Background

The biscuit is a pastry which is formed by baking flour, fat and sugar serving as main raw materials after being formed by a roller printing machine, so that the die roller plays an important role in the whole biscuit production process. The structure of a female die in the existing die roller is fixed, and biscuits with different models and thicknesses are difficult to manufacture by the same die roller; and when one of the female dies is broken, the maintenance and the replacement are inconvenient. There is therefore a need for further technical improvements to the above-mentioned prior art cookie impression rollers.

Aiming at the problems, the biscuit conveying mechanism has the effects of freely adjusting the thickness of biscuits, conveniently cleaning biscuit scraps on the conveying mechanism and keeping cleanness and sanitation through the functions of the working platform, the cleaning assembly, the die roller and the die assembly.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a forming device for preparing blackberry biscuits, which solves the problem that the existing impression roller is difficult to prepare biscuits with different models and thicknesses through the functions of a working platform, a cleaning component, the impression roller and the impression component; and when one of the concave dies is broken, the maintenance and the replacement are inconvenient.

Furthermore, one end of the die roller is provided with an installation groove in an array manner; the inner wall of one side of the mounting groove is provided with through holes in an array mode and is communicated with the peripheral side face of the impression roller; and chain wheels are arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft of the impression roller.

1. according to the biscuit separating device, a plurality of compartments are formed in the feed hopper through the partition plates and are used for separating biscuits of different types or thicknesses, so that the biscuits can be conveniently classified and collected; the adjusting piece for adjusting the thickness of the biscuits is fixedly arranged in the die printing frame, so that the push plate is located at different positions of the lantern ring, the thickness of the biscuits can be adjusted conveniently, and the biscuits with different thicknesses can be made.

2. The cleaning assembly is provided with the arc-shaped plate and the cleaning brush, so that the biscuit residues of the conveying mechanism can be cleaned and collected conveniently and can automatically slide to the collecting box, and the effects of freely adjusting the thickness of biscuits, cleaning the biscuit residues on the conveying mechanism conveniently and keeping cleanness and sanitation are achieved.

Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the cleaning brush 203 is provided with bristles 2031 on one surface; the other surface of the cleaning brush 203 is fixedly connected with a plurality of springs 2032, so that the biscuit residues and sundries on the conveying mechanism 102 can be cleaned conveniently; fixing pieces 2033 are arranged at two ends of the cleaning brush 203; the spring 2032 is fixedly connected with the inner bottom surface of the rectangular box 202.
