Background

The film evaporator is a device which is applied to the industries of petrochemical industry, pharmacy, food processing and the like and is used for removing volatile matters and distilling products from materials which are fed in liquid state, discharged in liquid state or solid state, and the like, can carry out falling film evaporation under the vacuum condition by forcibly forming a film through a rotary scraper, and is widely applied to the industries of chemical industry, petrifaction, medicine, pesticide, daily chemicals, food, fine chemical industry and the like. With the rapid development of the chemical industry, the development of newer equipment more suitable for the process is accelerated by chemical equipment, and a film evaporator involved in the evaporation process needs to be developed continuously.

The existing film evaporator mainly comprises a main shaft, a scraper device driven by the main shaft, a jacket, a cylinder, a seal head, a driving assembly and other parts. With the vigorous development of the evaporator distillation technology industry, the film evaporator is gradually enlarged, and the length of the main shaft is continuously lengthened, so that the problems of the strength and the rigidity of the main shaft are more obvious. The traditional design scheme is to adopt a hollow shaft to replace a solid shaft so as to reduce the shaft weight and effectively improve the critical rotating speed of a rotor, and solve the vibration problem of the shaft, so that the rotor device obtains a good stable operation effect. However, in actual production, due to the increase of material viscosity, the stress of the rotor is uneven in the rotating process, so that the main shaft is affected by eccentric force in the rotating process, the shaft is eccentric, the amplitude of the rotor is increased, the eccentric wear of the scraper is caused, and the normal operation of equipment is influenced. The novel rotor structure is searched for the large-scale film evaporator applied to high-viscosity materials, good rigidity and strength of the rotor are obtained, and the technical problem which is continuously solved by the development of the current film evaporator industry is solved.

In the thin film evaporator, a scraper device is a key device, and materials are forcedly formed into a film on the wall of the evaporator cylinder through the scraper device in the separation process of the materials entering equipment, so that the working process of falling film evaporation under a vacuum condition is realized. Therefore, whether the structural form of the scraper device is adapted to the process requirements or not becomes a key factor for determining the evaporation capacity of the equipment. For the current highly refined industry, the film evaporator with one structure can not be simply used for being suitable for various working conditions, but the film evaporator needs to be classified and designed according to different industries and different material characteristics.

The prior scraper device mainly has the following problems: 1. the conventional movable scraper is thin and cannot bear high rotating speed and large load; 2. the two ends of the conventional fixed scraper are supported by bearings, the bottom of the conventional fixed scraper is provided with the bearings, the relative stability of operation is poor, and the replacement of the bottom bearings is troublesome; 3. the conventional scraper can finish the evaporation process under high-viscosity materials, and has poor speed, efficiency and reliability and can pollute the materials.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides the film evaporator adopting the squirrel-cage limiting hinge scraper device, which has the advantages of compact structure and reasonable design, can be adapted to high-speed, high-efficiency and reliable completion of an evaporation process under high-viscosity materials, does not pollute the materials, and meets the process requirements of products.

According to the technical scheme provided by the invention: a film evaporator adopting a squirrel-cage limiting hinge scraper device comprises a motor assembly, a rack, a main shaft, a cylinder, an end enclosure and a rotor, wherein the top of the cylinder is connected with the rack in a sealing manner, the bottom of the cylinder is connected with the end enclosure in a sealing manner, and the main shaft is supported and installed in the center of the cylinder through a bearing piece; the motor assembly is arranged at the top of the frame, and a power output shaft of the motor assembly is downwards connected with the upper end of the main shaft; the rotor is arranged on the main shaft, and is characterized in that: the rotor comprises a squirrel cage rotor, the squirrel cage rotor is sleeved and fixed on the main shaft, a plurality of squirrel cage type limit hinge scraper devices are arranged on the outer wall of the squirrel cage rotor at equal intervals along the length direction of the squirrel cage rotor, a bottomless bearing is arranged at the bottom of each squirrel cage type limit hinge scraper device, a sliding block is arranged between a cylinder body and an end enclosure and runs stably by virtue of the sliding block, and the squirrel cage type limit hinge scraper devices are driven to rotate by the main shaft.
