1. A preparation method of waste ceramic polishing sludge slurry is characterized by comprising the following steps:

collecting waste ceramic polishing sludge, and then diluting the waste ceramic polishing sludge into a first sludge suspension with the concentration of 50-55%;

sequentially carrying out precipitation treatment and filtration treatment on the first sludge suspension to obtain a second sludge suspension with the particle size of less than or equal to 0.15 mm;

and (3) carrying out surface impurity removal treatment on the second sludge suspension, and then adding a dispersing agent and a diluting agent for mixing to obtain the waste ceramic polishing sludge slurry with the concentration of 40-50%.

2. The method of preparing a waste ceramic polishing slurry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of diluting the waste ceramic polishing slurry into a first slurry suspension having a concentration of 50-55% comprises: adding water, and stirring for 10-15 min.

3. The method of preparing the waste ceramic polishing slurry according to claim 1, wherein the filtering treatment comprises suction filtration using a filter net having a diameter of 0.15mm or less.

4. The method of preparing the waste ceramic polishing slurry according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant comprises at least one of sodium pentapolyphosphate, sodium tridecyl, glycerol monostearate, hexenyl distearamide, and sodium diacetate; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the diluent comprises water.

5. The method of preparing the waste ceramic polishing slurry according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant accounts for 0.3 to 0.5% by mass of the ceramic polishing slurry.

The method of preparing the waste ceramic polishing slurry according to claim 1, wherein the subjecting the second slurry suspension to surface desmearing treatment comprises: and standing the second sludge suspension for 5-15min, removing impurities on the surface of the liquid, and stirring for 3-5 min.

8. The method of preparing the waste ceramic polishing slurry according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the waste ceramic polishing slurry is a waste ceramic polishing slurry for concrete.

9. A waste ceramic polishing slurry, characterized in that the waste ceramic polishing slurry is obtained by the method for preparing the waste ceramic polishing slurry according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of resource utilization of solid wastes, and particularly relates to a waste ceramic polishing sludge slurry and a preparation method thereof.

Background

China is a big country for producing and consuming building ceramics. According to literature statistics, the ceramic polishing waste is produced by 1000 ten thousand tons every year in China. The solid waste with large amount has great harm to the environment and people, so the method has important significance for the research of recycling the ceramic waste. At present, ceramic waste is used for producing porous ceramic, and is added into a formula, but the treatment method has the disadvantages of high energy consumption, high cost, small yield and limited treatment capacity, and is not suitable for popularization and reference. The Wandongmei and Penggu utilize ceramic waste to develop solid concrete materials, but the method needs more high-strength adhesives and has more complex forming and is not suitable for wide application. In foreign countries, more than 40% of the ceramic waste can be recycled, and the rest can be prepared into ceramic waste powder to be supplied to other usable factories. The most important method of enterprises in China is landfill, a large amount of accumulated ceramic waste occupies the land, and seriously pollutes water, air and soil environments which human beings rely on for survival, so that the contradiction with ecological environment is more and more sharp, and a more reasonable and effective treatment method is urgently sought.

The study of the Shizheng and the like shows that: the addition of 5-10% of waste ceramic polishing sludge can improve the working performance of concrete, improve the compressive strength of concrete at each age and obviously improve the durability of concrete. However, when the amount of the ceramic polishing sludge exceeds 20%, the mechanical property and durability of the concrete are greatly reduced. In the doctor's paper of ceramic polishing sludge characteristics and comprehensive utilization research of gazang of university of southern China (2008), it is disclosed that the polishing sludge has a certain activity of volcanic ash, the cement mortar strength activity index can reach 84% under normal temperature conditions, and the polishing sludge has the potential to be used as an auxiliary cementing material.

The waste ceramic polishing sludge contains more silicon dioxide and aluminum trioxide in direct components, so the waste ceramic polishing sludge is a cheap active admixture, but the waste ceramic polishing sludge contains partial impurities such as broken porcelain, wood strips or paper scraps, and the waste ceramic polishing sludge is difficult to directly utilize. Most of the waste ceramic polishing sludge is processed by squeezing, drying, sorting and grinding modes and then recycled, so that the direct cost is high, the energy consumption is high, the efficiency is low, stable suspension is difficult to form after water is directly added, and the ash forms a precipitation state in a short time, so that stable sludge slurry is difficult to form, and the mass application of the sludge slurry in concrete is limited. We need to consider whether the waste ceramic polishing sludge can be prepared into slurry with stable performance, thereby realizing the mass application of the waste ceramic polishing sludge in concrete.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a waste ceramic polishing slurry and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problem that the existing waste ceramic polishing slurry is unstable.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the invention provides a preparation method of waste ceramic polishing sludge slurry on one hand, which comprises the following steps:

collecting waste ceramic polishing sludge, and then diluting the waste ceramic polishing sludge into a first sludge suspension with the concentration of 50-55%;

sequentially carrying out precipitation treatment and filtration treatment on the first sludge suspension to obtain a second sludge suspension with the particle size of less than or equal to 0.15 mm;

and (3) carrying out surface impurity removal treatment on the second sludge suspension, and then adding a dispersing agent and a diluting agent for mixing to obtain the waste ceramic polishing sludge slurry with the concentration of 40-50%.

The preparation method of the waste ceramic polishing sludge slurry provided by the invention comprises the steps of firstly preliminarily diluting collected waste ceramic polishing sludge into a first sludge suspension with certain dispersibility and concentration of 50-55%, then precipitating and filtering to obtain a second sludge suspension with good activity index and particle size of less than or equal to 0.15mm, and finally adding a dispersing agent and a diluting agent into the second sludge suspension to be uniformly mixed to form the waste ceramic polishing sludge slurry with final concentration of 40-50%; the preparation method is simple in process and low in cost, and the prepared waste ceramic polishing sludge slurry has good dispersibility and stability, so that the resource utilization rate of the waste ceramic polishing sludge is improved, waste can be changed into valuable, the landfill treatment of the waste ceramic polishing sludge is reduced, and the pollution of the waste ceramic polishing sludge to the environment is reduced.

In another aspect, the invention provides a waste ceramic polishing slurry, which is obtained by the preparation method of the waste ceramic polishing slurry.

The waste ceramic polishing slurry provided by the invention is prepared by the special preparation method, and the obtained waste ceramic polishing slurry has good dispersibility and stability, so that the resource utilization rate of the waste ceramic polishing slurry is improved, waste can be changed into valuable, the landfill treatment of the waste ceramic polishing slurry is reduced, and the pollution of the waste ceramic polishing slurry to the environment is reduced.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

On the one hand, the embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of waste ceramic polishing sludge slurry, which comprises the following steps:

s01: collecting waste ceramic polishing sludge, and then diluting the waste ceramic polishing sludge into a first sludge suspension with the concentration of 50-55%;

s02: sequentially carrying out precipitation treatment and filtration treatment on the first sludge suspension to obtain a second sludge suspension with the particle size of less than or equal to 0.15 mm;

s03: and (3) carrying out surface impurity removal treatment on the second sludge suspension, and then adding a dispersing agent and a diluting agent for mixing to obtain the waste ceramic polishing sludge slurry with the concentration of 40-50%.

The waste ceramic polishing slurry prepared by the embodiment of the invention is waste ceramic polishing slurry for concrete.

In one embodiment, the step of diluting the waste ceramic polishing sludge into a first sludge suspension having a concentration of 50-55% comprises: adding water, and stirring for 10-15 min. If the solid concentration in the first sludge suspension is more than 55%, the first sludge suspension is very viscous and not easy to disperse uniformly, and large particles are not easy to precipitate at the bottom, and a large number of experimental studies show that the waste ceramic polishing sludge slurry finally added with the dispersing agent can form stable slurry after being diluted to 40% -50%, and is not easy to delaminate; so that the sludge is diluted to an optimum concentration of 50-55% at the initial dilution.

In one embodiment, the filtration treatment comprises suction filtration with a filter screen having a diameter of 0.15mm or less. For example, particles having a size of greater than 0.15mm may be removed by filtration through a filter screen having a diameter of 0.15mm, resulting in a suspension having particles having a size of less than 0.15 mm. If the particle size is too large, the activity index of the sludge is lowered.

In one embodiment, the diluent comprises water. The dispersing agent comprises at least one of sodium pentapolyphosphate, sodium tridecyl, glycerol monostearate, hexenyl distearamide and sodium diacetate; the dispersant increases the repulsive force among particles to overcome the agglomeration caused by the van der Waals attractive force among the particles, thereby playing the roles of preventing sedimentation and reducing the viscosity of the slurry. Further, the dispersant accounts for 0.3-0.5% of the mass fraction of the ceramic polishing slurry. Namely, the ratio of the dispersant to the total mass of the waste ceramic polishing slurry is 3-5: 1000.

in one embodiment, the second sludge suspension is kept still for 5-15min, and is stirred for 3-5min after impurities on the surface of the liquid are removed.

In one embodiment, the amount of water added can be determined by testing the water content of the waste ceramic polishing sludge prior to diluting the waste ceramic polishing sludge into a first sludge suspension having a concentration of 50-55%; the amount of water added can be determined by testing the water content of the second sludge suspension before adding the dispersant and the diluent for mixing.

And finally, pumping the prepared waste ceramic polishing slurry into a storage tank for later use, wherein a circulating pump in the storage tank needs to be started for 5-10 minutes every 12 hours, so that the waste ceramic polishing slurry is prevented from being deposited and layered, and the stability of the performance of the waste ceramic polishing slurry is prevented from being influenced.

The final waste ceramic polishing slurry has a solid concentration of 40-50%, an average particle size of 1-100 μm, and does not settle after standing for 12 hours. And the energy consumption is low, the dispersion is uniform, the viscosity is low, the cement can be used as an auxiliary cementing material of concrete, cheap resources such as ceramic polishing sludge are fully utilized, and the environment-friendly and economic benefits are achieved.

On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention also provides the waste ceramic polishing slurry, which is obtained by the preparation method of the waste ceramic polishing slurry provided by the embodiment of the invention.

The waste ceramic polishing sludge slurry provided by the embodiment of the invention is prepared by the special preparation method of the embodiment of the invention, and the obtained waste ceramic polishing sludge slurry has good dispersibility and stability, so that the resource utilization rate of the waste ceramic polishing sludge is improved, waste can be changed into valuable, the landfill treatment of the waste ceramic polishing sludge is reduced, and the pollution of the waste ceramic polishing sludge to the environment is reduced.

In the embodiment of the invention, the average particle size of particles in the ceramic polishing slurry is 1-100 μm; the ceramic polishing slurry is kept still for 12 hours, and the concentration difference of the upper suspension and the lower suspension is less than 3 percent.

The invention is described in further detail with reference to a part of the test results, which are described in detail below with reference to specific examples.
