As shown in fig. 1: the control box 2, the delivery mechanism 3, the rotary transmission mechanism 4, the temperature-controlled electric baking device 5, the oil receiving disc 6, the string receiving disc 7 and the automatic material box making device 8 are all arranged on the framework 1;

as shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, and 5: the bearing seats 4.4a, 4.4d of the rotary transmission mechanism are respectively and fixedly arranged on the left side of the upper end of the framework, the bearing seats 4.4b, 4.4c are arranged on the right side of the upper end of the framework, the synchronizing wheels 4.3a, 4.3b, 4.3d, 4.3c are respectively inserted on the left and right sides of the bearing seats on the synchronizing wheel shafts 4.5a and 4.5b, the outer sides of the bearing seats and the intersection parts of the bearing seats and the synchronizing shafts are locked by outer snap rings, the synchronizing wheels are suspended and prop against the synchronizing shafts by jackscrews to be in rotation synchronization, the synchronizing belts 4.4a, 4.4b are respectively and parallelly arranged on the synchronizing wheels on the front side and the rear side, the transmission motor 4.1 is arranged and fixed on the upper left side of the front side of the framework 1 and is locked by a coupler 4.6 and the left synchronizing wheel shaft 4.5a, a top belt wheel bracket 4.9 is arranged on the transverse rod of the framework 1 in the left and right direction and is fixed with the transverse rod, a plurality of holes are arranged on the top belt wheel bracket 4.9, the middle position, and is propped against the synchronous belts 4.4a and 4.4b, a clamp spring 4.10 is arranged on the inner side of the lower end of the top belt wheel shaft 4.7, the upper end of the clamp spring 4.10 is clamped with the upper end of the top belt wheel shaft 4.7, and the lower end is clamped with the left and right transverse rods of the framework 1; the fixed belt brackets 4.8a and 4.8b are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the transverse bracket 1.1, and one side of the embedded belt is just contacted with the synchronous belts 4.4a and 4.4 b; the control circuit of the rotary transmission mechanism is driven by a speed regulating circuit of a transmission motor in the control box, and the spare roasting string sent by the delivery mechanism is rotated from right to left at a constant speed to be turned over;

as shown in fig. 2, 4, and 5: the electric roasting tube 5.1 is arranged on the transverse bracket 1.1 of the framework 1 and is fixed by the clamping piece on the transverse bracket 1.1, the power supply of the electric roasting tube 5.1 is led out from the control box 2, the temperature sensor 5.3 is arranged at the lower side of the electric roasting tube 5.1 and is close to the electric roasting tube, and the temperature sensor 5.3 is connected and led out by the temperature control switch 5.4 in the control box 2. Meanwhile, the left side and the right side of the electric baking tube 5.1 are provided with heat insulation plates 5.2 which are separated from the synchronous belts 4.4a and 4.4 b; the temperature control electric oven tube is controlled by a temperature control switch, the temperature control switch is controlled by a temperature sensor, when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor is higher than a preset temperature value of the temperature control switch, an internal contact of the temperature control switch is switched off, otherwise, the temperature control electric oven tube is switched on;

as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 4: the seasoning box support 8.1 in the automatic seasoning box device 8 is arranged at the left and right middle positions of the upper end of the fixed belt support 4.8b, the seasoning box 8.2 is clamped between the two groups of seasoning box supports 8.1 through a central shaft 8.3, two rows of discharging holes 8.8 are arranged at the bottom of the seasoning box 8.2, the rear side surface of the seasoning box 8.2 is provided with a vibrating motor 8.4, the front side surface is provided with a tension spring 8.5, one end of the tension spring 8.5 is connected with the upper end of the seasoning box 8.2, the other end is connected with the fixed belt support 4.8a, and the photoelectric sensor 8.6 of the automatic seasoning box device 8 is arranged on the fixed belt support 4.8; as shown in fig. 6: when the roast string rotates to the sensing range of the photoelectric sensor, the internal contact of the photoelectric sensor is switched on, meanwhile, a signal is transmitted to the time delay on-off circuit, the time delay circuit determines the power-on time of the vibration motor, and the amplitude regulating circuit controls the amplitude of the vibration motor (namely controls the amount of the condiments added to the roast string by the feeding box);

as shown in fig. 2: the oil receiving disc 6 is fixed by four vertical pillars at the inner side of the framework 1, a front cross bar and a rear cross bar are respectively fixed on the left and the right, and the oil receiving disc 6 can be pulled out at any time; oil drops dripping during baking are dripped into the oil receiving disc 6, wherein a small amount of water is discharged from the oil receiving disc 6 to instantly cool the oil drops, and the generated oil smoke is reduced.

As shown in fig. 2, the right side of the string receiving plate 7 is fixed on the upper left side of the framework 1 and the outer frameworks of the synchronous wheels 4.2a and 4.2d, the left end of the string receiving plate 7 is slightly lower than the fixed side, so that the cooked strings can be dripped into the plate, and the string receiving plate 7 is the last process for stringing the baked strings on the rotary transmission synchronous belt into the plate.
