Background

The container valve of the existing national standard GB25972-2010 gas fire extinguishing system and the component mostly adopts a sealing diaphragm structure, the sealing diaphragm needs to be punctured for pressure relief starting during working, the sealing diaphragm needs to be replaced when the servo working state is recovered, the constant torque wrench is adopted for fastening, and the operation on the engineering site is inconvenient.

The existing container valve needs to be provided with a fire detection linkage system and an electromagnetic starting bottle group, a special fire-fighting power supply needs to be arranged, a full-submerged fire extinguishing mode is usually adopted, the system is complicated, however, for the fire in a control cabinet and in a processing center, the fire belongs to the itching of a separation boot, the spraying concentration in protected equipment is insufficient, and the fire extinguishing effect is poor; the current container valve of the fire detecting pipe has no manual emergency starting function and is only applied to a gas fire extinguishing system; conventional container valves have not been suitable for the application requirements of telecommunication base stations, transportation vehicles, wind turbine nacelles, electrical control cabinets.

In order to eliminate the operation of replacing the sealing membrane after the action of the conventional container valve; the application occasions without fire-fighting power supply or inconvenient and unreliable power supply are met; the invention provides a pressure-reducing multifunctional container valve integrating fire detection and fire extinguishment, which realizes the comprehensive functions of low-pressure detection and high-pressure fire extinguishment, does not need a power supply, a fire detection linkage system and an electromagnetic starting bottle group; a main valve core and an auxiliary valve core combined structure are designed, no sealing membrane is arranged, the appearance is I-shaped, and a decompression opening mechanism is adopted; the main valve core is in a closed state at ordinary times, and the auxiliary valve core is in a decompression output state and is used for detection; when in fire, the pressure above the auxiliary valve core is released through the temperature sensing element, or the inner hexagonal valve core on the valve cover is manually screwed open, the pressure above the auxiliary valve core is directly discharged, the auxiliary valve core is opened, the pressure above the main valve core is discharged, the main valve core is opened, and the high-pressure fire extinguishing agent is released to spray and extinguish the high-risk part of the protected object.
