the method comprises the following specific steps:

Background

The 316L stainless steel and T2 copper cold composite board is a novel bimetallic high-efficiency heat-dissipation composite material which takes T2 copper as a substrate and is compounded with a stainless steel layer on a single surface or double surfaces. The stainless steel has bright surface and strength, and also has good extensibility, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of copper.

316L stainless steel, for pipes, heat exchangers and other industrial materials. The stainless steel has the characteristics of large heat conductivity coefficient, small expansion coefficient, good oxidation resistance, excellent stress corrosion resistance, good welding performance and the like, and is a common general stainless steel.

T2 copper has good electric conductivity, heat conductivity, corrosion resistance and processability, and can be welded and soldered. The copper content is more than 99.9%.

The hot rolling compounding needs to prevent the oxidation of an interface during heating, the process is complex, vacuum or welding sealing is needed, the thickness and the layer thickness ratio of a product are difficult to control, and the hot rolling compounding method is generally suitable for blank production. The cold rolling composite process started to be used for industrial production of composite coils in the 50 s of the 20 th century, with precise dimensions and high efficiency, but with low and unstable bonding strength. In the process of the traditional explosive and hot-rolled composite plate strip material, two different materials are combined into a whole, single-side and double-side combination can be realized, the composite layer is 10-20% of the total thickness generally, and the base layer is 80-90% generally, so that the produced steel-copper composite material is strong in combination fastness and not easy to layer. However, in the continuous production process, the problems that the steel layer on the end face of the composite material is easy to rust, the thickness of the composite layer is uneven and the like cannot meet the requirements of current market customers.
