6. The mechanical lift wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein said two first gears are mounted on said rotating shaft by a key and run synchronously with said worm gear.

Background

The wheelchair is an important tool for rehabilitation, not only is the walking tool for the disabled with limbs injured, but also is more important for the disabled to do physical exercise and participate in social activities by means of the wheelchair. Referring to fig. 1, the old wheelchair 300 cannot be lifted. However, most of the devices in the market for serving elderly and disabled people with inconvenient actions have single functions, and the application range is limited to simple movement, walking instead of walking, bathing or urinating and defecating. Particularly, mutual moving from a wheelchair to a sofa, a bed, a toilet, a seat and the like has a problem, as is well known, the sofa, the seat and the bed on the market have no uniform standard height, and a traditional shifting machine (wheelchair) is stopped at a height fixing stage, so that the height of the sofa, the bed and the toilet is difficult to match, the whole nursing is still inconvenient, and the sofa, the bed and the toilet are still in a carrying, carrying and embracing mode by nursing personnel.

In view of the above, the existing wheelchairs have obvious inconvenience and disadvantages in practical use, so that improvement is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Referring to fig. 2 to 16, in one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a mechanical lifting wheelchair including a wheelchair body (not shown), and a lifting structure 100 provided at a lower end of the wheelchair body, wherein the lifting structure 100 includes:

the bottom support assembly 10 is arranged at the bottom of the wheelchair body and comprises a pair of oppositely arranged support pieces 11;

an upper support movable assembly 20 including a pair of movable supports 21 supporting the bottom of the wheelchair body;

the gear rack column assembly 30 comprises two pairs of first gears 31 and rack columns 32 which are meshed with each other, one ends of the two rack columns 32 are respectively arranged on one group of supporting pieces 11, the other ends of the two rack columns respectively support one pair of movable supporting pieces 21, and the two first gears 31 are arranged on a rotating shaft 34;

and the lifting control assembly 40 is arranged between the two first gears 31 and controls the rotation directions of the two first gears 31 so as to control the wheelchair body to ascend or descend.

In this embodiment, referring to figure 1, the wheelchair body is the upper half of the wheelchair, including the seat, handles, etc. The elevation structure 100 is supported under the seat. The lifting structure 100 of the mechanical lifting wheelchair is configured to include: a bottom support assembly 10, an upper support traveling assembly 20, a rack and pinion assembly 30, and a lift control assembly 40. The head end and the tail end of the upper supporting movable assembly 20 are respectively provided with a wheelchair body and a rack and pinion assembly 30 which are arranged on the bottom supporting assembly 10, and the rack and pinion assembly 30 is combined to control the upper supporting movable assembly 20 to move upwards or fall downwards through forward and reverse rotation. And rotation of the rack and pinion assembly 30 is controlled by the lift control assembly 40.

Referring to fig. 2-16, in one implementation of the present invention, the lift control assembly 40 includes:

a clutch assembly 41 disposed between the two first gears 31; the clutch assembly 41 comprises a clutch assembly frame 411 and handles 412 connected to the left and right sides of the frame, and a shaft 413 of the clutch assembly is arranged in the middle of the frame;

a worm gear assembly 42 disposed between the two first gears 31, including a worm 421 and a worm wheel 422, and the worm wheel 422 being mounted on the rotating shaft 34; the upper supporting movable assembly 20 adopts a worm and gear self-locking structure, and the two first gears 31 are fixed on the rotating shaft through the connection of keys and synchronously run with the worm gear 422, so that the lifting of the mechanical lifting wheelchair is more controllable. Preferably, the gear ratio of the worm gear is 1:20, the pitch circle diameter of the rack and pinion in the rack and pinion column assembly 30 is 30mm, and the modulus is 2.

A bevel gear assembly 43 including a pair of large bevel gears 432 disposed opposite to each other and a small bevel gear 431 disposed between the pair of large bevel gears 432, the small bevel gear 431 being mounted to one end of the worm 421 in the worm gear assembly 42 by a first flat key 433; two large bevel gears 432 are fixed on the shaft 413 of the clutch component, a compression spring 446 is arranged in the middle of the pedal ratchet component 44, and the fixed position of the large bevel gear 432 can ensure smooth sliding without large friction force. The small bevel gear 431 is fixed to the worm 421 and locked by a snap spring.

A pedal ratchet assembly 44 including a ratchet pin 441, a pedal ratchet 442, a compression spring 446, a connecting spring 443, and a pedal plate 447; the pedal ratchet 442 is fixed on the shaft 413 of the clutch assembly through the ratchet pin 441; the compression spring 446 is sleeved on the shaft 413 of the clutch assembly and is arranged between the pair of large bevel gears 432; and said foot pedal 447 is connected to said foot ratchet 442 by a connecting rod; both ends of the connecting spring 443 are connected to the pedal plate 447 and the ratchet pin 441, respectively. The two first gears 31 are fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft 34 through a key, and synchronously operate with the worm gear 422.

In this embodiment, the lifting control assembly 40 comprises a worm and gear assembly 42, a clutch assembly 41, a bevel gear assembly 43, and a foot ratchet assembly 44, wherein the upper support movable assembly 20 is engaged with the rack post 32 of the bottom support assembly 10 through a gear, the upper support movable assembly 20 is fixed on the rack post 32 and integrally fixed in the bottom support assembly 10, and the rack post 32 is engaged with the first gear 31. The upper supporting movable assembly 20 is fixed to the periphery of the rack post 32. And the upper support movable assembly 20 includes a moving rod, a gear, etc. In addition, the elevation control assembly 40 may further include a box, a left bracket assembly 70, a right bracket assembly 70, and the like.

Preferably, the pedal ratchet assembly 44 is fixed in the middle of the shaft 413 of the clutch assembly and locked by the clamp spring 444, the pedal ratchet assembly 44 comprises a ratchet pin 441, a pedal ratchet 442, a connecting spring 445 and a pedal 447, the pedal ratchet 442 is ensured to lock the shaft 41 of the clutch assembly, the pedal ratchet 442 can drive the shaft 41 of the clutch assembly to rotate, and the ratchet pin 441 is ensured to rotate clockwise, ratchet rotate and idle counterclockwise, or vice versa, so as to adjust the height of the wheelchair 100.

Wherein one end of the rack column 32 is fixed in the sliding chute of the bottom support component 10 and is locked by a nut; the steel ball 323 in the sliding groove at the other end is attached to the inner wall of the upper support movable assembly 20, so that the steel ball 323 serves as a sliding rail for the upper support movable assembly 20, and the upper support movable assembly 20 can run more stably.

A pair of movable supports 21 are arranged in parallel. In addition, the clutch assembly frame 411 further comprises two transverse plates 4111 which are arranged in parallel up and down, and through holes 4112 matched with the worm 421 are formed in the two transverse plates 411; and arcs 4113 matched with the worm wheel 422 are further formed on the left side and the right side of the clutch assembly frame 411.

In summary, the lifting structure of the mechanical lifting wheelchair is arranged at the lower end of the wheelchair body to adjust the lifting of the wheelchair. The bottom supporting component supports an upper supporting movable component, the upper supporting movable component is connected with a rack and pinion column component, the rack and pinion column component comprises two pairs of first gears and a rack column which are meshed with each other, and the two first gears are arranged on a rotating shaft; the lifting control assembly is arranged between the two first gears and controls the rotation directions of the two first gears so as to control the wheelchair body to ascend or descend. Therefore, the lifting of the mechanical lifting wheelchair is adjusted through the lifting control component. Finally, the problems of mutual moving from a wheelchair to a sofa, a bed, a toilet, a seat and the like of old people and disabled people with inconvenient actions, convenience and cool of incontinent people and the like are solved.
