(2) squeezing: a steel pipe is inserted into a hydraulic rod sleeve (3), hydraulic oil in a hydraulic oil tank (2) enters an upper chamber of a hydraulic cylinder (6) through an oil pipe (5) by utilizing a hydraulic principle, the hydraulic pressure pushes a hydraulic rod (17) connected with a piston head of the hydraulic oil tank (2) to move downwards, meanwhile, oil in a lower chamber of the hydraulic cylinder (6) returns to the hydraulic oil tank (2) through an oil pipe (4), the hydraulic rod (17) is aligned with a lining plate (18) to push a movable extrusion plate (8) to move downwards towards a fixed extrusion plate (15), the area of an extrusion cavity is reduced to extrude honey, the extruded honey flows into gaps of bottom plate grids (20) through gaps among box body grids (14), and finally enters a filtering system through a diversion hole (21);

(3) and (3) filtering: the pressed honey in the step (2) enters a filter screen (22) in a funnel (13), then a vacuum pump (24) is started, and a vacuum tank (23) below the filter screen (22) forms vacuum accelerated filtration; when the honey filtering is finished, a honey discharge valve (12) below the vacuum tank (23) is opened, and the honey is placed into a packaging container, so that the extruding and filtering work of the comb honey can be finished;

(2) squeezing: inserting a steel pipe into a hydraulic rod sleeve, feeding hydraulic oil in a hydraulic oil tank into an upper chamber of a hydraulic cylinder through an oil pipe by utilizing a hydraulic principle, pushing the hydraulic rod connected with a piston head to move downwards by oil pressure, simultaneously returning oil in a lower chamber of the hydraulic cylinder into the hydraulic oil tank through another oil pipe, pushing a movable extrusion plate to move downwards towards a fixed extrusion plate by the hydraulic rod aiming at a lining plate, reducing an extrusion cavity area to extrude honey, feeding the extruded honey into a bottom plate lattice bar gap through a gap between lattice bars of a box body, and finally feeding the honey into a filtering system through a flow guide hole;

(3) and (3) filtering: the pressed honey in the step (2) enters a filter screen in a funnel, then a vacuum pump is started, and a vacuum tank below the filter screen forms vacuum accelerated filtration; when the honey filtering is finished, opening a honey discharge valve below the vacuum tank, and putting the honey into a packaging container to finish the extruding and filtering work of the comb honey;

(3) deslagging: after the honey squeezing and filtering is finished, firstly, a change-over switch on a hydraulic oil tank is adjusted to adjust the oil inlet direction of a hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank enters a lower chamber of the hydraulic cylinder through an oil pipe by utilizing a hydraulic principle, the hydraulic rod connected with a piston head is pushed by the oil pressure to move upwards, meanwhile, oil in an upper chamber of the hydraulic cylinder returns to the hydraulic oil tank through another oil pipe, and along with the lifting of the hydraulic rod, the pressure for moving an extrusion plate is relieved; then the hydraulic cylinder fixing frame connected with the hydraulic cylinder is detached from the hydraulic cylinder supporting arm, the movable extrusion plate is taken out, and finally, the squeezed comb honey waste residue is taken out, so that the honey squeezing and filtering work can be completed.

The invention has the following positive effects:

(1) according to the honey extrusion filter, the honey extrusion and filtration are designed into an integral three-dimensional structure, so that the honey extrusion filter is compact and simple in equipment structure, high in extrusion and filtration speed, less in pollution possibility and improved in honey quality; meanwhile, the squeezing force is large, the honey extraction rate is high, and the labor intensity is low.

(2) By using the honey extrusion filter, the honey extrusion and filtration processes are completed through the steps of comb honey loading, comb honey squeezing, comb honey filtering and comb honey discharging, the extrusion area is fast to change, the vacuum filtration speed is fast, the operation is simple, the honey quality and the honey extraction rate are improved, and the labor production efficiency is high. The invention not only can be used for extruding honey, but also can be used for solid-liquid separation of other extrusion-resistant articles, and has wide application range.
