3) the first signal transceiving module (200) issues different commands to the corresponding wearable device (300) according to the ratio of the horizontal distance between the wearable device (300) and the hoisting device to the projection length of the boom on the ground, so that the wearable device (300) sends out corresponding warning information.

The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to provide a hoisting equipment danger early warning system for solving the defects.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a lifting apparatus with the above-mentioned early warning system, and an early warning method of the above-mentioned early warning system.

The technical scheme is as follows: the hoisting equipment danger early warning system comprises wearing equipment, a suspension arm length measuring module and a first signal receiving and transmitting module, wherein the suspension arm length measuring system is arranged on a suspension arm of the hoisting equipment and is electrically connected with the first signal receiving and transmitting module, the first signal receiving and transmitting module is arranged at the bottom of the hoisting equipment, the first signal receiving and transmitting module is communicated with the wearing equipment and is used for detecting the horizontal distance between the wearing equipment and the hoisting equipment, and the wearing equipment is controlled to send out different warning information according to the ratio of the horizontal distance to the projection length of the suspension arm length on the ground.

The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the attached drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, a danger early warning system for hoisting equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a wearable device 300, a boom length measuring module 100, and a first signal transceiver module 200. The boom length measuring module 100 is disposed on a boom of the lifting apparatus, electrically connected to the first signal transceiver module 200, and configured to measure a length of the boom of the lifting apparatus, so as to calculate a projected length of the boom on the ground and determine a dangerous area range of the lifting apparatus. The wearable device 300 may communicate with the first signal transceiver module 200, and the first signal transceiver module 200 is disposed at the bottom of the lifting device, so as to measure a horizontal distance between the wearable device 300 and the first signal transceiver module 200, that is, a horizontal distance between the wearable device 300 and the lifting device. First signal transceiver module 200 is according to wearing equipment 300 and hoisting equipment's horizontal distance and the ratio of davit length at the projection length of bottom surface, control wearing equipment 300 sends different warnings, wearing equipment 300 can be wrist strap or drop, wear on constructor's one's body, when constructor's the circular region that gets into hoisting equipment's davit and rule like this, wearing equipment 300 will send the warning under first signal transceiver module 200's control, it improves attention to warn the constructor, and in time leave the danger area, guarantee constructor's safety, reduce constructor because the probability of falling object casualty. The lifting arm of a tower crane and the like does not change the amplitude, a horizontally moving heavy object drives the lifting appliance to move along the lifting arm by means of a roadster on the lifting arm, and the length of the lifting arm is actually the distance from the lifting appliance to a stand column of the tower crane.

In some embodiments, the boom length measurement module 100 may use a distance measurement method such as laser distance measurement, ultrasonic distance measurement, or infrared distance measurement. The length of the suspension arm is preferably measured by adopting a laser measurement mode because the suspension arm is positioned at a high position when working, the middle part of the suspension arm is not provided with a shielding object, and the suspension arm is longer like a tower crane and other larger hoisting equipment. The laser emitting end is arranged at the root of the suspension arm, namely the end closer to the driving cabin, and the corresponding laser receiving end or the reflecting plate is correspondingly arranged on the roadster of the lifting appliance or the tail end of the suspension arm according to the moving principle of the lifting appliance, as shown in figure 1. There must not be a barrier between the laser emitting end and the reflector or laser receiving end.

The suspension arm of the upper rotary tower crane is basically parallel to the ground, so the projection length of the suspension arm of the tower crane on the bottom surface is actually the length of the suspension arm. In the boom crane, an included angle exists between the boom and the ground, so in order to calculate the projection length of the boom length on the bottom surface, a boom angle measuring module needs to be arranged at the root of the boom or a boom height measuring module needs to be arranged at the tail end of the boom to measure the tilt angle of the boom or the tail end height of the boom and feed back the tilt angle or the tail end height of the boom to the first signal transceiver module 200. The boom angle measuring module can select an encoder to be connected to the rotating shaft of the boom and the cockpit, and the boom height measuring module can select a laser ranging sensor, an ultrasonic ranging sensor or an infrared ranging sensor.

Specifically, the wearable device 300 may include a second signal transceiver module and a multi-color alarm lamp and/or a buzzer electrically connected thereto, and when the wearable device 300 enters a dangerous range of the hoisting device, different light alarms and/or sound alarms are issued according to a dangerous degree. Because ground shelter is more and the environment is relatively complicated, so preferably adopt wireless location to obtain the horizontal distance between wearing equipment 300 and the hoisting equipment between first signal transceiver module 200 and the second signal transceiver module, so bluetooth module, hyperfrequency radio frequency identification module or UWB module are chooseed for use to first signal transceiver module 200 and second signal transceiver module, and the signal has certain penetrability, does not receive the shelter influence. The distance between two signal transceiver modules can be measured using RSSI, AOA, TOA or TDOA methods.

In some embodiments, a weight module may be further disposed on the lifting device of the lifting apparatus, and the weight module may measure whether a heavy object is carried on the lifting device, and may only provide a minimum warning to the construction personnel through the wearable device 300 when there is no heavy object on the lifting device.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the lifting apparatus comprises the lifting apparatus danger early warning system, and the boom length measuring module 100 and the first signal transceiver module 200 can be connected to a control system of the lifting apparatus. In some embodiments, the suspension arm of the hoisting apparatus may further be provided with a projection light group 400, under the control of the control system, light rays with different colors and different ranges are projected to the ground according to the length of the suspension arm, so as to directly prompt the positions of the suspension arm and a heavy object of a ground constructor, remind the constructor to avoid the suspension arm, and further reduce the probability of the constructor being injured by the falling object.

According to the hoisting equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the early warning of the dangerous area of the hoisting equipment of constructors can be realized through the following method:

1) the first signal transceiver module 200 communicates with the wearable device 300 to detect the horizontal distance between the wearable device 300 and the hoisting device;

2) the suspension arm length measuring system detects the length of the suspension arm and calculates the projection length of the suspension arm length on the ground;

3) the first signal transceiver module 200 issues different commands to the corresponding wearable device 300 according to the ratio of the horizontal distance between the wearable device 300 and the hoisting device to the projection length of the boom length on the ground, so that the wearable device 300 sends out corresponding warning information.

In actual work, the lower part of the lifted heavy object is most dangerous, so if the ratio of the horizontal distance between the wearable device 300 and the lifting device to the projection length of the lifting arm is less than or equal to 0.6, the wearable device 300 emits green light and warning sound of 80 decibels; if the ratio of the horizontal distance between the wearable device 300 and the hoisting device to the projection length of the suspension arm is greater than 0.6 and less than or equal to 0.8, the wearable device 300 emits yellow light and a warning sound of 100 decibels; if the ratio of the horizontal distance between the wearable device 300 and the hoisting device to the projection length of the boom is greater than 0.8 and less than or equal to 1.5, the wearable device 300 emits red light and 120 decibels of warning sound; if the ratio of the horizontal distance between the wearable device 300 and the hoisting device to the projection length of the boom is greater than 1.5, the wearable device 300 does not send any warning information.

In actual work, the most dangerous range can be determined according to the size of the lifted weight, the wearable device 300 is controlled to send out the strongest warning information, and the constructor is warned to get away.
