The common deslagging method is manual deslagging by raking or scraping. When the scraper is used for deslagging, slag, an oxidation film, impurities and solidified metals can be adhered to the surface of the plate, when deslagging is continuously and repeatedly carried out by the scraper, every time deslagging is carried out, the front surface and the back surface of the scraper can be solidified or adhered with adhered matters which are difficult to clear, manual removal is needed, and the scraper is very troublesome and difficult to effectively clear, so that production is influenced.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provide a cleaning device which can effectively remove the adhesive on the board surface, has a simple and reliable structure, and is time-saving and labor-saving.

A device for removing the adhered material on the surface of a plate comprises a door-shaped frame, a cylinder seat arranged in the door-shaped frame, a guide rod cylinder arranged on the cylinder seat, a scraper knife arranged at the bottom end of the door-shaped frame, and a scraping plate which is arranged at the front end of the guide rod cylinder and can move in a reciprocating manner; the scraper knife comprises an upper scraper knife and a lower scraper knife, the cutting edges of the upper scraper knife and the lower scraper knife are respectively attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the scraper blade, and when the guide rod cylinder pushes the scraper blade to move in a reciprocating mode, the cutting edges of the upper scraper knife and the lower scraper knife are used for removing adhered objects on the upper surface and the lower surface of the scraper blade.

The scraper blade drives reciprocating motion through the guide rod cylinder, and the motion is steady and laborsaving. The scraper knife and the scraper blade are both arranged on the door-shaped frame, the door-shaped frame is only required to be arranged on the auxiliary mechanical arm, the front end of the scraper blade is inserted into the liquid level of the molten metal through the mechanical arm, the guide rod cylinder is started, and the molten slag, the oxidation film, impurities and the like on the liquid level can be removed. When the guide rod cylinder retracts, the scraper is driven to retract, and the blade surface is attached to the scraper knife of the scraper, namely, the adhered materials on the upper surface and the lower surface of the scraper are removed. The invention has simple and reliable structure, can efficiently remove the adhesion on the board surface without manual operation, improves the production efficiency and ensures the safety of workers.

Detailed Description

The device for easily removing the plate surface adhesive shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3 comprises a door-shaped frame 1, a cylinder seat 2 arranged in the door-shaped frame, a guide rod cylinder 8 arranged on the cylinder seat, a scraper knife arranged at the bottom end of the door-shaped frame, and a scraping plate 4 which is arranged at the front end of the guide rod cylinder and can reciprocate; the scraper knife comprises an upper scraper knife 3 and a lower scraper knife 5, the cutting edges of the upper scraper knife 3 and the lower scraper knife 5 are respectively attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the scraper blade, and when the guide rod cylinder 8 pushes the scraper blade 4 to move in a reciprocating mode, the cutting edges of the upper scraper knife 3 and the lower scraper knife 5 are used for removing the adhered matters on the upper surface and the lower surface of the scraper blade. Two sides of the cylinder seat 2 are connected and fixed on the door-shaped frame through screws 10.

The upper blade 3 and the lower blade 5 can be overlapped by lugs and fastened and connected by screws 6 as shown in the figure.

The scraper knife can also be made into a frame-shaped structure with a notch in the middle, and the scraper blade 4 is inserted into the notch and can move back and forth; the upper and lower notch surfaces of the notch are made into blade surfaces to form an upper scraper and a lower scraper, and the two blade surfaces are attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the scraper.

Hanging plates with inserting openings are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the door-shaped frame 1, and the rear ends of the scraping plates 4 are inserted into the inserting openings and fixed by fastening screws 7. The scraper 4 can also be mounted on the bottom of the door-shaped frame by adopting other structures.

As shown, the scraping plate 4 is generally provided as an inclined plate which is installed to be inclined downward toward the inside of the gate frame so as to extend below the surface of the molten metal. The guide rod cylinder 8 is arranged in the door-shaped frame at the same inclination as the scraper, and the blade surface of the scraper is obliquely attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the scraper.

The top of the portal frame can be provided with a mounting hole 9 so as to facilitate the portal frame to be mounted on an auxiliary control device, for example, a mechanical arm, the front end of the scraping plate 4 is inserted below the liquid level of the molten metal through the control of the mechanical arm, and the portal frame moves forwards, so that slag, an oxidation film, impurities and the like on the liquid level can be removed. And then the guide rod of the guide rod cylinder is started to retreat, the scraper is driven to retreat, and the blade surface is attached to the scraper knife of the scraper, namely the adhered matters on the upper surface and the lower surface of the scraper are removed. Then the guide rod of the guide rod cylinder is pushed forward again, the scraper is reset, the next slag removal operation is carried out, and the operation is repeated in such a way, so that the actions of continuously and alternately removing slag and cleaning the adhesive on the surface of the scraper are realized, and the device is efficient, labor-saving, safe and reliable.
