cutting a predetermined number of interconnection strips with a first predetermined length, vertically laying the cut interconnection strips with a predetermined number between the head end and the tail end of the battery string group at intervals, and enabling the interconnection strips laid on the battery string group to cross at least two battery strings in the battery string group;

and welding the interconnection strips laid on the battery string group to the battery string group so as to electrically connect the interconnection strips with the battery string group.

7. The welding method of claim 6, wherein said cutting a predetermined number of interconnection bars a first predetermined length when said predetermined number is one comprises:

drawing the interconnecting strip from the interconnecting strip roll;

and cutting the extracted interconnection strip into the first preset length to obtain an interconnection strip.

8. The welding method of claim 6, wherein said cutting at least one interconnection strip of a first predetermined length when said predetermined number is at least two comprises:

drawing the interconnecting strip from the interconnecting strip roll;

cutting the extracted interconnection strip into the first preset length to obtain an interconnection strip;

continuing said step of drawing the interconnection strips from the reel of interconnection strips to obtain at least two interconnection strips.

9. The welding method according to claim 6, wherein before or after welding the interconnection bar laid on the cell string group to the cell string group, the welding method further comprises:

and cutting two bus bars with a second preset length, and respectively placing and welding the two cut bus bars to the head end and the tail end of the battery string group to electrically connect the bus bars with the battery string group.

10. The welding method of claim 9, wherein said cutting two bus bars of a second predetermined length comprises:

drawing the bus bar from the bus bar roll;

cutting the drawn bus bar into the second preset length to obtain a single bus bar;

and continuously drawing the bus bar out of the bus bar material roll, and cutting the drawn bus bar into the second preset length to obtain a second bus bar with the second preset length.

The invention relates to solar cell production equipment, in particular to a welding device and a welding method for manufacturing a cell into a cell string group.

Background

In the production process of the solar cell panel, a plurality of cell sheets are required to be welded to form cell strings, then a plurality of cell strings are typeset according to a preset rule, then the ends of the typeset cell strings are connected through bus bars, and finally a cell string group, a glass plate, EVA, a junction box and the like connected with the bus bars are assembled according to a preset mode to form the solar cell panel.

In the above-described configuration, the ends of the arranged battery strings are connected by the bus bar, and the electric energy of the battery strings can be converged, but when the battery strings are long, the power generation efficiency of the battery string group is generally low by connecting and converging only the ends of the battery strings.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.

The invention relates to a welding device and a welding method for welding interconnection bars and/or bus bars on a battery string.

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an alternative embodiment of the welding apparatus of the present invention. The welding device 70 is at least used for welding the interconnection bar across at least two cell strings arranged in parallel in the cell string set 700. The welding device 70 includes a battery string carrying device 71, an interconnection strip unwinding device 72, an interconnection strip processing device 73, and a first placing and welding module 74.

The battery string carrying device 71 is used for carrying the battery string 700; the interconnection strip unreeling device 72 is positioned on one side of the battery string bearing device 71 and is used for bearing an interconnection strip material roll; the interconnection strip processing device 73 is arranged at the discharge end of the interconnection strip unreeling device 72 and is used for drawing the interconnection strips out of the interconnection strip material roll and cutting the interconnection strips into a first preset length; the first placing and welding module 74 is configured to reciprocate in the extending direction of the battery string bearing device 71, and is configured to pick up at least one interconnection bar obtained by cutting by the interconnection bar processing device 73, and vertically lay the interconnection bars at intervals in sequence to corresponding positions between the head and the tail of the battery string 700 borne by the battery string bearing device 71, the interconnection bars laid on the battery string 700 cross over at least two battery strings in the battery string 700, and the first placing and welding module 74 also welds the laid interconnection bars to the battery string 700.

According to the invention, by arranging the battery string group bearing device 71, the interconnection strip unreeling device 72, the interconnection strip processing device 73 and the first placing and welding module 74, the welding of the interconnection strips on the battery string group 700 can be automatically completed, the production efficiency is high, and the welding quality of the interconnection strips can be ensured.

Alternatively, the interconnection bar processing device 73 includes an interconnection bar pulling device 731 and an interconnection bar cutting device. The interconnection bar traction device 731 is mounted at the discharge end of the interconnection bar unwinding device 72 and used for drawing the interconnection bar out of the interconnection bar unwinding device 72; an interconnection bar cutting means is installed at one side of the stroke of the interconnection bar drawing means 731 for cutting the interconnection bar into a first predetermined length.

The interconnection bar processing device 73 combines an interconnection bar traction device 731 with an interconnection bar cutting device, and can manufacture interconnection bars nearby, thereby improving the feeding efficiency of the interconnection bars.

Optionally, the welding device 70 is also used to weld bus bars at both ends of the battery string 700. At this time, the welding device 70 further includes a bus bar unwinding device 75 and a bus bar processing device 76.

The bus bar unreeling device 75 is located at one side of the battery string bearing device 71 and is used for bearing a bus bar material roll; the bus bar handling device 76 is installed at a discharge end of the bus bar unwinding device 75, and is used for drawing out the bus bars from the bus bar roll and cutting the bus bars into a second predetermined length.

The bus bar can be transported and welded in two ways.

First, a set of first place weld modules 74 are shared with the interconnect strip handling and welding. The first placement welding module 74 carries the bus bars from the bus bar handling device 76 to the head and tail ends of the battery string 700 and welds the bus bars to the battery string 700.

Second, a set of second placement welding modules 77 is used alone. The second placement welding module 77 carries the bus bars from the bus bar handling device 76 to the head end and the tail end of the battery string 700, and welds the bus bars to the battery string 700.

By arranging the bus bar unreeling device 75 and the bus bar processing device 76, bus bars can be welded on the battery string set 700 with the welded interconnection bars, and the compactness of the production rhythm is improved.

Optionally, the first placing and welding module 74 and the second placing and welding module 77 each include a placing device 741 and a welding module; the placement device 741 is used for carrying the interconnection bars or the bus bars, and the welding module is used for welding the interconnection bars or the bus bars to the battery string 700.

The placing device 741 and the welding module are integrated into a whole by placing the welding module, so that the floor area of the equipment can be reduced.

Alternatively, the bus bar processing device 76 includes a bus bar pulling device 761 and a bus bar cutting device. The bus bar pulling device 761 is installed at a discharge end of the bus bar unwinding device 75, and is used for pulling out the bus bar from the bus bar unwinding device 75; the bus bar cutting device is installed at one side of the bus bar pulling device 761 to cut the bus bar into a second predetermined length.

The bus bar processing device 76 combines the bus bar traction device 761 with the bus bar cutting device, so that the bus bars can be manufactured nearby, and the bus bar feeding efficiency is improved.

The invention also discloses a welding method for welding the interconnection bars and/or the bus bars on the battery string group.

The welding method comprises the following steps: composing at least two strings of battery strings in parallel into a battery string group 700; cutting a predetermined number of interconnection strips with a first predetermined length, vertically laying the cut interconnection strips with a predetermined number between the head end and the tail end of the battery string group 700 at intervals, wherein the interconnection strips laid on the battery string group 700 cross at least two battery strings in the battery string group 700; the interconnection bars laid on the battery string set 700 are welded to the battery string set 700, so that the interconnection bars are electrically connected to the battery string set 700.

Before welding the interconnection bars on the battery string set 700, the step of typesetting the battery string set 700 and the step of manufacturing the interconnection bars are set, so that the process can be optimized, and the welding efficiency can be improved.

Optionally, when the predetermined number is one, cutting the interconnection bar of a predetermined number first predetermined length comprises: drawing the interconnecting strip from the interconnecting strip roll; and cutting the extracted interconnection strip into a first preset length to obtain an interconnection strip.

When the interconnecting strips are manufactured, the steps of drawing and cutting the interconnecting strips are completed nearby, and the production process can be further optimized.

Optionally, before or after the interconnection bars laid on the cell string assembly 700 are welded on the cell string assembly 700, the welding method further includes: and cutting two bus bars with a second preset length, and respectively placing and welding the two cut bus bars to the head end and the tail end of the battery string group 700 to electrically connect the bus bars with the battery string group 700.

After the interconnection bars are welded on the battery string set 700, a bus bar welding procedure is added, so that bus bar welding can be further completed, and the production efficiency is improved.

Optionally, cutting two bus bars of a second predetermined length comprises: drawing the bus bar from the bus bar roll; cutting the drawn bus bar into a second preset length to obtain a single bus bar; and continuously drawing the bus bar out of the bus bar material roll, and cutting the drawn bus bar into a second preset length to obtain a second bus bar with a second preset length.

When the bus bar is manufactured, the traction and cutting steps of the bus bar are completed nearby, and the production process can be further optimized.
