Background

With the development of medical technology, laparoscopic surgery with less trauma and faster recovery is widely applied to surgical treatment in departments such as surgery, internal medicine, gynecology and the like, at present, the operations of suturing tissues, hemostasis and the like under the laparoscope completely depend on experience operation of medical staff, although some medical instruments can be used for clamping a suture needle for tissue suturing, leading wires of the suture wire and knotting after suturing, the suturing operation still needs to be completed by the medical staff by utilizing the suture needle, and the suturing, the leading wires and the knotting are long in time consumption, high in working strength and high in requirement on professional level of the medical staff. In addition, the auxiliary instrument for suturing in the prior art also has the defects of large volume, complex structure, inconvenient operation, high cost and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a suture clip for laparoscopic surgery, which can realize operations such as suture, hemostasis and the like through rapid suturing of suturing nails and suture nail grooves under a laparoscope, and reduce the operation difficulty and operation strength.

The invention is realized by the following steps:

a suture clip for laparoscopic surgery comprises a clip holder, a suture nail seat, a nail groove seat and a suture nail groove; the stitching nail is embedded in the stitching nail seat and is arranged on one clamping end of the clip holding device through the stitching nail seat, the stitching nail groove is embedded in the nail groove seat and is arranged on the other clamping end of the clip holding device through the nail groove seat, the stitching nail and the stitching nail groove are arranged oppositely, and when the two clamping ends of the clip holding device are attached, the stitching nail can be matched with the stitching nail groove for stitching.

The suturing nail is provided with an agnail, a suturing hole is arranged in the suturing nail groove, and the agnail is inserted into the suturing hole to enable the suturing nail to be sutured with the suturing nail groove.

The sewing hole is internally provided with a pair of fixing teeth which are symmetrically arranged relatively, and the barb penetrates through the gap between the pair of fixing teeth when being inserted into the sewing hole and can be positioned and fixed through the pair of fixing teeth.

The stitching nail is arranged at the edge of the outer end of the clamping end of the clip holding device through the stitching nail seat, and the stitching nail groove is arranged at the edge of the outer end of the clamping end of the clip holding device through the nail groove seat.

The suturing nail is connected with the suturing nail groove through a connecting line.

The width of the suturing nail and the width of the suturing nail groove are both 1-3 mm.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention realizes the suture by adopting the way that the suture nail is matched with the suture nail groove, so that the suture operation is simpler and quicker, and the complicated step of knotting by holding the suture needle lead in the prior art is avoided, thereby greatly reducing the difficulty and the operation intensity of the operation.

2. The invention realizes the stitching by adopting the way that the stitching nail and the stitching nail groove are matched for stitching, finishes one-needle stitching each time of stitching, can meet the stitching of different angles, positions and needle numbers, and has high operation flexibility.

3. The invention realizes suturing by adopting a way that the suturing nail is matched with the suturing nail groove, the volume of the suturing nail is small, the volume of a surgical instrument is greatly reduced, the suturing nail is convenient to put in, the flexibility in operation is improved, and the cost is reduced.

The invention can realize the operations of suturing, hemostasis and the like by quickly suturing the suturing nail and the suturing nail groove under the laparoscope, has small volume, more convenient implantation and operation, and flexibly controls the suturing position, angle and needle number, thereby greatly reducing the operation difficulty and operation intensity.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the suturing clip for laparoscopic surgery comprises a clip holder 1, suturing nails 2, a suturing nail seat 3, a nail groove seat 4 and a suturing nail groove 5; the stitching nail 2 is embedded in the stitching nail seat 3 and is arranged on one clamping end of the clip holder 1 through the stitching nail seat 3, the stitching nail groove 5 is embedded in the nail groove seat 4 and is arranged on the other clamping end of the clip holder 1 through the nail groove seat 4, the stitching nail 2 is arranged opposite to the stitching nail groove 5, and when the two clamping ends of the clip holder 1 are attached, the stitching nail 2 can be matched with the stitching nail groove 5 for stitching.

Referring to fig. 2, the suturing nail 2 is provided with barbs 21, suturing holes 51 are formed in the suturing nail groove 5, and the barbs 21 are inserted into the suturing holes 51, so that the suturing nail 2 is sutured with the suturing nail groove 5. The suturing nail 2 and the suturing nail groove 5 can be nailed by adopting various materials or structures, such as:

preferably, the barb 21 and the suture nail groove 5 can be made of specific materials with certain deformation capacity and hardness, such as medical silica gel, so that the barb 21 can be inserted into the suture hole 51 through deformation and tightly propped against the suture nail groove 5 without falling off.

Preferably, a pair of fixing teeth 52 is symmetrically arranged in the suture hole 51, and the barb 21 passes through the gap between the pair of fixing teeth 52 when being inserted into the suture hole 51, and can be further positioned and fixed by the pair of fixing teeth 52. The fixing teeth 52 can also be made of a specific material with certain deformation capability and hardness, such as medical silica gel, and can further effectively prevent the barbs 21 from falling off from the suture holes 51.

Preferably, the width of the suturing nail 2 and the width of the suturing nail groove 5 are both 1-3mm, the size is small, the suturing nail is convenient to place in a body, and the suturing nail is suitable for minimally invasive surgeries such as laparoscopy and the like.

Preferably, the suturing nail 2 and the suturing nail groove 5 can be made of biodegradable materials (such as homopolymer of any one of dioxanone, glycolide, lactide, caprolactone and trimethylene carbonate or copolymer of any two or more monomers of the dioxanone, glycolide, lactide, caprolactone and trimethylene carbonate) in the prior art, so that the biodegradable materials can be absorbed by body tissues, the suturing nail is not required to be taken out, and the pain of the operation is reduced. The suturing nail 2 and the suturing nail groove 5 can also be made of medical non-degradable materials (such as plastic high molecular materials, metal high molecular materials and the like).

The specific method for carrying out the sewing operation by adopting the sewing clip under the laparoscope comprises the following steps: the suturing nail 2 is arranged on the suturing nail seat 3 and is arranged on one clamping end of the clip holder 1, the suturing nail groove 5 is arranged on the nail groove seat 4 and is arranged on the other clamping end of the clip holder 1, and the clip holder 1 can adopt a clamping tool commonly used in the operation in the prior art.
