1. A cigarette for reducing the content of free radicals in smoke is characterized in that a cigarette additive consisting of a polygonatum extract and carboxymethyl chitosan oligosaccharide in a ratio of 1 (0.2-2) is added into cigarette tobacco shreds and/or a filter tip;

wherein the preparation method of the polygonatum odoratum extract comprises the following steps:

s1, drying and crushing polygonatum odoratum into fine powder, adding an ethanol solution with the concentration of 80-100% (v/v), carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 15-60 min, filtering to obtain filter residues, concentrating the filtrate, and drying to obtain an alcohol extract of the polygonatum odoratum;

s2, adding the filter residue obtained in the step S1 into water, adding a compound enzyme, and carrying out enzymolysis for 15-60 min at the temperature of 25-30 ℃ and under the condition that the pH value is 5-7 to obtain an enzymolysis liquid;

s3, carrying out reflux extraction on the enzymolysis liquid obtained in the step S2 for 30-90 min, filtering, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into filtrate, shaking and mixing, precipitating at 1-4 ℃ for 8-16 h, centrifuging and drying to obtain a polygonatum aqueous extract;

and S4, mixing the alcohol extract of the polygonatum obtained in the step S1 with the water extract of the polygonatum obtained in the step S3 to obtain the polygonatum.

The cigarette smoke contains thousands of compounds, free radicals are one of the compounds, most of the free radicals are harmful to human bodies, can directly damage cell membranes and biological macromolecules, can consume antioxidant enzymes in human bodies, causes the disturbance of antioxidant enzyme systems and the reduction of enzyme activity in the human bodies, and is a main reason for the increase of the incidence of diseases such as respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, oral diseases, tumors and the like.

At present, particulate free radicals with larger molecular weight and higher stability in smoke are removed mainly by methods of improving the interception and adsorption efficiency of a filter tip, increasing the air permeability of cigarette paper and the like; gas-phase free radicals with small weight and poor stability in smoke are removed mainly by adding a free radical inhibitor, a free radical scavenger, a natural antioxidant, a traditional Chinese medicine extract, trace elements, natural minerals and the like. For example, Chinese patent application CN102423125A discloses a tobacco product containing vitamin C compounds and its application, the tobacco product has more vitamin C in the main stream smoke by adding a certain amount of vitamin C compounds, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing free radicals in the smoke, and simultaneously reducing the pungent taste of the cigarette, but the vitamin C antioxidants have poor stability, are very easy to be naturally oxidized, and the ability of removing free radicals after long-time storage can be obviously reduced.

Therefore, the cigarette which has strong stability and can obviously reduce the free radical content of the smoke and the preparation method thereof are urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defect and the defect of poor stability of adding an antioxidant into cigarettes in the prior art and providing the cigarettes with strong stability and capability of obviously reducing the content of free radicals in smoke.

wherein the preparation method of the polygonatum odoratum extract comprises the following steps:

s1, drying and crushing polygonatum odoratum into fine powder, adding an ethanol solution with the concentration of 80-100% (v/v), carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 15-60 min, filtering to obtain filter residues, concentrating the filtrate, and drying to obtain an alcohol extract of the polygonatum odoratum;

s2, adding the filter residue obtained in the step S1 into water, adding a compound enzyme, and carrying out enzymolysis for 15-60 min at the temperature of 25-30 ℃ and under the condition that the pH value is 5-7 to obtain an enzymolysis liquid;

s3, carrying out reflux extraction on the enzymolysis liquid obtained in the step S2 for 30-90 min, filtering, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into filtrate, shaking and mixing, precipitating at 1-4 ℃ for 8-16 h, centrifuging and drying to obtain a polygonatum aqueous extract;

and S4, mixing the alcohol extract of the polygonatum obtained in the step S1 with the water extract of the polygonatum obtained in the step S3 to obtain the polygonatum.

According to the invention, the extract of polygonatum odoratum after alcohol extraction, enzymolysis and water extraction is added into tobacco shreds and/or filter tips, the polygonatum odoratum extract contains active ingredients such as flavonoids and polysaccharides, so that the content of free radicals in smoke can be remarkably reduced, and volatile fragrant substances can improve the smoking quality of cigarettes. However, the active ingredients in the polygonatum odoratum extract are unstable and are very easily affected by the external environment during the standing process, and after a period of time, the clearance rate of free radicals is remarkably reduced, and the stability is low. Aiming at the problems, the inventor surprisingly discovers that the polygonatum odoratum extract and the carboxymethyl chitosan oligosaccharide are compounded to be used as a cigarette additive to be added into cigarette tobacco shreds and/or filter tips, so that the stability of the polygonatum odoratum extract can be remarkably improved, and the free radical clearance rate can reach about 20% after the cigarette is placed for 12 months. The inventor believes that the mechanism of the method is that the carboxymethyl chitosan oligosaccharide forms a layer of protective film outside the active ingredients of the polygonatum extract and is combined with the active ingredients through hydrogen bonds to achieve the effect of stabilizing the active ingredients of the polygonatum extract.
