Preferably, the upper die and the lower die are forged from No. 45 steel.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an aluminum profile die-casting die with a built-in cooling cavity comprises an upper die 1 and a lower die 2;

the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are used in a matched mode and comprise outer walls 4 of the dies, inner walls 3 of the dies and supporting beams 5, and the supporting beams 5 are pre-embedded between the inner walls 3 of the dies and the outer walls 4 of the dies when leaving factories;

the upper die 1 is also provided with a water inlet 6 and convex buckles 8, the water inlet 6 is arranged right above the upper die 1, the convex buckles 8 are arranged at the junction of the upper die 1 and the lower die 2, and the number of the convex buckles is not less than 2;

the lower die 2 is also provided with a water outlet 7 and concave buckles 9, the water outlet 7 is arranged under the lower die 2, the concave buckles 9 are arranged at the junction of the upper die 1 and the lower die 2, the number of the concave buckles is the same as that of the convex buckles 8, and the positions of the concave buckles correspond to those of the convex buckles one by one.

Preferably, the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are forged from a 45 # steel material.

When in use, the method comprises the following steps:

s1, putting a high-temperature aluminum profile raw material to be die-cast into a lower die 2;

s2, die-casting the upper die 1 on the aluminum profile raw material, and slowly closing the die;

s3, aligning the concave buckle 9 and the convex buckle 8 and buckling the two buckles together in a pairwise manner during die assembly;

s4, after the die-casting is completed, the condensed water is introduced into the cooling cavity in the upper die 1 from the water inlet 6, flows into the lower die 2 through the cavity formed between the concave buckle 9 and the convex buckle 8 and flows out from the water outlet 7, and the die-casting and cooling of the aluminum profile are completed.
