A novel nut welding method capable of preventing oxidation comprises the following steps:

The probability of thread deformation and false welding is greatly reduced, the condition that workpieces are scrapped due to thread deformation is reduced, the manual repair welding process due to false welding is omitted, the cost is reduced, the welding efficiency is improved, and the economic benefit of enterprises is greatly improved.
