As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the driving member 3 has two output shafts 3a disposed opposite to each other, the protruding end of the mounting portion 2a1 has a recessed cavity 2a2, the recessed direction of the recessed cavity 2a2 is the same as the length direction of the guide rail 5, the driving member 3 is located in the recessed cavity 2a2, one end of the output shaft 3a of the driving member 3 extends into the recessed cavity 2a2 and is connected to the inner bottom surface of the recessed cavity 2a2, the other end of the driving member 3 extends out of the recessed cavity 2a2 and is connected to the cylinder body of the double-force cylinder 7, and only one output shaft 3a of the two output shafts 3a of the driving member 3 works to ensure the adjustment accuracy of the driving member 3.

As shown in fig. 2, a zero position sensor 9 is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the adjusting seat 2a, a long-strip-shaped slot hole 1a is formed in the side surface of one side of the casing 1 in a penetrating manner along the length direction of the guide rail assembly, the zero position sensor 9 penetrates through the slot hole 1a and can slide in the slot hole 1a under the driving of the adjusting seat 2a, and an over-travel sensor 10 capable of performing signal transmission with the zero position sensor 9 and giving an alarm is fixedly arranged on the casing 1. When the zero position sensor 9 slides into the signal transmission range of the over-travel sensor 10, the zero position sensor can sense the over-travel sensor 10 to transmit signals, and a user is informed that the current edge rolling track deviates from an ideal track.

The edge rolling device can be in two states, one state is the state of adjusting the posture under the action of the mechanical arm, and the other state is the state of performing edge rolling work.

The working process is as follows: the trimming device can adjust the posture of the trimming device by adopting a mechanical arm according to the position of a metal plate with the trimming in advance, the support cylinder 4 increases the acting force on the side opposite to the inclination direction of the trimming device according to the real-time posture of the trimming device to inhibit the trimming head 2 from sliding, and the gravity center position of the trimming head 2 is kept; after the posture adjustment is finished, the edge rolling work is carried out, and in the edge rolling working state, the driving piece 3 adjusts the adjusting seat 2a on the side opposite to the sliding direction of the edge rolling head 2 according to the sliding direction and the sliding displacement of the edge rolling head 2 in the edge rolling, so that the actual edge rolling track of the edge rolling head 2 is matched with the ideal edge rolling track, and the edge rolling precision is ensured.
