Carpet sizing is one of the important processes in carpet processing. In the manufacturing process of the carpet in the market at present, after carpet gray fabric is manufactured through an early process, the carpet gray fabric is manufactured into a finished product through heat setting and sizing glue coating process treatment, in the sizing glue coating process, the carpet gray fabric is firstly put into flame-retardant emulsion, namely glue, and then enters a scraping and coating device, and is dried through a drying device, so that the manufactured flame-retardant emulsion of the carpet finished product has uneven penetration in the carpet, and due to the fact that the carpet is not fixed in time after the carpet is glued in an uneven mode, the glue is dried easily, the fixing effect is affected, and the quality of the carpet is poor.

One working mode of the invention is as follows:

the two transmission rollers 31 are driven to rotate by the rotation of the backing fabric motor 3, so that the carpet backing fabric is transmitted leftwards, and passes through the space among the positioning head 61, the positioning block 62 and the telescopic device 63. When the end part of the carpet backing cloth reaches the pneumatic clamp 51, the pneumatic clamp 51 clamps the end part of the carpet backing cloth, then the transmission motor drives the gear to rotate, and the square tube 5 moves leftwards through the matching of the gear and the rack. The working principle of the transmission assembly formed by matching the gear and the rack is known in the prior art, and redundant description is omitted.

When the length of the carpet backing fabric is enough, the telescopic device 63 contracts to drive the positioning head 61 to move upwards, and the carpet backing fabric moves upwards along with the positioning head 61 because the carpet backing fabric is hung on the positioning head 61, and the carpet backing fabric between the positioning head 61 and the positioning block 62 is fixed after the positioning head 61 and the positioning block 62 are clamped tightly. The transmission slide rail of the cloth cutting device 7 drives the cloth cutting knife wheel to move parallel to the square tube 5, and the carpet bottom cloth is cut off. Because the carpet backing fabric is fixed, the carpet backing fabric is not easy to deviate along with the guide wheel in the process of cloth cutting of the cloth cutting device 7.

Then the pneumatic clamp 51 loosens the carpet backing fabric, the expansion device 63 also extends, the positioning head 61 descends, the carpet backing fabric descends along with the positioning head 61 under the action of gravity, and the carpet backing fabric can uniformly fall on a working area under the action of gravity. The carpet backing fabric is positioned in the working area; the pneumatic device is extended to lower the rubber roller 52 to contact with the carpet backing, the rubber outlet 53 of the rubber roller 52 is used for discharging rubber, and the rubber roller 52 rotates on the carpet backing to perform the rubber coating operation.

The terms "left and right" as used herein are used with reference to the orientation shown in fig. 1, and are used for convenience of description, and do not have any other special meaning.
