Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 16, the following technical solutions are adopted in the present embodiment: an automatic cigarette packing machine comprises a feeding conveying device A, a package pushing device B, a lower film assembly C, a film folding track D, a false line prevention device E housing assembly F and an upper hot component and a lower hot component G, wherein the feeding conveying device A is arranged on the right side of the housing assembly F, the package pushing device B is arranged at the right end of the interior of the housing assembly F, and the left end of the feeding conveying device A extends to the interior of the housing assembly F and is matched with the package pushing device B; the upper end of the housing component F is vertically provided with a lower film component C, and the lower film component C is matched with the left side of the package pushing device B; a film folding track D is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the left side of the housing component F and matched with the left side of the lower film component C; an upper ironing component G and a lower ironing component G are arranged on the left side of the housing component F, the left end of the film folding track D extends to the upper part of the working table top of the upper ironing component G and the lower ironing component G, and the left end of the film folding track D is matched with the upper ironing component G and the lower ironing component G; an anti-counterfeiting wire device E is optionally arranged on the lower film component C and is positioned at the upper end of the film folding track D. The overall arrangement of complete machine is comparatively novel, and parallel feeding, parallel ejection of compact can become a comparatively complete continuous-flow type production line in the workshop overall arrangement, and feeding, ejection of compact mode front and back can be convenient link up cartoning machine, case packer etc..

Referring to fig. 3-4, the feeding and conveying device a includes a fixed block 1, a stop strip 2, a first servo motor 3, a driven roller bearing 4, a conveying belt 5, side plates 6, an L-shaped fixing member 7, a motor fixing plate 8, a dust-proof housing 9, a lower ironing plate 10, a support frame connecting member 11, a support rod 12, a triangular support frame 13, anchor screws 14, a driven roller 15, and a connecting plate 16, wherein the side plates 6 on the left and right sides are fixedly connected with the connecting plates 16 on the front and rear ends to form a frame, the driven roller 15 is arranged inside the left end of the frame, the driven roller bearing 4 is arranged between the end of the driven roller 15 and the side plates 6, the motor fixing plate 8 is arranged on one side of the right end of the frame, the first servo motor 3 is mounted on the motor fixing plate 8, the first servo motor 3 is located on the lower portion of, a transmission chain 10 is arranged in the dustproof housing 9, a power output end is connected with a driving roller inside the right end of the frame through the transmission chain 10, and a driven roller 15 and the driving roller are externally provided with a conveying belt 5; the outer wall of one fourth of the right end of the frame is symmetrically provided with L-shaped fixing pieces 7, the upper ends of the L-shaped fixing pieces 7 are symmetrically and fixedly provided with fixing blocks 1, and a pair of stop bars 2 is symmetrically arranged between the two fixing blocks 1; the lower part of the right end of the frame is connected with a support rod 12 through a support frame connecting piece 11, a triangular support frame 13 is installed at the lower end of the support rod 12, and a foundation screw 14 is arranged at the lower end of the triangular support frame 13.

According to the product width, adjust the width of both sides shelves strip 2, if will connect the cartoning machine, loosen support frame connecting piece 11, triangular supports frame 13, height-adjusting, the fixed screw again, through the opening and stopping and the speed of servo motor 3 control conveyer belt 5.

Referring to fig. 5-10, the bag pushing device B includes a rail base 17, a pushing plate 18, a bag pushing fixing plate 19, a bag pushing guide rail mounting plate 20, a linear rail 21, a distance sensor 22, a fixing device 23, a screw 24, a bag removing rod 25, a bag pushing driving plate 26, a bag removing pressure rod 27, a bag pushing plate 28, a connecting rod 29, a cam fixing seat 30, a cylindrical cam 31, a slide rail fixing seat 33, a slide rail seat 34, a slide block 35, a slide block fixing block 36, a bag pushing rod 37, a bearing 38, a rotating shaft 39, a main motor 65, a chain transmission mechanism 66 and a connecting rod slide block mechanism 67, the rail base 17 is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the housing assembly along the length direction of the housing assembly, a pair of linear rails 21 are symmetrically installed on the rail base 17 along the length direction, the distance sensor 22 is installed at one side of the right end of the rail base 17, the bag pushing driving plate 26 and the bag, the bag pushing drive plate 26 is provided with a bag removing rod 25, the bag pushing guide rail mounting plate 20 is connected with a bag removing pressure rod 27 through a fixing device 23 and a screw 24, the bag removing pressure rod 27 is buckled with the bag removing rod 25, the bag pushing guide rail mounting plate 20 is fixedly connected with the bag pushing fixing plate 19, and the end part of the bag pushing fixing plate 19 is fixedly provided with a push plate 18; a slide rail seat 34 is longitudinally arranged along the length direction of the slide rail fixing seat 33, a slide block 35 is slidably matched on the slide rail seat 34, a slide block fixing block 36 is fixedly arranged on the slide block 35, a top wrapping rod 37 parallel to the slide rail seat 34 is arranged on the slide block fixing block 36, a top wrapping plate 28 is arranged at the upper end of the top wrapping rod 37, and a bearing 38 and a rotating shaft 39 are arranged at the lower part of the top wrapping rod 37; a connecting rod arranged at one side of the sliding block fixing block 36 is connected with one end of a connecting rod 29 through a bearing, the other end of the connecting rod 29 is connected with a cam fixing seat 30, a cylindrical cam 31 is arranged on the cam fixing seat 30, the shaft of the cylindrical cam 31 is connected with the power output end of a main motor 65 through a chain transmission mechanism 66, the chain transmission mechanism 66 is connected with a connecting rod sliding block mechanism 67, and the end part of the connecting rod sliding block mechanism 67 is connected to a bag pushing driving plate 26; the cross-sectional shape of slide rail fixing base 33 is the L type, and its right angle department is provided with reinforcing plate 32.

In the normal movement process, the bag pushing drive plate 26 drives the bag pushing fixing plate 19 to reciprocate on the linear track 21; under the card package condition, take off a packet pole 25 and can pop out and take off a packet depression bar 27 to push away a packet fixed plate 19 and will not follow to push away a packet drive plate 26 motion, in addition will push away a packet fixed plate 19 and push away distance sensor 22's induction position at the in-process of returning, give the signal of telecommunication and make whole equipment stop motion. The driving wheel (the cylindrical cam 31) rotates anticlockwise by the main motor 65 through the chain transmission mechanism 66, and then the top packing plate 28 intermittently moves up and down through the connecting rod sliding block mechanism 67, so that the whole packing pushing action is completed by matching with the packing pushing mechanism shown in fig. 7. The top bag overload device is shown in fig. 9, a slide block 35 moves on a slide rail seat 34 under the driving of the top bag overload device, a top bag rod 37 with a circular notch is fixed on a slide block fixing block 36, the top bag rod 37 is fixed by a bearing 38 in the normal movement process and reciprocates up and down, if a bag is clamped (namely an overload condition), the top bag rod 37 is separated from the bearing 38, and therefore the damage of a packaged product and the damage of equipment can be prevented.

In the bag pushing assembly, the bag releasing rod 25 is matched with the bag releasing pressure rod 27 with the V-shaped inclined surface, and the bag ejecting rod 37 is matched with the bearing 38, so that the product can finish reciprocating motion back and forth and up and down under normal conditions, equipment parts and packaged products can be protected from being damaged under the abnormal condition of bag clamping, and the protection capability of the equipment for dealing with the accident condition is greatly improved. Photoelectric sensors are arranged on two sides of the upper top bag, so that the equipment can react to the product on the conveying belt at the first time, the equipment is guaranteed not to do redundant actions, materials are not wasted, and the stability is improved.

Referring to fig. 11-12, the lower film assembly C includes a first air cylinder 40, a head support rod 41, a rotating handle 42, a pressing plate 43, a film roller 44, a blower 45, a film winding drum 46, and a film roller 47, the film rolling device comprises a servo motor II 48, a cylinder II 49, a roller film frame supporting leg 68, a beam I69, a beam II 70, a mounting plate 71, a driving roller 72 and a squeezing roller 73, wherein the roller film frame supporting leg 68 is connected with a film rolling barrel 46, the same side of the roller film frame supporting leg 68 is horizontally connected with the beam I69, the beam I69 is provided with a plurality of film rollers 47, the other end of each film roller 47 is connected with the beam II 70 parallel to the beam I69, the mounting plates 71 are symmetrically arranged at the end parts of the beam I69 and the beam II 70, the driving roller 72 and the squeezing roller 73 are arranged between the two mounting plates 71, one end of the driving roller 72 is connected with the power output end of the servo motor II 48, and the two ends of the squeezing roller 73 are matched; the lower end of the mounting plate 71 is inserted with the head support rods 41, the upper part between the two head support rods 41 is horizontally provided with the roller film rod 44, the rear side of the roller film rod 44 is provided with the air blower 45, the upper end of one side of the air blower 45 is provided with the first air cylinder 40, the lower part of the roller film rod 44 is horizontally provided with the pressing plate 43, the two ends of the pressing plate 43 and the roller film rod 44 are both connected with the head support rods 41 through the rotating handle 42, and the head support rods 41 are uniformly provided with threads matched with the rotating handle 42.

The transparent film is placed on a film winding drum 46, and then passes through a film roller 47, a servo motor II 48 is matched with an intermittent air cylinder II 49 to extrude the packaging film to be transmitted to the pressing and packing mechanism of the figure 11, and the complete film discharging device is formed. According to the size of a product, the height of the roll film frame is adjusted, the rotating handle 42 is screwed after the height is determined, meanwhile, the height adjusting method of the bale pressing plate 43 is similar to the adjustment of the roll film frame, the first air cylinder 40 drives the bale cutting plate, and the packaging film is cut intermittently and regularly.

Referring to fig. 13, the film folding track includes a film folding cylinder 50, a film folding plate 51, a point ironing plate 52, a flat ironing plate 53, a point ironing cylinder 54 and a flat ironing cylinder 64, the pair of film folding plates 51 are oppositely disposed, the film folding cylinder 50 is connected to the outer side surface of the film folding plate 51, the point ironing plate 52 is connected to the end of the film folding plate 51, the point ironing plate 52 is matched with the point ironing cylinder 54 outside the point ironing plate 52, the flat ironing plate 53 is connected to the end of the point ironing plate 52, and the flat ironing plate 53 is matched with the flat ironing cylinder 64 outside the point ironing plate 53.

The distance between the film folding plates 51 on the two sides is adjusted and fixed according to the size of the product, the product enters from the package pushing device B and passes through the film folding plates 51, the point ironing plates 52 and the flat ironing plate 53, and the whole film folding and ironing process is completed.

Referring to fig. 14, the housing assembly includes a protective door 55, a housing frame 56, door fasteners 57 and an electrical control cabinet 58, the protective door 55 is installed on the side of the housing frame 56, the door fasteners 57 are installed on the protective door 55, one end of the housing frame 56 is connected to the electrical control cabinet 58, an electrical control circuit connected to the feeding and conveying device a, the bag pushing device B, the lower film assembly C, the film folding track D and the upper and lower ironing assemblies G is installed inside the electrical control cabinet 58, and the electrical control circuit is shown in fig. 16.

The housing frame 56 is an aluminum profile and the guard door 55 is a stainless sheet metal piece, fitted with uniform style door fasteners 57. According to actual conditions, different with the spring door handle design of existing equipment, this embodiment adopts key lock knocker, and the purpose of doing so can avoid non professional to the maloperation of equipment, avoids the unnecessary injury, protects staff's personal safety, and this kind of design makes whole equipment more succinct pleasing to the eye moreover.

Referring to fig. 15, the upper and lower ironing assembly includes a control panel 59, a lower pressing cylinder 60, a rocking handle shaft 61, an upper ironing plate 62, a lower ironing plate 63, a mounting bracket 74, a lifting bracket 75 and a frame 76, wherein the mounting bracket 74 is disposed in the middle of the upper end of the frame 76, the control panel 59 is disposed on one side of the mounting bracket 74, the rocking handle shaft 61 is horizontally disposed on the upper portion of the mounting bracket 74, the lifting bracket 75 is disposed below the rocking handle shaft 61, the helical gears at the upper portions of the two ends of the lifting bracket 75 are engaged with the helical gears at the two ends of the rocking handle shaft 61, the upper ironing plate 62 is disposed at the lower end of the middle portion of the lifting bracket 75, the upper ironing plate 62 is connected with the lower pressing cylinder 60 in the middle of the lifting bracket.

The rocking handle shaft 61 is manually shaken according to the size of a product, the height of the whole upper ironing plate 62 is controlled through bevel gear transmission, finally, the upper ironing plate 62 is made to reciprocate with a small distance up and down by a lower pressing cylinder 60 controlled by a solenoid valve, and the temperature of the upper ironing plate 62 and the lower ironing plate 63 is controlled by a control panel 59.
