The existing edge-sliding type winding machine is semi-automatic, for example, chinese patent document CN207458758U discloses an annular coil winding machine, which mainly comprises a coil clamping and supporting mechanism, a winding mechanism, and a wire storage ring opening and closing assembly, wherein the winding process of the coil is as follows: 1) feeding a coil annular framework: the opening and closing handle of the wire storage ring opening and closing assembly is manually operated, the wire storage ring is driven to open and close the wire storage ring at a certain angle through the shifting shaft, after the coil annular framework is placed among the three rubber wheels, the handle transmission assembly is manually pulled to drive the three rubber wheels at the end part of the elastic clamping jaw to clamp the coil annular framework, and then the opening and closing handle of the wire storage ring opening and closing assembly is manually operated to restore the wire storage ring to a closed state; 2) wire storage: the enameled wire is manually penetrated through a through hole on a side plate of the wire storage ring and then knotted, a wire winding motor of the wire winding mechanism drives the wire storage ring to rotate, so that the enameled wire is wound on the wire storage ring, and then the enameled wire is cut off by scissors; 3) winding: manually fixing one end of an enameled wire, driving a wire storage ring to rotate by a winding motor, driving the enameled wire to be wound on a coil annular framework by a wire leading device on the wire storage ring, and driving three rubber wheels to rotate in the same direction by a rotating motor through a universal joint to drive the coil annular framework to rotate when the wire storage ring acts; 4) coil unloading: the handle of opening and shutting of the wire storage ring opening and shutting assembly is operated manually, the wire storage ring is driven to open and shut a certain angle through the shifting shaft, then the handle transmission assembly is pulled, the three rubber wheels at the end part of the elastic clamping jaw are driven to loosen the annular framework of the coil, and therefore the wound coil is taken out. Therefore, the invention provides a full-automatic edge-sliding type annular winding machine which comprises a winding mechanism, a positioning and clamping mechanism, a loading and unloading mechanism, a wire feeding mechanism, a wire shearing mechanism, a wire fixing mechanism and a control system, wherein the winding mechanism is arranged on the winding mechanism; the wire winding mechanism is provided with a wire winding ring, wherein the wire winding ring is provided with an openable gap and a wire hanging structure which is suitable for fixing one end of a wire during wire storage; the positioning and clamping mechanism is arranged close to the winding ring, is suitable for clamping a workpiece and drives the workpiece to rotate; the loading and unloading mechanism is suitable for clamping the workpiece to enter and exit the positioning and clamping mechanism; the wire feeding mechanism is suitable for fixing one end of a wire on the wire hanging structure; the wire cutting mechanism is arranged close to the wire between the wire feeding mechanism and the positioning and clamping mechanism and is used for cutting off the wire after the wire is stored in the wire winding ring; the lead fixing mechanism is suitable for fixing the free end of the cut lead before the workpiece is wound; and the control system is connected with the winding mechanism, the positioning and clamping mechanism, the loading and unloading mechanism, the wire feeding mechanism, the wire cutting mechanism and the wire fixing mechanism and controls the work of each mechanism.

The loading and unloading mechanism and the lead fixing mechanism are the same mechanism, and the same mechanism comprises at least one manipulator suitable for loading and unloading, clamping the free end of the lead and a power mechanism suitable for driving the manipulator to act.

The manipulator comprises a first manipulator suitable for loading or clamping and fixing the wire and a second manipulator suitable for unloading or clamping the wire, and the power mechanism comprises a first power mechanism and a second power mechanism which are respectively arranged corresponding to the first manipulator and the second manipulator; before the workpiece is wound, the second manipulator clamps the free end of the wire from the outer side of the winding ring, conveys the free end of the wire from the inner side of the winding ring to the first manipulator, and clamps and fixes the free end of the wire by the first manipulator.

The first power mechanism and the second power mechanism respectively comprise a clamping driving structure, a lifting driving structure, a telescopic driving structure and a rotary driving structure, and the clamping driving structure is suitable for driving the mechanical arm to clamp or open; the lifting driving structure and the telescopic driving structure are suitable for respectively driving the manipulator to move up and down and back and forth; and the rotation driving structure is suitable for driving the mechanical arm to rotate.

The second power mechanism further comprises a transverse driving structure, and the transverse driving structure drives the second mechanical arm to switch between the outer side and the inner side of the winding ring.

The wire feeding mechanism comprises a moving seat, a wire clamping piece, a wire feeding driving piece and a wire pressing structure, wherein the wire clamping piece is fixedly arranged on the moving seat, and a through hole for the wire to penetrate out is formed in the wire clamping piece; the wire feeding driving part is connected with the movable seat and is suitable for driving the movable seat to reciprocate towards the winding ring so as to fixedly connect the wire penetrating out of the wire clamp with the wire hanging structure; and the wire pressing structure is arranged on the movable seat, is positioned on one side of the wire clamp far away from the winding ring and is used for fixing or loosening the wire.

The line pressing structure comprises a first pressing block, a second pressing block and a pressing driving piece, and the first pressing block is arranged on the movable seat; the second pressing block is opposite to the first pressing block; and the compression driving piece is connected with the second compression block and is suitable for driving the second compression block to move towards the first compression block in a reciprocating mode so as to fix or release the lead.

The wire winding ring further comprises a ring opening driving mechanism which is suitable for driving the gap of the wire winding ring to be opened or closed, the ring opening driving mechanism comprises an eccentric shaft and a driving rod driving structure, two ends of the eccentric shaft are respectively provided with a split ring driving piece and a driving rod, and the split ring driving piece is abutted to the inner wall of the wire winding ring; and the driving rod driving structure is connected with the driving rod, is suitable for driving the eccentric shaft to rotate through the driving rod, and drives the driving rod to move towards the direction close to or far away from the winding ring.

The driving rod driving structure comprises a driving rod mounting seat, a ring opening and closing driving piece and a ring opening deviation driving piece, wherein the driving rod mounting seat is provided with an open slot for the driving rod to rotate and driving arms positioned on two sides of the open slot; the driving rod mounting seat is arranged on the eccentric shaft, and the driving rod mounting seat is connected with the driving rod; and the loop opening offset driving piece is connected with the driving rod mounting seat and is suitable for driving the driving rod mounting seat to move towards the direction close to or far away from the winding loop.

The positioning and clamping mechanism comprises three positioning rods and a positioning rod driving piece, positioning wheels suitable for clamping and driving the workpiece to rotate are arranged at the end parts of the three positioning rods close to the wire winding ring, and the three positioning wheels are arranged in a triangular shape; and the positioning rod driving part is connected with the positioning rods and is suitable for driving the positioning wheels of the three positioning rods to clamp or loosen the workpiece.

The wire hanging structure is the gap of the wire winding ring, and when the wire is hung, one end of the wire is tightly clamped and fixed at the gap by the wire winding ring under the action of self elasticity.

The thread cutting mechanism comprises a thread cutting piece and a thread cutting driving piece which is suitable for driving the thread cutting piece to move and cut the conducting wire.
