1. A method for preparing a medicament by using crop straws is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) preparing stock solution:

D. first hydrolysis, hydrolyzing the fermented product to obtain a preparation liquid, and storing the preparation liquid in a special tank;

e. a second fermentation step, adding the residual materials after hydrolysis into fungi and a culture medium, keeping the temperature at 30-50 ℃, and fermenting for 7-10 days;

f. performing secondary hydrolysis, namely performing alkaline hydrolysis on the material subjected to secondary fermentation to separate preparation liquid;

g. preparing mixed liquor, namely mixing the preparation liquor obtained by twice hydrolysis to obtain a stock solution of the composite humic acid, purifying and sterilizing to obtain the humic acid composite fertilizer.
