1. The roller roundness detection device is characterized by comprising an inductance gauge and a roller clamping device (2), wherein the roller clamping device (2) comprises a base (3), a magnetic positioning assembly (4) and an elastic pressing assembly (5);

The invention relates to a roller detection device, in particular to a roller roundness detection device.
Background
The roller is a cylinder which has large length-diameter ratio, no side plate structure and can rotate, is one of important components of mechanical parts such as roller bearings, roller guide rails and the like, and the roundness index of the roller must be checked whether the roller is delivered or delivered.
The roundness of the roller needs to be detected by measuring the maximum value and the minimum value of the size of an actual contour in any section in the diameter direction, a commonly used measuring tool comprises a vernier caliper, a micrometer, a three-coordinate universal tool microscope and an inductance instrument, the measuring precision of the vernier caliper is low, and the measuring precision of the micrometer and the three-coordinate measuring machine is slightly good but is difficult to reach below a micron level; the measurement accuracy of the universal tool microscope is greatly influenced by the observation and aiming error and subjective judgment when an operator reads, and the efficiency is low; the measurement accuracy of the inductance instrument can reach a submicron level, but the contact between a measuring head of the inductance instrument and the highest point of the cylindrical surface of the roller to be measured needs to be ensured during measurement, and the roller needs to be continuously rotated, so that the abrasion of the measuring head of the inductance instrument is large, and the technical level requirement on an operator is high.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above description, the present invention provides a roller roundness detection apparatus, which can avoid direct contact between an inductance meter measuring head and a roller, and does not need to find the highest point of the cylindrical surface of the roller to be detected.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a roller roundness detection device comprises an inductance gauge and a roller clamping device, wherein the roller clamping device comprises a base, a magnetic positioning assembly and an elastic pressing assembly;
the base comprises a first fixing surface extending along the horizontal direction;
the magnetic positioning assembly comprises a second fixing surface with magnetic attraction, and the second fixing surface extends along the vertical direction and is adjacent to the first fixing surface;
the elastic pressing assembly comprises a spring piece mounting seat, a spring piece, a first spring piece pressing plate and a roller top limiting part, one end of the spring piece is mounted on the spring piece mounting seat, the other end of the spring piece pressing plate is clamped between the first spring piece pressing plate and the roller top limiting part, a measuring head of the inductance gauge is in contact with the top surface of the first spring piece pressing plate, the roller top limiting part is located above the first fixing surface, the roller top limiting part faces towards the first fixing surface to form a convex arc-shaped surface, when the elastic pressing assembly is used for testing the roller to be tested, the cylindrical surface of the roller to be tested is supported by the first fixing surface, is adsorbed on the second fixing surface and is in contact with the arc-shaped surface, and the axis of the roller to be tested is perpendicular to the axis of the arc-shaped surface.
Preferably, the upper surface of the base is in a step-shaped arrangement and comprises a first fixing surface, an installation surface parallel to and lower than the first fixing surface and a connection surface for connecting the first fixing surface and the installation surface, and the magnetic positioning assembly is arranged on the installation surface and the second fixing surface abuts against the connection surface.

Compared with the prior art, the roller roundness detection device has the advantages that one side of a horizontally-placed roller to be detected is attracted and fixed through the magnetic positioning assembly, the arc-shaped surface of the roller top limiting part of the elastic pressing assembly is in point contact with the roller to be detected, the measuring head of the inductance gauge is in contact with the top surface of the first pressing plate of the spring piece, which is arranged opposite to the roller top limiting part, when the roller to be detected is rotated, due to the existence of roundness errors, the roller top limiting part can move up and down under the pushing of the constantly-changing outer contour of the roller to be detected, the spring piece and the first pressing plate of the spring are driven to move up and down together, and the displacement change amplitude of the up-and-down; according to the technical scheme, the detection precision can reach a submicron level, the inductance gauge head does not need to be in direct contact with the cylindrical surface of the roller, the roundness error of the roller to be detected is measured by recording the displacement of the large pressing plate of the spring piece in the vertical direction, the trouble of finding the highest point of the cylindrical surface of the roller is omitted, the abrasion of the inductance gauge head is reduced, the requirement on the technical level of an operator is also reduced, the detection device is simple, the detection efficiency is also improved, and the low-cost and high-efficiency detection device has the advantages of being low in cost and high in.
