rear-end collision and even chain-end collision are easily caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides the traffic warning device which has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, quick response, wide warning range, great reduction of the probability of secondary traffic accidents and improvement of the personal safety of drivers and passengers.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the defects of the prior art is as follows:

a traffic warning device with quick response is characterized in that a warning laser lamp is arranged above a vehicle, the light path of the warning laser lamp is obliquely arranged towards the front upper part or the rear upper part of the vehicle, an air bag bracket fixing seat is arranged at the top of the vehicle in front of or behind the warning laser lamp, an air bag bracket is arranged in the air bag bracket fixing seat, the air bag bracket is formed by connecting flexible inflatable supporting tubes, and a warning projection screen is arranged on the air bag bracket; the air storage tank is connected with the air bag bracket through a valve and a pipeline. When a vehicle breaks down or has a traffic accident in the running process, a driver and passengers control a valve of the air storage tank to open and inflate the air bag support, the air bag support extends out of the air bag support fixing seat and expands, and the support warning projection screen expands on the light path of the warning laser lamp; and turning on the warning laser lamp, and emitting warning light by the warning laser lamp to irradiate on the warning projection screen to form a warning mark. The inflatable supporting tube is a rubber hose or a plastic hose.

The warning laser lamp is a red laser lamp. The red laser lamp irradiates on the warning projection screen to form a red warning mark, so that the penetration is strong, the attention of other vehicles can be attracted, and the warning effect is improved.

The light emitted by the warning laser lamp is triangular. The red triangular patterns which are the same as the existing tripod warning board can be formed on the warning projection screen, and the popularization and the application are more facilitated.

The air bag frame fixing seat comprises an upper box body and a lower box body, wherein attracting magnets are respectively arranged at the joint parts where one side of the upper box body is hinged with one side of the lower box body and the other side of the upper box body is contacted with the other side of the lower box body. When high-pressure gas is filled into the air bag support, the air bag support can jack up and extend the upper box body, and the operation is simple, convenient and quick.

The air bag support comprises at least four inflatable supporting tubes, the four inflatable supporting tubes are connected into a communicated rectangle, a first inflatable supporting tube is fixedly connected in the lower box body, the lower ends of a second inflatable supporting tube and a third inflatable supporting tube are fixedly connected with the two ends of the first inflatable supporting tube and extend upwards, and the two ends of the fourth inflatable supporting tube are respectively connected with the upper ends of the second inflatable supporting tube and the third inflatable supporting tube.

The upper parts of the second inflatable supporting tube and the third inflatable supporting tube or the fourth inflatable supporting tube are provided with stabilizing pull ropes; the lower end of the stable traction rope is provided with a magnet or a sucker which is quickly connected with the vehicle. When the device is used, after the second inflatable supporting tube and the third inflatable supporting tube are inflated and erected, the lower end of the stable traction rope is quickly connected and fixed with a vehicle by using a magnet or a sucker according to the current wind direction, so that the device can be normally used under the condition of high wind (5-8 levels of wind speed).

The warning laser lamp is formed by arranging at least 6 laser lamps on a lamp holder in a triangular mode. The light path of the laser lamp is inclined (irradiated) at an angle of 20-60 degrees (towards the front upper part or the rear upper part of the vehicle) with the horizontal plane. Preferably the (light path of the) laser light is inclined (shines) at 30-45 deg. to the horizontal and back up (towards the vehicle).

When the air bag bracket fixing seat is positioned on the front side of the warning laser lamp, the warning projection screen is opaque projection cloth; when the air bag frame fixing seat is positioned at the rear side of the warning laser lamp, the warning projection screen is semitransparent projection cloth. The semitransparent projection cloth can be white semitransparent plastic cloth or semitransparent cloth made of other materials. The projection cloth can be provided with ventilation holes or a mesh cloth-shaped object with larger ventilation holes formed by weaving; can be suitable for the weather with strong wind.

The structure of the warning laser lamp in the invention is as follows: the lamp base plate is provided with a triangular (hollow) lamp base plate, and the lamp base plate is provided with (at least 6) laser lamps which are arranged according to a triangle. The lower side edge of the lamp base plate is hinged with the upper part of the vehicle (through a hinge shaft), and an electric push rod which is respectively connected with the upper part of the vehicle and the upper end of the lamp base plate through a spherical hinge is arranged; the electric push rod can push the lamp base plate to rotate around the lower side edge of the lamp base plate (change the included angle between the light path and the horizontal plane); the laser lamp is connected with a power supply of the vehicle through a lead and a switch; when not in use, the warning laser lamp can be wholly or partially collected into the top of the vehicle, so that the resistance is reduced, and the damage is avoided. The warning laser lamp can also be provided with a connecting seat, the connecting seat is provided with a lamp seat plate which is obliquely arranged at an angle of 30-45 degrees with the horizontal plane, and the lamp seat plate is provided with (at least 6) laser lamps which are arranged in a triangular manner. The battery for supplying energy to the laser lamp is arranged in the connecting seat, and the magnet or the sucker which is quickly connected with the vehicle (the upper cover) is arranged on the lower side of the connecting seat. The warning laser lamp can also be structured in such a way that a laser lamp holder is arranged on a laser lamp holder, a battery for supplying energy to the laser lamp holder is arranged in the laser lamp holder, and a magnet or a sucker which is quickly connected with a vehicle (an upper cover) is arranged at the bottom of the laser lamp holder. The angle of the laser lamp holder can be adjusted on the laser lamp holder, and the adjustment of a light path is facilitated.

When the air bag type warning device is used, a driver and passengers in or beside a vehicle can control the valve of the air storage tank to open and inflate the air bag support, the air bag support extends out of the air bag support fixing seat and is unfolded, and the warning projection screen is supported to be unfolded on the light path of the warning laser lamp; the warning laser lamp (button) is turned on, and the warning laser lamp gives out warning light and irradiates on the warning projection screen to form a warning mark. The warning sign is arranged above the vehicle, has a height of 2-3 m or even higher than the ground, and is far away from the ground, the warning sign is calculated by the height of 3 m from the ground, vehicles such as rear household cars, SUVs, MPVs and the like can clearly see the warning sign outside 260 m under the condition that no large truck shelters from sight line in advance, and then safety measures such as speed reduction, parking, lane changing and the like are taken, particularly the warning sign formed by projecting a warning laser lamp on a warning projection screen can be larger than the existing tripod warning sign, and the function of warning vehicles outside 300 m can be realized; the driver and the passengers do not need to look for the warning board or carry the warning board to walk towards the rear of the vehicle, the warning mark can be quickly set, and the safety of the driver and the passengers is improved; the light warning has more prominent warning effect at night and in the weather with low visibility; the warning range is wide, and the warning device not only can be used for warning a first vehicle behind, but also can be used for warning more vehicles behind and even vehicles in different lanes; greatly reducing the probability of secondary traffic accidents.

Detailed Description

The quick response traffic warning device shown in fig. 1-6 is characterized in that a warning laser lamp is arranged above a vehicle 1, the light path of the warning laser lamp is obliquely arranged towards the rear upper side of the vehicle, an air bag frame fixing seat 9 is arranged at the top of the vehicle 1 behind the warning laser lamp, an air bag support is installed in the air bag frame fixing seat 9 and is formed by connecting flexible inflation support pipes, the air bag support comprises at least four inflation support pipes, namely a first inflation support pipe 20, a second inflation support pipe 6, a third inflation support pipe 8 and a fourth inflation support pipe 7, the end parts of the four inflation support pipes are connected end to form a communicated rectangular air bag support, and the first inflation support pipe 20 is fixedly bonded in a lower box body and can be partially bonded at the center or bonded in a whole piece. The lower ends of the second inflatable supporting tube 6 and the third inflatable supporting tube 8 are fixedly communicated and connected with the two ends of the first inflatable supporting tube 20 and vertically extend upwards, and the two ends of the fourth inflatable supporting tube 7 are respectively communicated and connected with the upper ends of the second inflatable supporting tube 6 and the third inflatable supporting tube 8. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 5, the upper parts of the second inflatable supporting tube 6 and the third inflatable supporting tube 8 are provided with a stabilizing pulling rope 5, and the lower end of the stabilizing pulling rope 5 is provided with a magnet or a suction cup 4 which is quickly connected with the upper cover of the vehicle. When the device is used, after the second inflatable supporting tube and the third inflatable supporting tube are inflated and erected, the lower end of the stable traction rope 5 is quickly connected and fixed with the upper cover of the vehicle by using the magnet or the sucking disc 4 according to the current wind direction, so that the device can be normally used under the condition of high wind (wind speed 5-8 level). A warning projection screen 21 is arranged on the air bag support; an air storage tank 22 is arranged in the vehicle, and the air storage tank 22 is connected with an air bag bracket in the air bag bracket fixing seat 9 through a valve 23 and a pipeline. When a vehicle breaks down or has a traffic accident in the running process, a driver and passengers control a valve 23 of an air storage tank 22 in the vehicle to open and inflate an air bag bracket, the air bag bracket extends out of a fixed seat of the air bag bracket and is unfolded, and a warning projection screen 21 is supported and is unfolded on a light path of a warning laser lamp; the warning laser lamp is turned on (by pressing the switch), and emits warning light to irradiate the warning projection screen 21 to form a warning mark. The inflatable supporting tube is a rubber hose or a plastic hose. The warning laser lamp is a red laser lamp; the emitted light is triangular; the red laser lamp irradiates on the warning projection screen to form a red warning mark, so that the penetration is strong, the attention of other vehicles can be attracted, the warning effect is improved, and a red triangular pattern which is the same as or similar to the existing tripod warning board is formed on the warning projection screen, thereby being more beneficial to popularization and application; the structure of the warning laser lamp is as follows: the lamp base plate is provided with at least 6 laser lamps which are arranged in a triangular manner; the lower side edge of the lamp base plate is hinged with the upper part of the vehicle (through a hinge shaft), and an electric push rod which is respectively connected with the upper part of the vehicle and the upper end of the lamp base plate through a spherical hinge is arranged; the electric push rod can push the lamp base plate to rotate around the lower side edge of the lamp base plate (change the included angle between the light path and the horizontal plane); the laser lamp is connected with a power supply of the vehicle through a lead and a switch; when the warning laser lamp is not used, the warning laser lamp can be wholly or partially collected into the top of the vehicle, so that the resistance is reduced, and the damage is avoided; the warning laser lamp with the structure can control the work of the laser lamp in a cab, does not need to get off the vehicle, saves time, and has the defects of complex structure and large occupied space at the top of the vehicle.

The structure of the warning laser lamp can also be as follows: as shown in fig. 2, a connecting seat 2 is provided, a lamp seat plate 3 which is inclined at an angle of 30-45 degrees with the horizontal is arranged on the connecting seat 2, and 18 laser lamps 10 are arranged on the lamp seat plate 3 in a triangular arrangement; a battery for supplying energy to the laser lamp 10 is arranged in the connecting seat 2, and a magnet or a sucker which is quickly connected with a vehicle (an upper cover) is arranged at the lower side of the connecting seat 2. As shown in fig. 3, the structure of the warning laser lamp can also be: a laser lamp holder 13 is arranged on the laser lamp holder 12, and a laser lamp capable of projecting light with red triangular warning patterns is arranged in the laser lamp holder 13; the laser lamp holder 12 is internally provided with a battery for supplying energy to the laser lamp, and the battery is connected with the laser lamp through a switch and a lead to achieve the function of the laser lamp. The bottom of the laser lamp holder 12 is provided with a magnet or suction cup 11 which is quickly connected with a vehicle (upper cover). The angle of the laser lamp head 13 can be adjusted on the laser lamp holder 12, which is more beneficial to the adjustment of the light path. When the warning device is used, the air bag support is inflated, supported and unfolded, the connecting seat 2 or the laser lamp holder 12 is quickly fixed on a proper position of the upper cover of the vehicle through the magnet or the sucker, the switch is pressed, the warning laser lamp is turned on, and the warning laser lamp gives out warning light and irradiates on a warning projection screen to form a warning mark. The warning laser lamp of this structure need the driver and crew to take out warning laser lamp and fix it on the vehicle upper cover, and speed is slightly slow, but simple structure, with low costs, does not occupy a vehicle headspace.

The invention further improves, the air bag frame fixing seat 9 comprises an upper box body 16 and a lower box body 17, one side of the upper box body 16 and one side of the lower box body 17 are hinged through a hinge 15, and attraction magnets 18 are respectively arranged at the mutual contact and butt joint positions of the other sides of the upper box body 16 and the lower box body 17. The air storage tank 22 passes through the air bag bracket fixing seat 9 through a pipeline and a valve 23 and is connected with an air bag bracket (a first inflation supporting pipe 20) in the air bag bracket fixing seat. When the valve is opened and high-pressure gas is filled into the air bag support, the air bag support can jack up and extend the upper box body 16, and the operation is simple, convenient and quick. When the air bag frame fixing seat is positioned on the front side of the warning laser lamp, the warning projection screen is opaque projection cloth; when the air bag frame fixing seat is positioned at the rear side of the warning laser lamp, the warning projection screen is semitransparent projection cloth; the semitransparent projection cloth can be white semitransparent plastic cloth or semitransparent cloth made of other materials; the projection cloth can be provided with ventilation holes or a mesh cloth-shaped object with larger ventilation holes formed by weaving; can be suitable for the weather with strong wind.
