However, after the cloth is rolled, the cloth roll needs to be taken out by mechanical equipment for feeding, and the cloth roll cannot be automatically fed into the accommodating groove. Moreover, the cloth roller is difficult to take out from the inside of the cloth roll, even fixed in the inside of the cloth roll, and the cloth roller can be taken out only by machine equipment or more manpower, and the quality and the appearance of the cloth roll are easy to damage. Therefore, improvements in the prior art are needed.

s1: manually winding one end of the cloth processed at the processing equipment on a rod shaft of the inflatable shaft, driving the control equipment, inflating the interior of the rod shaft through an inflating rod at the end part of a driving arm, and enabling the driving arm to rotate, so that the rod shaft is driven to rotate through a coiling driver;

s2: the cloth is rolled in the rotation process of the roller shaft until all the rolls are finished;

s3: the manipulator is driven to clamp the fabric roll and placed on the blanking platform, and then the manipulator retracts to the original position;

s4: the cloth roll slides to the material receiving position from the blanking platform, and the air core at the position of the inflating nozzle is manually slid to deflate, so that the rod shaft is taken out;

s5: and after the cloth roll is completely blanked, the air expansion shaft is replaced, the operations are repeated, and the rolling and blanking of another cloth roll are carried out until all the operations are completed.

In a specific use, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, one end of the processed fabric is wound around the shaft 51, the control device 6 is started, the inflating nozzle 52 is inflated by the inflating rod 8 in the driving arm, so that the interior of the shaft 51 is expanded to be attached to the fabric, and the shaft 51 is rotated by the driving arm, so that the fabric roll 7 is arranged on the shaft 51, thereby forming the fabric roll 7. After the coiling is finished, the driving arm stops working, the fabric roll 7 is clamped and placed on the blanking platform 3 through the manipulator 62, then the manipulator 62 is retracted, the fabric roll 7 slides to the receiving position along the inclined blanking platform 3, the air core at the inflating nozzle 52 is manually slid to deflate, and the rod shaft 51 is taken out, so that the fabric roll 7 with a regular shape can be obtained; and after the cloth roll 7 is completely blanked, the air expansion shaft 5 is replaced, the operations are repeated, and the other cloth roll 7 is rolled and blanked until all the operations are completed.

The cloth rolling machine of the first embodiment of the invention has reasonable structure and simple use, can automatically roll the cloth, enables the rod shaft 51 in the cloth roll 7 to be quickly taken out after the rolling is finished, and simultaneously enables the cloth roll 7 to be automatically discharged and stored, thereby not only reducing the labor force of operators, but also improving the working efficiency, reducing the rolling reject ratio of the cloth roll 7 and having very high practical value.

The second embodiment of the invention discloses a cloth rolling machine, which is a using method of the first embodiment and mainly comprises the following steps:

s1: manually winding one end of the cloth processed at the processing equipment on a rod shaft 51 of an inflatable shaft 5, driving a control device 6, inflating the interior of the rod shaft 51 through an inflating rod 8 at the end part of a driving arm, and enabling the driving arm to rotate, so that the rod shaft 51 is driven to rotate through a coiling driver 61;

s2: the cloth is rolled in the rotation process of the roller shaft 51 until all the rolling is finished;

s3: after the manipulator 62 is driven to clamp the fabric roll 7 and is placed on the blanking platform 3, the manipulator 62 is retracted to the original position;

s4: the cloth roll 7 slides down from the blanking platform 3 to the receiving position, and the air core at the position of the inflating nozzle 52 is manually slid to deflate, so that the roller shaft 51 is taken out;

s5: and after the cloth roll 7 is completely blanked, the air expansion shaft 5 is replaced, the operations are repeated, and the other cloth roll 7 is rolled and blanked until all the operations are completed.

Further, the driving arm first inflates the inside of the stick shaft 51 with the inflation rod 8, and after the inflation is completed, the driving arm drives the stick shaft 51 to rotate.

Since the second embodiment is a use method of the first embodiment, the beneficial effects of the second embodiment of the present invention are the same as the first embodiment, and are not repeated herein.
