Background

With the increasing health awareness, indoor air quality has become a focus of attention. Since triphenyl (i.e., benzene, toluene, and xylene) is used as a chemical raw material or a solvent, it is widely present in various decorative materials. When the concentration of triphenyl substances in the room exceeds the standard, symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting and the like can be caused, and if a human body is in the triphenyl environment for a long time, serious irreversible damage can be caused to the respiratory system, the nervous system, the immune system and the like of the human body.

Since the triphenyl substances have stable benzene ring structures, the triphenyl substances have stable chemical properties, are not easy to generate oxidation-reduction reaction, and are difficult to generate addition reaction, substitution reaction and the like. Therefore, in the related indoor air purification technology, chemical reagent purification, photocatalyst purification, negative ion purification, ozone purification and the like are generally adopted to remove the triphenyl substances in the room, but the purification effect is not ideal; and in the catalysis process, the catalyst is easy to deactivate, secondary air pollution is brought, or the purifying agent does not purify the air for a long time, and the like.

0.5-2% of a preservative;

the extract capable of degrading triphenyl is prepared by the preparation method of the extract capable of degrading triphenyl.

In the present example, in order not to cause secondary pollution to the purified air, the mixed extracts of rhombohedral rhombi and gazania were selected to provide proteases for decomposing triphenyl substances by degrading protease secreted from the extract of triphenyl (which was prepared by the preparation method of the extract of degraded triphenyl) without causing secondary pollution. And the selected water chestnut is obtained in a benzene culture environment, the secreted protease can more effectively realize the decomposition of benzene, the selected gazania medallion is obtained in a toluene culture environment, and the secreted protease can more effectively realize the decomposition of toluene and xylene substances, so that the air purifying agent prepared by using the plant extracts cultured by the water chestnut and the gazania medallion in a special culture environment can more efficiently decompose the triphenyl substances in the indoor air.

Meanwhile, in order to improve the quality of the protease and the activity of the protease, chloride is added. And through the combination of chloride ions on cell membranes, the protease enters the intercellular solution from the cytoplasmic solution more smoothly, so that the protease is gathered in the intercellular solution, and the inhibition effect caused by overhigh concentration of the protease in the cytoplasmic solution is avoided. Thus, the activation of an enzyme system inside cells of the water chestnut and the gazania gazanioides is realized, so that the yield of the protease is improved, the decomposition efficiency of the protease is improved, and the purification effect of the triphenyl purifying agent is greatly optimized.

Meanwhile, in order to reduce the propagation of microorganisms in the triphenyl purifying agent and reduce the secondary pollution of indoor air, the preservative is added. In addition, the addition of the preservative can also reduce the decomposition of the protease by the microorganisms, and further maintain the capability of removing pollutants of the triphenyl purifying agent.

The purifying agent liquid is added with surfactant for better atomization effect when the purifying agent liquid is discharged from the bottle mouth. The surfactant enables the liquid from the nozzle to be more uniformly dispersed into finer particles, greatly improves the dispersion degree of the purifying agent in the indoor air, and enlarges the contact area of the purifying agent and the air.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the triphenyl purifying agent, which comprises the following steps:

step 1), weighing (10-30) g of extract capable of degrading triphenyl;

and 2) respectively weighing 2-5 g of chloride, (0.5-2) g of surfactant and (0.5-2) g of preservative, sequentially adding the chloride, (0.5-2) g of surfactant and (0.5-2) g of preservative into the extract for degrading the triphenyl (1), adding water to 100g, and uniformly mixing to obtain the triphenyl purifying agent.

From the above, in step 1), in order to achieve the optimal biological purification effect and not bring secondary pollution to indoor air, the mixed extract of the rhombus and gazania is selected as the extract for degrading the triphenyl. Specifically, in the step 2), the extract of the degraded triphenyl, the chloride, the surfactant and the preservative are uniformly mixed by adopting a stirring and uniformly mixing mode, and the stirring is carried out for 10min at the stirring speed of (300-500) rpm.

The application method of the triphenyl purifying agent prepared by the preparation method of the triphenyl purifying agent comprises the following steps: and (3) taking a proper amount of the product of the triphen purifying agent in a sprayer/sprayer, uniformly spraying the triphen purifying agent to an indoor area needing air purification by using the sprayer/sprayer, and spraying for 1-5 times to complete the purification of indoor air, wherein the whole process is convenient, simple and easy to operate.
