preparing nylon waste silk coating pulp, uniformly coating the nylon waste silk coating pulp on the prepared waste textile fiber non-woven fabric, solidifying the coated non-woven fabric in water bath at 15-25 ℃, and solidifying for 30-80 seconds at the temperature of 100-150 ℃ after full solidification to prepare the waste textile fiber non-woven coating material.

Background

The textile industry is closely related to the life of people, along with the expansion of the application field of textiles, the rapid growth of the world population, the increasing shortage of textile raw materials and the rising price of the textile raw materials are achieved, a large amount of waste textiles are buried and burned as garbage, and the burying and the burning can generate a large amount of harmful gases and difficultly-degraded substances, so that the resource waste is caused, and the environment is polluted. In recent years, the recycling industry of textile waste in China is rapidly developed. At present, two modes of chemical treatment and physical treatment are mainly used for recycling waste textiles. The patent 201611174221.6 discloses a wool nonwoven material made from various waste clothes by pre-treating the clothes by insolation, gas sterilization, ultrasonic cleaning and crushing into blocks, and then mixing and spinning. In the patent 201810068865, after the treatment of sorting, crushing, decoloring, washing, dissolving and the like, waste polyester textiles are directly dissolved to prepare an electrostatic spinning raw material, and then the regenerated spinning solution is subjected to electrostatic spinning to prepare regenerated polyester non-woven fabric. However, at present, no report is found on a non-woven fabric material which is designed by recycling waste textile fibers and is processed into a non-woven fabric material with gorgeous patterns, leather appearance and soft hand feeling through coating and ink-jet printing.

The coating finishing can change the surface structure of the non-woven base fabric, obtain unique appearance style, cover the original color of the waste textile fiber, improve printing performance, and enable the coated fabric to obtain the functions of water resistance, stain resistance, wear resistance, flame retardance and the like, thereby further expanding the application field of the waste textile fiber non-woven fabric, and improving the practicability and the service life.

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a waste textile fiber non-woven coating material, which can prepare waste textiles into non-woven fabrics suitable for coating processing by selecting suitable processes such as needling and the like and post-treatment processes, and prepares the waste textile fiber non-woven coating fabrics by utilizing nylon waste silk coating pulp and wet coating. Not only can the waste textiles be recycled, but also the additional value of the waste textiles can be improved through further coating and printing processing.

(1) preparing the waste textile fiber non-woven fabric suitable for coating processing:

the waste textile is sent into an opener for opening treatment to prepare waste textile fibers, 0-5% of low-melting-point polyester fibers are added, and the waste textile fiber non-woven fabric is prepared by processes of carding, fine carding, net stacking, needling, hot pressing and the like by means of needling equipment.

(2) Preparation of the coating material:

preparing nylon waste silk coating pulp, uniformly coating the nylon waste silk coating pulp on the prepared waste textile fiber non-woven fabric, solidifying the coated non-woven fabric in water bath at 15-25 ℃, and solidifying for 30-80 seconds at the temperature of 100-150 ℃ after full solidification to prepare the waste textile non-woven coating material.

Preferably, the waste textiles are disinfected by disinfection equipment before being used and then are sent into an opener after being disinfected.

Preferably, the waste textile fibers are short fibers.

Preferably, the obtained waste textile fiber non-woven fabric is subjected to pretreatment, wherein the pretreatment is hot pressing treatment, the temperature is 100-200 ℃, the pressure is 10-30Mpa, and the time is 60-240s, and the waste textile fiber non-woven fabric suitable for coating processing is obtained after the pretreatment.

Preferably, the preparation of the nylon waste silk coating pulp in the step (2) comprises the following specific steps: fully stirring and mixing 1-50 parts of anhydrous calcium chloride and 20-100 parts of anhydrous methanol at the temperature of 65 ℃ for reaction, adding 1-20 parts of nylon 6 waste silk for dissolution after the reaction is finished, adding 2-50 parts of a filling agent under high-speed stirring after the waste silk is completely dissolved, and uniformly stirring at high speed for later use.

Preferably, the purity of the methanol is 99.7% or more.
