In summary, the preservation of edible package oil generally requires the addition of antioxidant or the preservation with gaseous nitrogen, the former method cannot achieve the safe and natural preservation method pursued by consumers at present, and the latter method is very difficult to ensure the effect in the actual production operation because the volatility of gaseous nitrogen is very fast.
