4) According to the invention, when the distance between the hoisted object and the obstacle reaches a set limit value, the hoisting device can be stopped to run in a dangerous direction or stop, and when the deflection angle of the hoisted object exceeds a set value, an alarm can be given out, so that the field safety is effectively ensured.
