secondly, the clamping and trimming assembly 34 in the clamping and trimming mechanism 3 can trim the rubber seal ring, specifically, the grinding part of the trimming grinding wheel 344 is on the wheel surface, after the rubber seal ring is clamped between the two trimming grinding wheels 344, the trimming grinding wheel 344 is just attached to the position of the rubber seal ring where parting burrs are generated, when the rotary driving mechanism 5 drives the rubber seal ring to rotate, friction is generated between the rubber seal ring and the trimming grinding wheel 344 which rotates passively, the trimming grinding wheel 344 which rotates passively naturally trims the rubber seal ring, and the clamping and trimming assembly 34 can always provide stable clamping support during trimming, so that the trimming parts of a batch of rubber seal rings with the same size which are trimmed are flat and uniform.

The rotary driving mechanism 5 is used for driving the rubber seal ring to be processed clamped in the clamping and trimming mechanism 3 to rotate, similarly, before trimming processing is carried out, the rotary driving block 53 needs to be adjusted according to the size of the rubber seal ring to be processed, after the puller bolt 5311 is screwed and propped in the puller groove 5222, the rotary driving block 53 is basically not easy to slide in the upper adjusting chute 5221, so that the puller bolt 5311 needs to be loosened when the rotary driving block 53 is adjusted, and then each rotary driving block 53 is slid to be adjusted, so that the six rotary driving blocks 53 are positioned on a circle with the circle center of the circular disc seat 522 as the circle center, and the clamping parts 532 of the six rotary driving blocks 53 can be clamped on the rubber seal ring;

when the lifting mechanism 4 drives the rotary driving mechanism 5 to descend and the clamping parts 532 are clamped on the rubber sealing ring, the rotary driving trimming can be performed, specifically, the driving motor 51 is started, the driving gear 511 drives the driven gear 521 to rotate, so that the whole rotating part 52 is driven to rotate, the rotary driving block 53 rotates along with the rotating part 52, the six clamping parts 532 are matched with each other, namely, the rubber sealing ring is grasped to drive to rotate, the supporting rollers 22 distributed and installed on the circular table 21 form a rolling supporting plane, the bottom friction of the rubber sealing ring is effectively reduced, the rotating smoothness is enhanced, and in the rotating process of the rubber sealing ring, the two trimming grinding wheels 344 in the clamping state in each clamping trimming assembly 34 process the inner edge and the outer edge of the rubber sealing ring.

Further, elevating system 4 still includes riser 41 of welded fastening installation on base 1 and the vertical fixed mounting at riser 41 top middle part's lift cylinder 42 through the bolt, is equipped with two vertical slide rails 411 about lift cylinder 42 symmetric distribution on the vertical medial surface of riser 41, and the back of lift platform 43 is equipped with the draw runner 431 that corresponds slidable mounting with two slide rails 411, and the output of lift cylinder 42 and the top welded fastening of lift platform 43.

The lifting mechanism 4 is mainly used for driving the rotary driving mechanism 5 to descend, specifically, the lifting cylinder 42 is started, the lifting cylinder 42 pushes the lifting platform 43 to vertically move downwards along the two sliding rails 411, so that the rotary driving mechanism 5 moves downwards along with the lifting platform, and then descends to enable the clamping part 532 to be clamped on the rubber sealing ring.

Furthermore, the bottom of the placing table 2 is provided with three support columns 23 for supporting, the three support columns 23 are distributed in an equilateral triangle, and the lower shaft end of the adjusting shaft 31 is provided with a hand wheel 311. The struts 23 on the one hand form a support and on the other hand facilitate the space for fitting the hand wheel 311.

Further, the diameter of the driven gear 521 is 3 times the diameter of the driving gear 511. The driven gear 521 which is three times as large as the driving gear 511 has a deceleration function in the rotating process, so that after the driving motor 51 is rotated and output through the driving gear 511, the rotating part 52 can rotate at a relatively low rotating speed, the driving and rotating stability of the rubber sealing ring is ensured, and the trimming effect can be improved.

In addition, the invention also provides a rubber sealing ring manufacturing, molding and trimming processing method, and in this embodiment, the processing method for trimming the rubber sealing ring by using the processing machine provided by the invention specifically comprises the following steps:

s1, adjusting the clasping and trimming mechanism 3: according to the size of the rubber sealing ring to be processed, the adjusting shaft 31 is driven to drive the screw rod 32 to rotate through rotating the hand wheel 311, and then the mounting seat 33 is driven to slide so as to adjust the distance between the clamping and trimming assembly 34 and the center of the circular truncated cone 21, and the distance is matched with the size of the rubber sealing ring to be processed, so that the rubber sealing ring to be processed can be clamped between two trimming and grinding wheels 344 of each clamping and trimming assembly 34;

s2, adjusting the rotation driving block 53: after the puller bolt 5311 is loosened, the distance between each rotary driving block 53 and the center of the disc seat 522 is adjusted in a sliding manner, so that the distance between each rotary driving block 53 and the center of the disc seat 522 is consistent and is matched with the size of a rubber sealing ring to be processed, and then the puller bolt 5311 is screwed again, so that each clamping part 532 can be clamped on the rubber sealing ring to be processed;

s3, placing a rubber sealing ring: clamping the rubber seal ring to be processed between the two trimming grinding wheels 344 of each clamping and trimming assembly 34, and placing the rubber seal ring on a plane formed by the supporting roller 22;

s4: pressing down the rotation driving block 53: the lifting mechanism 4 drives the rotary driving mechanism 5 to descend, and the clamping part 532 of the rotary driving block 53 is clamped on the rubber sealing ring to be processed;

s5, rotating and trimming: the rotation of the rotary driving block 53 around the rotation center of the rotating part 52 is realized by the rotary driving mechanism 5, so that the six rotary driving blocks 53 are mutually matched to drive the rubber sealing ring to rotate, and the two trimming grinding wheels 344 of the clasping trimming assembly 34 perform trimming processing on the inner edge and the outer edge of the rubber sealing ring while the rubber sealing ring rotates;

s6, taking out the rubber sealing ring: the rotary drive mechanism 5 is lifted up, and the rubber seal ring that has finished the trimming process is taken out from the clasping and trimming mechanism 3.
