When the large rotary gear 53 and the device thereon rotate forward for a quarter of a turn, the gear ring 96 drives the planetary gear 95 to rotate for a turn, so that the planetary gear 95 drives the sun gear 93 and the device thereon to rotate for a half of a turn, the push block 99 moves along the chute on the special-shaped slotted wire support frame 3 in the direction away from the four-corner slotted guide frame 4 through the matching of the short connecting rod 97 and the long connecting rod 98, the sixth reset spring 910 is compressed, at the moment, the wedge-shaped block clamping block 62 releases the packed express cartons on the cross placing bottom plate 61 below the push block 99, so that the push block 99 pushes the packed express cartons on the cross placing bottom plate 61 below the push block 99 to move in the direction away from the four-corner slotted guide frame 4, and then the packed express cartons drop onto the express carton collecting box on one side below the special-shaped slotted wire support frame 3, when the large transmission rack 52 is separated from the large rotating gear 53, the large rotating gear 53 and the device thereon stop rotating, the pushing block 99 is reset under the resetting action of the sixth reset spring 910, the long rotating shaft 92 rotates under the action of the short connecting rod 97 and the long connecting rod 98, the pushing block 99 is reset under the resetting action of the sixth reset spring 910, and the sun gear 93 does not rotate under the action of the second overrunning clutch 94.
