7. The end stud of claim 1, wherein an end of the first rectangle distal from the trapezoid is provided with a friction stir weld standard joint.

8. An end post according to claim 1,

the thickness of a pair of second long side edges of the second rectangle increases in a stepped manner towards the direction far away from the first rectangle;

the thickness of the outer end stud of the second rectangle is larger than that of other studs;

the thickness range of the stud is 3-6 mm.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of vehicle body structures, in particular to an end upright post, a vehicle body and a rail vehicle.

Background

With the rapid development of rail transit, the existing train has the unique advantages of high speed, low noise, short construction period, low cost and the like, and is widely popularized. The train comprises a roof, an underframe, side walls, end columns and other structures. The end columns are used for connecting end walls and side walls.

In the traditional technology, the section of an end upright post of a traditional train is small, and each interface module of an end wall cannot be integrated; need thicken in the joint for guaranteeing section bar welding strength, connect more weight big more, be not conform to lightweight design theory. In addition, the arc welding head is adopted at the joint, the welding quantity of the arc welding head is large, the welding deformation caused by the arc welding head is large, and the flatness of the end wall is difficult to effectively control. And when faults such as slide wires occur in the mounting seat arranged in the section cavity, the mounting seat cannot be replaced.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem to be solved

The invention aims to provide an end upright post, a vehicle body and a rail vehicle, and aims to solve the technical problems of small section and poor interface integration of the conventional end upright post.

at least one of the cavities is provided with a chute.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the trapezoidal inner cavity is provided with at least one sliding groove.

In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the sliding groove includes an inner rib, the height of the inner rib is smaller than the height of the stud, a bending portion is disposed at an end of the inner rib, a stop portion extending relative to the bending portion is disposed on a sidewall of the stud near the inner rib, and the stud provided with the stop portion and the inner rib provided with the bending portion form the sliding groove in a surrounding manner.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. As shown in fig. 1, one of the first long side plates of the first rectangle 1, one of the waist side plates of the trapezoid 2, and one of the second long side plates of the second rectangle 3 are located on the same plane, so that the integrity and the consistency are good, no structure mutation part exists, no local stress concentration area exists, and the whole body can be conveniently attached to the side surface of a side wall or an end wall.

The other first long side plate of the first rectangle 1 is in transition connection with the other second long side edge of the second rectangle 3 through the other waist side plate of the trapezoid 2; as shown in fig. 1, a first long side plate on the upper side of a first rectangle 1 is connected with a second long side plate on the upper side of a second rectangle 3 in a smooth transition way through a bevel side plate, namely a waist side plate, of a trapezoid 2; avoid stress concentration and have good integrity.

A pair of first short side plates of the first rectangle 1, a pair of bottom side plates (parallel upper and lower bottoms) of the trapezoid 2, and a pair of second short side plates of the second rectangle 3 are formed by studs 6; through setting up the stud 6, can play good power conduction effect, can produce orderly deformation when suffering the striking, absorb the striking energy, improve the security.

For the sake of simplification of the structure, the first rectangle 1 and the trapezoid 2 share the stud 6 at the connection point, and the trapezoid 2 and the second rectangle 3 also share the stud 6 at the connection point.

In order to enhance the overall strength and the vertical rigidity of the first rectangle 1, at least one stud 6 for dividing the inner cavity of the first rectangle 1 into at least two cavities is further arranged in the first rectangle 1; the overall structural strength and rigidity of the end upright are enhanced through the arrangement of the vertical ribs 6, so that the section area of the end upright can be properly increased; by adopting the large-section sectional material, the number of the end wall plate sectional materials can be reduced from three to two, so that one welding position is reduced, and the weight of the end wall can be effectively reduced.

At least one sliding groove is arranged in at least one die cavity, and a key hole is arranged at the sliding groove, so that the installation and replacement of connecting pieces such as equipment bolts and the like are facilitated.

The end upright post adopts double-layer aluminum alloy and meets EN12663 standard. The modular design concept is adopted, and the large-section end upright post is designed, so that the effects of simple structure and reliability are achieved.

The end stand column achieves the effect of integrating multiple interfaces by arranging the sliding grooves, is used for installing various connecting pieces, simplifies the external structure of the end stand column, and enables the end stand column to be more reasonable and reliable in application. The sliding groove is preferably provided with a key hole, so that the installation and replacement of connecting pieces such as installation bolts of other equipment are facilitated. The die cavity is internally provided with the sliding chute so as to achieve the purpose of integrating and optimizing each interface of the end wall, reduce the development types of the sectional materials and save the cost.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the inner cavity of the trapezoid 2 is provided with at least one sliding groove. In the embodiment of the invention, three sliding groove structural forms are adopted:

Thirdly, in an embodiment of the present invention, the side walls of at least one pair of adjacent studs 6 are respectively provided with a stop member 7 extending oppositely, provided that the distance between the pair of adjacent studs 6 matches the width distance of the sliding groove; the sliding groove is enclosed between a pair of vertical ribs 6 provided with the stop part 7. Likewise, the opening width of the chute is smaller than the groove bottom width of the chute, so that the head of the connecting piece such as a bolt can be limited in the chute.

Moreover, the end upright post also adopts a local reinforcing design, and the inner side walls of the first rectangle 1 and the second rectangle 3 in the width direction are thickened to different degrees, namely the thickness of the cavity wall is increased. In addition, if the interface of the end column profile is suddenly changed, for example, the interface of the connection part of the first rectangle 1 and the trapezoid 2 is suddenly changed, the cavity wall at the corresponding position is thickened. Through the local reinforcement, the strength and the rigidity of the end stand column are improved, the cross section area of the end stand column can be reduced, and the light-weight effect is realized. In a specific embodiment of the invention, the thickness of the studs 6 at the outer end 5 of the second rectangle is greater than the thickness of the studs 6 at the other ends, and the width of the second rectangle 3 is greater, so that the studs 6 at the outer end 5 of the second rectangle are thickened for local strength and rigidity enhancement;

the thickness of a pair of second long side plates of the second rectangle 3 increases in a step-like manner towards the direction far away from the first rectangle 1; the strength of the profile ends is increased by the increase in wall thickness.

The thickness of all the studs 6 ranges from 3 to 6 mm.
