6. The prestressed FRP pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein said anchor has one, one and one first through holes respectively formed at each of said connection portions, and said first through holes are formed at the middle portions of said connection portions.

7. A method for connecting prestressed FRP pipes, using the prestressed FRP pipes according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:

placing the anchor rod into the FRP pipe, assembling the flange cover at one end of the FRP pipe, placing one end of the FRP pipe into the annular groove of the flange cover, enabling the end part of the anchor rod to penetrate through the first through hole, and then arranging the locking piece at the penetrating end of the anchor rod;

and assembling the other flange cover at the other end of the FRP pipe, enabling the other end of the FRP pipe to be placed in the annular groove of the other flange cover, enabling the other end of the anchor rod to penetrate through the corresponding first through hole, and then arranging the other locking piece at the other penetrating end of the anchor rod.

Fiber Reinforced composite (FRP) is a composite formed by winding, molding or pultrusion a reinforcing Fiber material, such as glass Fiber, carbon Fiber, aramid Fiber, etc., with a matrix material. The composite material is gradually widely applied in the engineering field due to the advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and the like.

At present, the FRP pipe is connected by bonding a metal joint at two ends of a pipe body and then connecting the metal joint with other FRP pipes or parts. However, the adhesive force between the FRP pipe and the metal joint is in direct proportion to the adhesive length within a certain range, and after the adhesive force exceeds the critical length, the adhesive force is not increased along with the increase of the adhesive length, so that the bearing capacity of the FRP pipe is limited, and the adhesive joint has obvious aging problems.

Therefore, in the technical field of composite material connection, there is still a need for research and improvement on the connection structure of FRP pipes, which is also a research focus and emphasis in the technical field of composite material connection at present and is the starting point for the completion of the present invention.

After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention provides a prestressed FRP pipe and a connecting method, wherein an anchor rod is designed, and flange covers and locking parts are designed at two ends of the FRP pipe, so that when in use, the anchor rod is placed in the FRP pipe, prestress is applied through the locking parts, the anchor rod, the FRP pipe and the two flange covers are fixed together to form an independent prestressed FRP rod member unit which can be used as a brand new member. Compared with the cementing in the prior art, the quantity of the anchor rods and the locking pieces can be calculated through mechanics as required, so that the bearing capacity of the FRP pipe is improved. The prestress FRP pipe and the connection method provided by the invention have the advantages that the FRP pipe cannot be damaged, the structure is simple, the connection is reliable, and the bearing capacity of the FRP pipe is improved.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In the present specification, the terms "front", "rear", "left", "right", "inner", "outer" and "middle" are used for the sake of clarity only, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and changes or modifications of the relative relationship between the terms and the corresponding parts are also regarded as the scope of the present invention without substantial changes in the technical contents.

As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, a prestressed FRP pipe includes an FRP pipe 1 and a flange cover 2, where the flange cover 2 is a metal flange, such as an aluminum alloy flange cover, and the aluminum alloy has a light weight, and of course, the flange cover 2 may also be made of other materials.

Both ends of FRP pipe 1 all are provided with flange cover 2, are provided with an stock 3 in the FRP pipe 1, and stock 3 is the metal pole, for example cable wire etc. of course, as an alternative mode, stock 3 also can be the FRP pole. It should be noted that the number of the anchor rods 3 is not limited to one, and those skilled in the art can select two, three, four, five, etc. anchors by mechanical calculation according to actual needs.

As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4a to 4c, the flange cover 2 includes a cylindrical portion 21, one end of the cylindrical portion 21 is provided with an outwardly protruding flange portion 22, and the other end is provided with a connecting portion 23, an end surface of the cylindrical portion 21 close to the connecting portion 23 is provided with an axially extending annular groove 211, and preferably, in order to protect the end portion of the FRP pipe 1, an inner wall of the annular groove 211 may be provided with a rubber pad (not shown); the flange 22 has a circular structure, and as an alternative, the flange 22 may also have other structures such as a square structure, which is not described herein again; the connecting portion 23 is provided with first through holes 231 corresponding to the anchor rods 3, the number of the first through holes 231 is adapted to the number of the anchor rods 3, in this embodiment, one first through hole 231 is provided in each connecting portion 23, and the first through hole 231 is located in the middle of the connecting portion 23.

As shown in fig. 3, two ends of the FRP pipe 1 are respectively disposed in the corresponding annular grooves, two ends of each anchor rod 3 respectively pass through the corresponding first through holes, and two penetrating ends of each anchor rod 3 are respectively provided with a locking member 4.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 5a, 5b, 6a and 6b, the locking member 4 includes an anchor ring 41 and three clips 42, the number of the clips 42 can be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual situations, and can be two, four, five, etc.; the anchor ring 41 has a tapered inner hole, the outer surface of the clamping pieces 42 is matched with the shape of the inner hole of the anchor ring 41, and all the clamping pieces 42 enclose an inner cavity 421 for matching with the anchor rod 3. Of course, as an alternative, a thread may be provided on the anchor rod 3, and the locking member is a nut, which is not described herein.

When the anchor rod 3 is used, the anchor rod 3 is placed into the FRP pipe 1, the flange cover 2 is assembled at one end of the FRP pipe 1, one end of the FRP pipe 1 is placed in the annular groove 211 of the flange cover 2, the end part of the anchor rod 3 penetrates through the first through hole 231, the penetrating end of the anchor rod 3 is sleeved with the anchor ring 41, all the clamping pieces 42 are plugged between the anchor ring 41 and the penetrating end of the anchor rod 3, and along with the wedging of the clamping pieces 42, the inner cavity of the clamping piece 42 tightly holds the penetrating end of the anchor rod 3, so that the anchoring of the anchor rod 3, the flange cover 2 and the FRP pipe 1 is realized, the operation is simple, and the anchoring is reliable; another flange cover 2 is assembled at the other end of the FRP pipe 1, the other end of the FRP pipe 1 is placed in the annular groove of the other flange cover 2, and the other end of the anchor rod 3 is passed through the corresponding first through hole, and then another set of anchor ring 41 and clip 42 is provided on the other end of the anchor rod 3. Thus, the anchor rod 3, the FRP pipe 1 and the two flange covers 2 are fixed together by applying prestress through the anchor ring 41 and the clamping pieces 42 to form an independent prestress FRP rod unit which can be used as a brand new member.

As shown in fig. 7, when connecting two FRP pipes, each FRP pipe is formed into an independent prestressed FRP rod unit, and then the corresponding flange covers of the two independent prestressed FRP rod units are connected together, so that the connection of the FRP pipes can be realized. Compare with the cementing among the prior art, can calculate the quantity of stock 3 and retaining member 4 through mechanics as required to improve the bearing capacity of FRP pipe.

In order to realize the connection between the flange cover and the flange cover, as shown in fig. 4c, six second through holes 221 are formed in the flange portion 22 of the flange cover 2, it should be noted that the number of the second through holes 221 is not limited to six, and those skilled in the art can select the second through holes according to actual needs, and details are not described herein again; as shown in fig. 7, the connection between the flange covers can be achieved by fasteners such as bolts 5, nuts 6, and the like. The embodiment of the invention also discloses a method for connecting the prestressed FRP pipes, which comprises the following steps:

placing an anchor rod 3 into an FRP pipe 1, assembling a flange cover 2 at one end of the FRP pipe 1, placing one end of the FRP pipe 1 into an annular groove 211 of the flange cover 2, enabling the end part of the anchor rod 3 to penetrate through a first through hole 231, and then arranging a locking piece 4 at the penetrating end of the anchor rod 3;

and assembling another flange cover 2 at the other end of the FRP pipe 1, placing the other end of the FRP pipe 1 in the annular groove of the other flange cover 2, enabling the other end of the anchor rod 3 to penetrate through the corresponding first through hole, and then arranging another locking piece 4 at the other penetrating end of the anchor rod 3.

In summary, the prestressed FRP pipe and the connection method provided by the embodiment of the invention do not damage the FRP pipe, have simple structure and reliable connection, and improve the bearing capacity of the FRP pipe.
