The filter press is a common solid-liquid separation device that utilizes a special filter medium to apply a certain pressure to the object to allow the liquid to dialyze out. Suitable suspensions generally have a solids concentration of less than 10%, an operating pressure of generally 0.3 to 1.6 MPa, and in particular up to 3 MPa or more. The filtering area can be increased or decreased according to the number of the used plate frames.

The thrust plate is a component of the filter press frame and is connected to the support to seat one end of the filter press on the foundation. The thrust plate is processed by adopting a spot welding process, and the welding process has the advantages of short heating time, high welding speed, simplicity in operation, high mechanization degree and high production efficiency.

Spot welding is a welding method that uses a columnar electrode to form a weld spot between the contact surfaces of two overlapping workpieces. During spot welding, the workpiece is pressed to be in close contact with the spot welding, current is switched on, the contact part of the workpiece is melted under the action of resistance heat, and a welding spot is formed after cooling.

The applicant has found that the prior art has at least the following technical problems:

in the spot welding process, the connection and the positioning of the plates are usually realized in a handheld mode, the consistency of plate welding cannot be guaranteed by the method, and meanwhile, in the resistance spot welding process, the welding accuracy is influenced by the conditions of movement and misalignment between the plates.
