Technical Field

The invention relates to a filter press, in particular to a pulling plate mechanism of the filter press and a pulling plate unloading method thereof.

Background

The low-temperature vacuum dewatering and drying integrated filter press is applied to the fields of sludge, coal slime, tailing treatment and the like in the environmental protection industry, is solid-liquid separation equipment capable of continuously completing the processes of dewatering, washing, filter pressing, drying and the like of materials, and after all the processes are completed, a filter plate needs to be pulled open through a plate pulling mechanism to unload materials.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a filter press with a quick plate pulling mechanism.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a filter press with a quick plate pulling mechanism, which comprises a thrust plate, an oil cylinder seat and a main beam arranged between the thrust plate and the oil cylinder seat, wherein a pressing plate and a plurality of filter plates are arranged on the main beam in a sliding manner, and the filter plates are arranged between the thrust plate and the pressing plate; the filter plates are divided into a plurality of filter plate groups, each filter plate group is formed by connecting a plurality of filter plates through a telescopic structure, one filter plate closest to a pressing plate in each filter plate group is a first plate, a main oil cylinder is arranged on an oil cylinder seat and connected with the pressing plate, the pressing plate is connected with the first plate in the first filter plate group, a plate pulling mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the main beam and comprises a pull rod support fixed on the main beam, a pull rod capable of sliding in the pull rod support, a long pull plate oil cylinder connected with one end of the pull rod and a manipulator arranged on the pull rod, and the manipulator can be connected with the first plates in the rest filter plate groups.

Preferably, the left side and the right side of the filter press are respectively provided with a main beam, and each main beam is provided with a pulling plate mechanism.

2) the long pull plate oil cylinder drives the pull rod to horizontally reciprocate, and each time the pull rod reciprocates, a manipulator on the pull rod is contacted with a first plate in a filter plate group, and each filter plate in the filter plate group is pulled open, so that the filter plate group is unloaded; the pull rod reciprocates in such a way, and the filter plate groups are sequentially pulled open and unloaded from the filter plate groups close to the pressing plate.

by adopting the filter press with the rapid plate pulling mechanism and the plate pulling unloading method thereof, the main oil cylinder drives the pressing plate to pull open each filter plate in the first filter plate group, and the plate pulling mechanism pulls open each filter plate in the other filter plate groups, so that the filter press can pull open the filter plates in groups to unload; compared with the filter press which can pull the filter plates one by one and unload materials in the prior art, the invention effectively shortens the plate pulling period and improves the unloading speed by pulling a plurality of filter plates once and pulling the filter plates for a plurality of times. Compared with the filter press which pulls all filter plates open at one time to discharge in the prior art, the invention can greatly shorten the stroke of the main oil cylinder and the length of the main beam, and reduce the manufacturing cost and the occupied area of the equipment. The pull plate mechanism consisting of the pull rod support, the pull rod, the pull plate long oil cylinder and the mechanical arm reduces moving contact points in the operation process, and greatly reduces noise.

Specifically, each pull rod 620 is provided with a plurality of manipulators 640, and the number of the manipulators 640 on each pull rod 620 is N-1, where N is the number of the filter plate groups 5, that is, each manipulator corresponds to one filter plate group, and except for the first filter plate group, the left side and the right side of each filter plate group correspond to one manipulator. Thus, the stroke of the plate pulling long cylinder 630 does not need to be too long when the plate pulling mechanism 6 is used to pull the filter plate groups apart. More specifically, the number of the filter plate groups 5 in the present embodiment is 5, and the number of the manipulators 640 on each pull rod 620 is 4.

In this embodiment, the robot 640 includes a robot base 641, a finger 642 swingably mounted on the robot base 641, and a driving device for driving the finger 642 to swing, and the head plate 501 in the filter plate group 5 is provided with a handle engaged with the finger 642. The driving device may be an oil cylinder, an electromagnet, a linear motion mechanism driven by a motor, and specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the driving device in this embodiment is an air cylinder 643, the air cylinder 643 is disposed on the manipulator base 641 through an air cylinder pin 644, the pusher dog 642 is rotatably disposed on the manipulator base 641 through a pawl pin 645, a telescopic end of the air cylinder 643 is rotatably connected with one end of the pusher dog 642 to drive the pusher dog 642 to extend or retract from the manipulator base 641, and a limit pin 646 is further disposed on one side of the pusher dog 642. The manipulator is free of springs, and few in easily-damaged parts, so that the reliability of the mechanism is improved, and the service life of the mechanism is prolonged.

In order to enable the drawplate long oil cylinder 630 to drive the pull rod 620 to automatically move horizontally back and forth within a designed stroke and control the pusher 642 in the manipulator 640 to automatically retract and extend, in the embodiment, a forward limit switch (not shown) and a backward limit switch (not shown) are arranged at two ends of the stroke of the drawplate long oil cylinder 630, and are connected with the electrical control box.

The telescoping structure is a chain or corrosion resistant rope 502 connected to both sides of the filter plate.

In this embodiment, a belt conveyor 7 is provided at the bottom of the filter press, and the seepage liquid generated during the operation of the filter press is collected and discharged uniformly by a collecting tank 8 located at the lower end of the belt conveyor 7. The filter cake is transferred to a silo or hopper located at the high end of the belt conveyor 7. Because a turning plate liquid receiving mechanism is omitted, the noise caused by the falling of the filter cake is reduced. Compared with a spiral conveyor in the prior art, the conveying efficiency of the belt conveyor 7 is higher, and the belt conveyor is more suitable for conveying low-viscosity materials easy to strip.

The embodiment also provides a pulling plate unloading method of the filter press with the quick pulling plate mechanism, which comprises the following steps:

1) the main cylinder 210 drives the pressing plate 4 to retreat, the pressing plate 4 sequentially pulls open each filter plate in the first filter plate group 510 through the head plate and the chain or the corrosion-resistant rope 502, so that the filter cake between the filter plates falls off, and the first filter plate group 510 discharges.

2) The robot 640 is in the retracted state, that is, the initial state of all the fingers 642 in the robot 640 is the retracted state. The long pull plate cylinder 630 pushes the pull rod 620 to move forward, after the forward limit switch is triggered, the long pull plate cylinder 630 drives the pull rod 620 to move backward, and meanwhile, one manipulator extends out, namely, the pusher dog 642 in the first manipulator 601 extends out, hooks the handle on the first plate 501 of the second filter plate group 520, pulls open each filter plate in the second filter plate group 520, and enables the second filter plate group 520 to discharge; and simultaneously presses the first filter plate group 510 after the discharging process, so as to close the filter plates.

When the long pulling plate cylinder 630 drives the pulling rod 620 to retreat and touches a retreat limit switch, the long pulling plate cylinder 630 pushes the pulling rod 620 to advance again, the pusher dog 642 in the first manipulator 601 retracts, and the handle on the first plate 501 of the second filter plate group 520 is released. When the forward limit switch is touched again, the pull rod 620 is driven to retreat by the pull plate long oil cylinder 630, and meanwhile, the pusher dog 642 in the second manipulator 602 extends out to hook the handle on the first plate 501 of the third filter plate group 530, and each filter plate in the third filter plate group 530 is pulled open, so that the third filter plate group 530 is discharged; and simultaneously presses the second group 520 of discharged filter plates to close the filter plates.

The above process is repeated, and the pull rod 620 reciprocates in such a way as to sequentially pull the fourth filter plate group 540 and the fifth filter plate group 550 apart and discharge the materials until the discharge of all the filter plate groups is completed.

3) After each filter plate in the filter plate groups 5 is pulled open, filter cakes falling during discharging are conveyed into a storage bin or a transport hopper through a belt conveyor 7, each filter plate group 5 is pulled open, and the previous filter plate group 5 is closed after discharging.

By adopting the filter press with the rapid plate pulling mechanism and the plate pulling and unloading method thereof of the embodiment, the main cylinder 210 drives the pressing plate 4 to pull open each filter plate in the first filter plate group 510, and the plate pulling mechanism 6 consisting of the pull rod support 610, the pull rod 620, the plate pulling long cylinder 630 and the manipulator 640 pulls open each filter plate in the other filter plate groups 5, thereby realizing the grouped pulling and unloading of the filter plates of the filter press.

Compared with the prior art that the filter plates are pulled open one by one to discharge materials, the invention effectively shortens the plate pulling period and improves the discharging speed by pulling a plurality of filter plates once and pulling open the filter plates for a plurality of times; compared with the mode of pulling all the filter plates open at one time for discharging, the invention does not need overlong stroke of the main oil cylinder and length of the main beam, and can effectively reduce the manufacturing cost and the occupied area of the equipment.

The invention adopts a gas-liquid-electric linkage mode to drive the whole equipment, the action is rapid and accurate, the failure rate is low, the efficiency is high, and the noise in the operation process is greatly reduced.
