6. A method of manufacturing a socket corrugated reinforced double flat walled composite pipe as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 comprising the steps of:

(1) plasticizing the raw material by a corrugated pipe extruder, feeding the raw material into a corrugated pipe forming machine for mould pressing blow molding, cooling, cutting off and placing the raw material in a first stinger to form a double-wall corrugated pipe;

(2) one end of the cut pipe is subjected to rotary heating, flaring molding and cooling to form a socket type double-wall corrugated pipe;

(3) pushing the socket type double-wall corrugated pipe to a cladding device by a tractor to clad to form an outer flat wall layer, and cutting to form a socket type corrugated reinforced double-flat-wall composite pipe which is not clad and is placed on a second stinger;

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide a socket joint type corrugated reinforced double-flat-wall composite pipe which has the advantages of light weight, less material consumption, high strength and high production efficiency, and can overcome the defects that the double-wall corrugated pipe is inconvenient to drag and roll and is difficult to backfill during laying; the second objective of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method of the above socket-type corrugated reinforced double-flat-wall composite pipe.

In order to realize the purpose, the following technical scheme is provided:

a socket joint type corrugated reinforced double-flat-wall composite pipe comprises a double-wall corrugated pipe main body and a bellmouth integrally arranged at one end of the double-wall corrugated pipe main body, wherein a spigot connection section is arranged at one end, away from the bellmouth, of the double-wall corrugated pipe main body, the double-wall corrugated pipe main body and the bellmouth respectively comprise an inner flat-wall layer and a corrugated reinforcing layer, and the outer wall of the corrugated reinforcing layer is provided with wave crests and wave troughs,

optionally, the outer flat wall layer is wrapped inwards along the cambered surfaces connecting the wave crests and the wave troughs at the middle position of the socket connecting section.

Optionally, at least one wave trough of the socket connecting section which is not wrapped by the outer flat wall layer is provided with a sealing rubber ring.

Optionally, the material of the inner flat wall layer and the corrugated reinforcing layer is made of high density polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride or alloy material thereof.

Optionally, the material of the outer flat wall layer is made of high density polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET or alloy material thereof.

A manufacturing method of a socket type corrugated reinforced double-flat-wall composite pipe comprises the following steps:

(1) plasticizing the raw material by a corrugated pipe extruder, feeding the raw material into a corrugated pipe forming machine for mould pressing blow molding, cooling, cutting off and placing the raw material in a first stinger to form a double-wall corrugated pipe;

(2) one end of the cut pipe is heated in a rotating mode, flared and formed, and cooled to form the inserted double-wall corrugated pipe;

(3) pushing the socket type double-wall corrugated pipe to a cladding device by a tractor to clad to form an outer flat wall layer, and cutting to form a socket type corrugated reinforced double-flat-wall composite pipe which is not clad and is placed on a second stinger;

(4) and (3) using a wrapping device to wrap the edge of the outer flat wall layer of the socket type corrugated reinforced double-flat-wall composite pipe which is not wrapped.

The existing double-wall corrugated pipe comprises a double-wall corrugated pipe main body 1 and a socket 11 integrally arranged at one end of the double-wall corrugated pipe main body 1, wherein one end, far away from the socket 11, of the double-wall corrugated pipe main body 1 is provided with a socket connecting section 12, the double-wall corrugated pipe main body 1 and the socket 12 both comprise an inner flat wall layer 2 and a corrugated reinforcing layer 3, and the outer wall of the corrugated reinforcing layer 3 is provided with a wave crest 32 and a wave trough 31.
