According to aspects of the embodiment of the invention, the film tearing method of display panels comprises the steps of moving a target display panel to be torn to a film tearing point, controlling an air cylinder carrying a film to move towards the film tearing point so that the film sticks to a protective film on the target display panel, and separating the protective film on the target display panel to finish a film tearing task.

In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there are provided embodiments of a method for tearing a display panel, it should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the accompanying drawings may be performed in a computer system such as sets of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a tearing method of alternative display panels according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:

step S102, moving a target display panel to be subjected to film tearing to reach a film tearing point, wherein the target display panel is provided with a protective film;

step S104, controlling the air cylinder carrying the film to move to a film tearing point so that the film sticks to a protective film on the target display panel;

and S106, separating the protective film on the target display panel to complete the film tearing task.

Through the steps, the target display panel to be subjected to film tearing is moved to reach the film tearing point, wherein the target display panel is provided with the protective film, then the air cylinder carrying the film is controlled to move towards the film tearing point, so that the film sticks to the protective film on the target display panel, and finally the protective film on the target display panel can be separated, so that the film tearing task is completed. The optional embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a film tearing task or a film tearing work of a display panel, where the display panel determines parameters of brightness, contrast, color, and the like of a display device, the display panel may be a liquid crystal panel (LCD for short, for example, a TN panel, a CPA panel, a VA panel such as MVA or PVA), and the protective film/adhesive film is a plastic film.

The air cylinder can be any air cylinder, for example, a material sucking air cylinder, a th control signal can be sent out through a single chip microcomputer, a PLC and the like, so that the air cylinder acts and presses downwards, the display wafer can be in contact bonding with the film, after the contact bonding between the display wafer and the film is completed, the unwinding action can be executed, and the film can be adhered to a protective film (which can be understood by a plastic film) on the display panel.

In the embodiment of the invention, the film can be moved by a proper length by the action of the material receiving servo motor and the cooperation of the encoder, so that the film unwinding is completed. Therefore, the film can be fully adhered to the protective film, and the subsequent separation work of the protective film is facilitated.

After the film tearing can be completed, control signals are sent by control components such as a single chip microcomputer and a PLC to enable the air cylinder (such as a material sucking air cylinder) to act, so that the display wafer is separated from the film, and then the servo motor (transfer) moves the film-removed display panel or the display wafer to the storage tank.

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, after completing the film tearing task, the film tearing method further includes: controlling the sensing detection module to detect whether the protective film on the target display panel is successfully separated, wherein the sensing detection module at least comprises: an optical fiber sensor; and if the separation is not successful, sending a failure alarm prompt signal.

Taking an optical fiber sensor as an example, the optical fiber sensor is adopted to detect whether the film tearing task is completed, and if the film tearing is not completed successfully, an alarm is given.

By the embodiment, the film can be automatically unreeled and coiled by a servo device, the protective film on the display panel can be automatically separated, and by taking the liquid crystal panel as an example, the film can be unreeled to enable the film to be stuck on the plastic film on the liquid crystal panel, and the plastic film on the liquid crystal panel is separated from the liquid crystal panel through the servo coiling, so that the film tearing task is completed, the film tearing efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced; and an optical fiber sensor can be adopted to automatically detect whether the film tearing task is finished, if the film tearing is not successful, an alarm can be given, the film tearing accuracy is improved, a good film tearing effect is achieved, and the film tearing device has the advantages of high positioning precision and high automation degree.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another alternative tearing methods for a display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, the tearing method is applied to a liquid crystal panel, as shown in fig. 2, and the tearing method includes:

step S201, transferring the liquid crystal panel to a film tearing point; optionally, the film-carrying liquid crystal panel placed at the material taking point is moved to the position above the film tearing point by the transfer servo motor.

And S202, controlling the material sucking cylinder to descend, and optionally sending a control signal by the PLC to press the material sucking cylinder to enable the liquid crystal film and the film to be adhered .

Step S203, the material receiving servo motor acts; optionally, the material receiving servo motor acts and is matched with the encoder to enable the film to move for a proper length, and the film unwinding is completed.
