Background

The laser confocal microscope used in many laboratories in China at present is of an inverted type, and generally, a mixture of an observed object, a transparent agent and a fluorescent dye is placed above an objective lens in two ways; one of the modes is to use a confocal special culture dish, a glass sheet with the thickness of about 0.17mm is embedded at the bottom of a plastic culture dish body, the glass sheet is bonded with the bottom of the culture dish body through a special transparent biological adhesive, and the confocal special culture dish is directly placed above an objective lens, but the confocal special culture dish is difficult to clean and sterilize and can only be used once, so that the experiment cost is high; the other mode is that a conventional combined structure of a cover glass and a glass slide is used, an observed object is placed on the glass slide, a transparent agent and a fluorescent dye are dripped, then the glass slide is covered, then the whole combined structure of the cover glass and the glass slide is turned over and then placed above an objective lens, due to the surface tension effect of liquid, the cover glass and the glass slide can be kept attached and cannot fall off, but the space between the glass slide and the glass slide is small, the transparent agent and the fluorescent dye are easy to overflow, most of the transparent agent (such as wintergreen oil) and the fluorescent Dye (DAPI) used in an experiment have pungent smell and toxicity, and the common contact can cause harm to a human body.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a glass slide structure suitable for a confocal microscope, and a transparent agent and a fluorescent dye are not easy to overflow when the glass slide structure is used.

A slide structure suitable for a confocal microscope according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the middle glass slide is provided with a plurality of first through holes; the cover glass, the intermediate glass and the glass slide are sequentially stacked; and the sealing ring is made of elastic material, is arranged in the first through hole, and has a thickness slightly larger than that of the intermediate glass slide, so that the upper side and the lower side of the sealing ring are respectively abutted against the cover glass and the glass slide when the cover glass, the intermediate glass slide and the glass slide are sequentially attached.
