Referring to fig. 2, 6 and 7, the oil replenishing device includes a storage tank 16 fixedly connected to the upper end of the storage housing 3, a connecting conduit 17 fixedly connected to the lower end of the storage tank 16, the connecting conduit 17 is communicated with the storage tank 16 and located in the storage housing 3, a first liquid outlet 18, a second liquid outlet 19 and a third liquid outlet 20 are drilled at the outer end of the connecting conduit 17, the second liquid outlet 19 is located at the lower side of the first liquid outlet 18, the third liquid outlet 20 is located at the lower side of the second liquid outlet 19, the first liquid outlet 18, the second liquid outlet 19 and the third liquid outlet 20 are all located in the storage housing 3, the storage tank 16 and the connecting conduit 17 are filled with lubricating oil 21, after the storage housing 3 leaks, the lubricating oil 21 in the storage tank 16 is replenished due to the reduction of the lubricating oil level in the storage housing 3, when the lubricating oil level leaks to the first liquid outlet 18, the lubricating oil 21 is replenished from the first liquid outlet 18, when the leakage rate of the lubricating oil in the storage shell 3 is too high and the liquid level of the lubricating oil is reduced to the third liquid outlet hole 20, the lubricating oil 21 in the storage tank 16 is filled into the storage shell 3 from the first liquid outlet hole 18, the second liquid outlet hole 19 and the third liquid outlet hole 20 at the same time, so that the filling efficiency of the lubricating oil in the storage shell 3 is accelerated, the loss and abrasion caused by too little lubricating oil in the storage shell 3 are reduced to the minimum, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 and 8, the damping device includes a buffer base 22 fixedly connected to the lower end of a precision lathe body 1, a supporting plate 23 slidably connected between the inner walls of the buffer base 22, the supporting plate 23 contacting the precision lathe body 1, a spacer 24 fixedly connected to the lower end of the supporting plate 23, an elastic air bag 25 fixedly connected to the inner bottom of the buffer base 22, a plurality of air outlets 26 uniformly distributed at the upper end of the elastic air bag 25, a ventilation film 27 fixedly connected between the inner walls of the air outlets 26, and an anti-vibration gravel 28 filled between the elastic air bag 25 and the spacer 24, because the vibration failure of the lathe is the most common failure type, the vibration of the lathe is hard to avoid during the processing and production period, and some vibrations belong to a normal operation range, when the vibration is severe, the processing precision of the lathe is affected, the production efficiency of the lathe is reduced, and the wear of the lathe is also increased, be unfavorable for lathe cutter's stability, when vibration appears in lathe, arouse the vibrations of antidetonation grit 28 because of the vibrations of precision lathe main part 1, some ability that the vibrations produced is consumed earlier through kinetic energy exchange and friction to antidetonation grit 28, the wearing and tearing that vibrations brought are tentatively reduced, antidetonation grit 28 strikes elasticity gasbag 25 at vibrations in-process simultaneously, the gaseous upwards discharge of elasticity gasbag 25 that makes produces certain atmospheric pressure, reduce the kinetic energy of precision lathe main part 1 vibrations in-process, simultaneously the layer board 23 drives precision lathe main part 1 and reciprocates and cushion because of vibrations, consume the kinetic energy of vibrations in-process layer by layer, the wearing and tearing that bring vibrations fall to minimumly, thereby improve the machining precision and the production efficiency of precision lathe main part 1, and also improved its life under the certain degree.

Please refer to fig. 6 and 7, an oil filling hole 29 is drilled at the outer end of the storage tank 16, a sealing plug 30 is connected to the inner wall of the oil filling hole 29 in a threaded manner, anti-slip threads are arranged at the outer end of the sealing plug 30, the oil filling hole 29 and the sealing plug 30 are arranged, the storage tank 16 is made of transparent material, when the lubricating oil 21 in the storage tank 16 is completely consumed, the sealing plug 30 can be rotated to open to replenish the lubricating oil 21 again, the linking shaft 4 is lubricated continuously, and the damage of parts caused by too little lubricating oil 21 is prevented.

Referring to fig. 8, a spherical groove 31 is cut at the outer end of the supporting plate 23, a ball 32 is rotatably connected in the spherical groove 31, the ball 32 contacts with the buffering base 22, and the ball 32 contacting with the buffering base 22 is arranged, so that the supporting plate 23 can slide more smoothly with the inner wall of the buffering base 22 in the vibration process, thereby reducing the friction force, reducing the loss of the supporting plate 23, and prolonging the service life thereof.

Referring to fig. 8, a sealing gasket 33 is fixedly connected between the supporting plate 23 and the isolation plate 24, the sealing gasket 33 is in contact with the inner wall of the buffer base 22, and by arranging the sealing gasket 33, the anti-seismic gravel 28 is not easy to scatter outside through the isolation plate 24 during the vibration process of the air outlet 26, so that loss and loss are caused, and the sealing performance between the isolation plate 24 and the elastic air bag 25 is improved.

Referring to fig. 3-5, the diameter of the pressing block 13 is smaller than the aperture of the through hole 7, and by setting the diameter of the pressing block 13 to be smaller, when the air holes 14 receive the expanding extrusion force of the oil-absorbing rubber sleeve 12, the pressing block 13 can accurately enter the through hole 7 to press the rubber sealing piece 8 open, so that the dislocation is not easily caused or the rubber sealing piece is difficult to enter the through hole 7 due to the matching of the diameters, and the working efficiency is improved.
