Background

In civil air defense engineering, a hinge plate for protecting a door frame is manufactured separately and then welded on the door frame;

referring to fig. 1, the hinge plate includes a rectangular hinge plate body 1, two reinforcing ribs 11 are arranged on one side surface of the hinge plate body 1 in parallel, one end of each reinforcing rib in the length direction extends out of the hinge plate body 1, each reinforcing rib 11 is provided with two threaded through holes 111 penetrating through the reinforcing ribs 11 and the hinge plate body 1 along the thickness direction of the hinge plate body 1, and four threaded through holes 111 on the two reinforcing ribs 11 are arranged in a square shape.

The existing processing mode is to utilize a manual measurement mode to perform blanking of parts of the hinge plate body, reinforcing rib assembling, marking, sample punching positioning and drilling by a drilling machine; in the prior art, due to the technical level and proficiency limit of workers, the production efficiency is low, and the quality problems of low precision and the like of products occur.

the punching positioning die comprises a rectangular second bottom plate which is horizontally arranged, four through holes which penetrate through the second bottom plate along the vertical direction are formed in the second bottom plate, the centers of the four through holes are arranged in a square mode, and downward flanges are arranged on any two adjacent sides of the second bottom plate.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a hinge plate positioning and punching die comprises a welding positioning die and a punching positioning die;
