Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of evaporation cooling units, in particular to a bolt assembly with a liquid seepage prevention structure, a condenser and an evaporation cooling unit.

Background

In recent years, the development of rail transit in China is rapid, an evaporative cooling series unit is generally adopted in rail transit, an evaporative condenser is one of verification components of the evaporative cooling unit, the condenser is required to be connected or fixed by fasteners such as bolts, the condenser is used in an environment with large water flow impact in a working environment, the bolt fasteners belong to pipe threads, the bolts and nuts belong to rigid materials and are connected with the rigid materials, although the condenser is tightly attached from a macroscopic view, the condenser is separated from a microscopic view, namely, the bolt fasteners and the nut are in threaded fit to form a gap, therefore, liquid in the condenser can seep out from the gap, the condenser leaks, the potential safety hazard of use of electronic components is easily caused, other parts are impacted by the liquid for a long time, corrosion is caused, and the customer satisfaction is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention discloses a bolt assembly with a liquid seepage prevention structure, a condenser and an evaporation cooling unit, and solves the problem of liquid leakage at the joint of a bolt.

According to one aspect of the present invention, there is disclosed a bolt assembly comprising: the bolt is used for penetrating through the part to be connected; a nut in threaded engagement with the bolt; the first sealing element is sleeved on the bolt and comprises a sealing part and a base part which are connected, the sealing part is arranged between the nut and the part to be connected in a sealing mode, and the base part is arranged between the nut and the bolt in a sealing mode.

Further, the base portion is sleeved on the bolt, and the inner wall of the base portion covers the outer thread of the bolt.

Further, the base part is located between the internal thread of the nut and the external thread of the bolt, and the outer wall of the base part covers the internal thread of the nut, so that sealing is formed between the nut and the bolt.

According to the bolt assembly, the first sealing element is arranged, so that when the nut is assembled, the sealing part can seal the nut and the part to be connected, and the base part can seal the nut and the bolt, so that liquid seepage hidden trouble points are eliminated, and the liquid seepage problem is thoroughly eliminated.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, but is not limited to the details of the description.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention discloses a bolt assembly, including: the bolt 10, the nut 20 and the first sealing element 30, the bolt 10 is used for penetrating on the part to be connected; the nut 20 is in threaded fit with the bolt 10; the first sealing member 30 is sleeved on the bolt 10, the first sealing member 30 comprises a sealing portion 31 and a base portion 32 which are connected, the sealing portion 31 is arranged between the nut 20 and the part to be connected in a sealing mode, and the base portion 32 is arranged between the nut 20 and the bolt 10 in a sealing mode. According to the bolt assembly, the first sealing element 30 is arranged, so that when the nut 20 is assembled, the sealing part 31 can seal the nut 20 and the part to be connected, and the base part 32 can seal the nut 20 and the bolt 10, so that the liquid seepage hidden trouble point is eliminated, and the liquid seepage problem is thoroughly eliminated.

In the above embodiment, base portion 32 is fitted over bolt 10, and the inner wall of base portion 32 covers the external threads of bolt 10. The bolt assembly of the invention eliminates the liquid seepage hidden trouble point by coating the inner wall of the base part 32 on the external thread, thereby thoroughly eliminating the liquid seepage problem.

In the above embodiment, the base portion 32 is located between the internal thread of the nut 20 and the external thread of the bolt 10, and the outer wall of the base portion 32 covers the internal thread of the nut 20, so that a seal is formed between the nut 20 and the bolt 10. In the bolt assembly, the base part 32 is positioned between the internal thread of the nut 20 and the external thread of the bolt 10, when the nut 20 is installed, the internal thread of the nut 20 and the external thread of the bolt 10 extrude the base part 32, so that the inner wall and the outer wall of the base part 32 are respectively coated on the internal thread of the nut 20 and the external thread of the bolt 10, and a liquid seepage gap between the threads is blocked, thereby eliminating a liquid seepage hidden trouble point and thoroughly eliminating the liquid seepage problem.

In the above embodiment, the outer peripheral wall of the base portion 32 is provided with the mounting protrusion 33, the inner wall of the nut 20 is provided with the first mounting groove 21 matched with the mounting protrusion 33, the base portion 32 is inserted into the nut 20, and the mounting protrusion 33 is located in the first mounting groove 21 and is in limit fit. According to the bolt assembly, the mounting protrusion 33 is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the base part, and the first mounting groove 21 is arranged on the inner wall of the nut 20, so that when the base part 32 is inserted into the nut 20, the mounting protrusion 33 is positioned in the first mounting groove 21 and is in spacing fit with the first mounting groove, the first sealing element 30 is mounted on the nut 20, assembly is facilitated, and mounting efficiency is improved.

In the above embodiment, the base portion 32 has a cylindrical structure with a through hole, and the sealing portion 31 is an annular protrusion formed by extending outward from the outer wall of the base portion 32. The bolt assembly of the invention completely seals the gap between the part to be connected and the bolt 10 by matching the base part 32 and the sealing part 31 after the nut 20 is assembled in place through the base part 32 with a cylindrical structure and the sealing part 31 with an annular bulge shape formed on the outer wall of the base part 32, thereby completely eradicating the liquid seepage problem.

In the above embodiment, the seal portion 31 has the first seal surface 311 and the second seal surface 312 which are parallel, the first seal surface 311 abuts against the nut 20, and the second seal surface 312 abuts against the member to be connected. In the bolt assembly, the first sealing surface 311 is abutted with the nut 20, and the second sealing surface 312 is abutted with the part to be connected, so that a liquid seepage path is completely sealed, liquid cannot pass through a gap between the part to be connected and the bolt 10, and the liquid seepage problem is completely solved.

In the above embodiment, the bolt assembly further includes: and a second sealing member 40, wherein the second sealing member 40 is arranged between the nut 20 and the bolt 10 in a sealing manner. According to the bolt assembly, the second sealing element 40 is arranged, when the bolt 10 and the nut 20 are assembled, the material of the bolt can be damaged, the second sealing element 40 is completely embedded into threads in a seamless mode, and the liquid seepage hidden trouble point formed by the nut and the bolt is eliminated.

In the above embodiment, the second mounting groove 22 is provided on the inner peripheral wall of the nut 20, and the second sealing member 40 is embedded in the second mounting groove 22. The bolt assembly of the present invention facilitates installation and improves installation efficiency by embedding the second sealing member 40 in the second installation groove 22.

In the above embodiment, the second sealing member 40 is a sealing ring, and the inner wall of the sealing ring is covered on the external thread of the bolt 10. According to the bolt assembly, the sealing ring is arranged, when the bolt 10 and the nut 20 are assembled, the material of the sealing ring can be damaged, and the sealing ring is completely and seamlessly embedded into the thread, so that the liquid leakage hidden trouble point formed by the nut and the bolt is eliminated.

In the above embodiment, the material of the first sealing member 30 includes rubber or polyvinyl fluoride.

In the above embodiment, the material of the second sealing element 40 includes nylon.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, a condenser is disclosed, comprising the above bolt assembly.

According to a third aspect of the invention, an evaporative cooling unit is disclosed, comprising a condenser as described above.
