Background

The carton has the advantages of easily available materials, light weight, easy printing, low cost and the like, thereby being widely applied to packaging products. In the conventional technology, the carton is sealed by manual operation, namely, the carton is sealed by a transparent adhesive tape manually, so that the labor intensity is high, and the sealing pressure is not uniform enough. In the prior art, a document (publication number: CN 106516282B) discloses a transparent adhesive tape type linear sealing machine for carton packaging, which can realize semi-automatic sealing adhesive tape, but has the following two disadvantages: firstly, the adhesive tape needs to be manually dragged again for each sealing, namely, manual participation is still needed; secondly, the height of the roller is fixed in the rolling process, namely, the seal of the adhesive tape belongs to a rigid seal, and the partial adhesive tape of the carton is easy to wrinkle. Therefore, the invention provides a flexible automatic sealing device aiming at the problems in the prior art, which has certain defects in the process of automatically sealing the carton in an experiment.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides the carton flexible sealing machine device which is simple and reasonable in structure, can automatically pull the adhesive tape, automatically press the adhesive tape and cut the adhesive tape and has a flexible sealing effect.

the adhesive tape traction device is driven by a second lead screw nut device to move along the carton sealing direction, and comprises a sleeve arranged on a second nut slider, a lifting spring and a lifting slider arranged in the sleeve, and an L-shaped traction end fixedly arranged on the lifting slider.

Preferably, the first screw nut device comprises a first screw frame A, a first screw and a first screw frame B which are sequentially arranged on the bottom of the L-shaped frame from left to right, a first guide rail parallel to the first screw, a first nut slider which is matched with the first screw for transmission and can linearly move along the first guide rail, and a first stepping motor which is arranged on the first screw frame B and has an output shaft connected with one end of the first screw.

Preferably, the cross arm of the traction end is perpendicular to the carton sealing direction in the horizontal plane, and the end part of the cross arm exceeds the position of the central line of the carton sealing.

Preferably, the adhesive tape cutter A and the adhesive tape cutter B are inclined downwards, and the knife edge at the lowest end of the adhesive tape cutter A is flush with the central axis of the pressure wheel.

Preferably, the friction rotating shaft is made of a high polymer material, and a friction force is generated between the friction rotating shaft and the suspension plate during rotation.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects: the adhesive tape traction device can pull an adhesive tape to move along the carton sealing direction on one hand, and can adsorb the adhesive tape before cutting the adhesive tape on the right side on the other hand, so that the adhesive tape is automatically pulled; in addition, the pressure spring and the first spring arranged in the adhesive tape rolling and cutting device can generate certain compression deformation, so that the pressure wheel is ensured to always press the adhesive tape, and the phenomenon of wrinkling of the adhesive tape is eliminated. Therefore, the carton flexible sealing device is simple and reasonable in structure, can automatically pull the adhesive tape, automatically press the adhesive tape and cut the adhesive tape, and has a flexible sealing effect.
