Technical Field
The present invention relates to an L-type coaxial connector and an L-type coaxial connector with a coaxial cable.
Background
Conventionally, an L-type coaxial connector to which a coaxial cable is connected and an L-type coaxial connector with a coaxial cable are known (for example, see patent document 1).
The L-type coaxial connector of patent document 1 includes: the coaxial cable includes an inner terminal connected to a central conductor portion of the coaxial cable, an outer terminal (housing) connected to an outer conductor portion of the coaxial cable, and an insulating member (bushing) disposed between the inner terminal and the outer terminal. When the coaxial connector is connected to a connector on the other side, the internal terminal and the external terminal of the coaxial connector are fitted to the respective terminals of the corresponding connector on the other side.
The internal terminal of the coaxial connector of patent document 1 includes: the connector is configured to have a female (socket) shape for receiving a male (pin) terminal of a mating connector.
Patent document 1 International publication No. 2016/163140
Recently, it is desired to make the height direction of the coaxial connector smaller, i.e., shorter. In order to make the coaxial connector low, the heights of the internal terminal and the external terminal need to be reduced.
As described above, in the coaxial connector of patent document 1, since the internal terminal is of a female type, it is necessary to provide a predetermined elasticity to the internal terminal in order to reliably engage with the male type terminal. In the case of realizing a low profile in the coaxial connector of patent document 1, the height of the inner terminal needs to be shortened, and the height needs to be increased in a lateral direction (radial direction in the case of a cylindrical shape) perpendicular to the height direction in order to secure elasticity. However, when the inner terminal is laterally enlarged, capacitive coupling is likely to occur between the inner terminal and the outer terminal disposed in the vicinity thereof, and there is a concern that the electrical characteristics of the coaxial connector may be deteriorated.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems, and to provide an L-type coaxial connector and an L-type coaxial connector with a coaxial cable, which can reduce the size of an internal terminal and realize a low profile while suppressing deterioration of electrical characteristics.
In order to achieve the above object, an L-shaped coaxial connector with a coaxial cable according to the present invention includes: a coaxial cable having a central conductor portion and an outer conductor portion arranged around the central conductor portion; an inner terminal connected to the center conductor portion of the coaxial cable; an external terminal connected to the external conductor portion of the coaxial cable; and an insulating member disposed between the inner terminal and the outer terminal, wherein in the L-shaped coaxial connector with the coaxial cable, the outer terminal includes: a cylindrical portion extending in a cylindrical shape in a direction intersecting an axial direction of the coaxial cable, the inner terminal including: a 1 st terminal section of a male type and a cylindrical shape extending in a direction intersecting an axial direction of the coaxial cable; and a 2 nd terminal part extending from the 1 st terminal part to be connected to the center conductor part of the coaxial cable, wherein the 1 st terminal part is inserted by the insulating member and surrounded by the cylindrical part,
the insulating member includes: a protrusion part protruding for inserting the 1 st terminal part.
Further, an L-type coaxial connector according to the present invention is an L-type coaxial connector to which a coaxial cable having a center conductor portion and an outer conductor portion arranged around the center conductor portion is connected, the L-type coaxial connector including: an inner terminal connected to the center conductor portion of the coaxial cable; an external terminal connected to the external conductor portion of the coaxial cable; and an insulating member disposed between the internal terminal and the external terminal, the external terminal including: a cylindrical portion extending in a cylindrical shape in a direction intersecting an axial direction of the coaxial cable, the inner terminal including: a 1 st terminal section of a male type and a cylindrical shape extending in a direction intersecting an axial direction of the coaxial cable; and a 2 nd terminal portion extending from the 1 st terminal portion to be connected to the center conductor portion of the coaxial cable, wherein the 1 st terminal portion is inserted with the insulating member and surrounded by the cylindrical portion, and the insulating member includes: a protrusion part protruding for inserting the 1 st terminal part.

Detailed Description
According to the 1 st aspect of the present invention, there is provided an L-shaped coaxial connector with a coaxial cable, comprising: a coaxial cable having a central conductor portion and an outer conductor portion arranged around the central conductor portion; an inner terminal connected to the center conductor portion of the coaxial cable; an external terminal connected to the external conductor portion of the coaxial cable; and an insulating member disposed between the inner terminal and the outer terminal, wherein in the L-shaped coaxial connector with the coaxial cable, the outer terminal includes: a cylindrical portion extending in a cylindrical shape in a direction intersecting an axial direction of the coaxial cable, the inner terminal including: a 1 st terminal section of a male type and a cylindrical shape extending in a direction intersecting an axial direction of the coaxial cable; and a 2 nd terminal portion extending from the 1 st terminal portion to be connected to the center conductor portion of the coaxial cable, wherein the 1 st terminal portion is inserted with the insulating member and surrounded by the cylindrical portion, and the insulating member includes: a protrusion part protruding for inserting the 1 st terminal part.
With this configuration, by making the internal terminal male, the internal terminal can be made smaller than in the case where the internal terminal is female. Even when the internal terminal is reduced in size, the projecting portion of the insulating member is inserted into the 1 st terminal portion of the internal terminal, so that the strength of the internal terminal is enhanced. This makes it possible to reduce the overall shape of the internal terminal, thereby suppressing capacitive coupling between the internal terminal and the external terminal, suppressing deterioration of the electrical characteristics of the coaxial connector, and realizing a low profile of the coaxial connector.
According to the 2 nd aspect of the present invention, there is provided the L-shaped coaxial connector with a coaxial cable according to the 1 st aspect, further having a structure in which the cylindrical portion of the external terminal is cylindrical, the 1 st terminal portion is cylindrical, and when a side into which the insulating member is inserted is a base end portion and an end portion opposite to the base end portion is a terminal end portion, the terminal end portion has a convex portion having a curved surface. According to such a configuration, the shape of the 1 st terminal portion of the internal terminal is a cylindrical shape with a rounded end, so that capacitive coupling between the internal terminal and the external terminal can be suppressed, and the electrical characteristics can be improved.
According to the 3 rd aspect of the present invention, there is provided the L-shaped coaxial connector with a coaxial cable according to the 1 st or 2 nd aspect further having the structure in which the 1 st terminal portion has a through hole continuous from the base end portion to the tip end portion. According to such a configuration, by making the internal terminal male, the internal terminal can be made smaller than in the case where the internal terminal is female. Even when the internal terminal is made small, the strength of the internal terminal is enhanced because the protruding portion of the insulating member is inserted into the 1 st terminal portion of the internal terminal. This makes it possible to reduce the overall shape of the internal terminal, thereby suppressing capacitive coupling with the external terminal, suppressing deterioration in the electrical characteristics of the coaxial connector, and realizing a low profile of the coaxial connector.
According to the 11 th aspect of the present invention, there is provided the L-type coaxial connector according to the 10 th aspect, wherein the cylindrical portion of the external terminal is cylindrical, the 1 st terminal portion is cylindrical, and when a side into which the insulating member is inserted is a base end portion and an end portion opposite to the base end portion is a terminal end portion, the terminal end portion has a convex portion having a curved surface. According to such a configuration, since the shape of the 1 st terminal portion of the internal terminal is a cylindrical shape with a rounded end, capacitive coupling between the internal terminal and the external terminal can be suppressed, and electrical characteristics can be improved.
