The base 701 can be pushed conveniently, in the press mounting process, the output shaft of the horizontal pushing oil cylinder 9 retracts to be separated from the contact with the oil cylinder pushing frame 719, so that the motor is in a transverse floating state in the press mounting direction, and end covers or bearings at two ends can be guaranteed to be pressed in place simultaneously.

In order to facilitate the operation of an operator, the hydraulic pump station 2 is arranged on the left side of the rear side of the equipment platform 3. The hydraulic pump is arranged on the side of a non-operator, so that the operation of the operator is facilitated.

In order to prevent crushing of the end caps, the hydraulic pump station 2 is provided with a hydraulic proportional valve, which is connected to the control device 1. The pressing force can be conveniently adjusted, and the end cover is prevented from being crushed through pressure adjustment.

During operation, an operator switches to a corresponding motor type through the control device 1, the motor placing plate 714 is lifted to a corresponding height, so that the height difference between the central position of the hydraulic press-mounting mechanism 6 and the height difference between the motor placing plate 714 basically meets the motor installation requirement, the motor is hoisted in place, the rotating mechanism is controlled through the control device 1, the motor rotates 90 degrees in the horizontal direction, the front end of the motor base faces the operator, the operator inserts the motor rotor, then the bearing inner cover and the end cover at the front end are installed, after the installation is completed, the threaded through hole of the end cover and the threaded hole of the motor base are pre-screwed through bolts, after the completion, the rotating button of the control device 1 is pressed, the motor rotates 180 degrees, the rear end faces the operator, the bearing inner cover and the end cover at the rear end are installed, after the installation is completed, the same, the threaded through hole of the end cover and the threaded hole of the base are pre-, after the press mounting is finished, the motor shaft is rotated by 90 degrees, so that the direction of the motor shaft is horizontal to the press mounting direction.

An operator switches the equipment to the function of a pressing end cover through the control device 1, the pressing force is controlled to a relatively small value through a proportional valve, so that the pressure can press the end cover in place without damaging the end cover, when the end cover is pressed, the output shaft of the horizontal pushing oil cylinder 9 returns to be separated from the contact with the base 701, the base 701 can transversely slide, the height of the motor placing plate 714 is adjusted through the lifting mechanism, the floating tip 603 is completely aligned with a tip hole of a motor rotating shaft, centering confirmation on the control device 1 is completed by pressing, the workbench automatically descends by 1mm to make up an air gap between a rotor and a stator, then under the control of the control device 1, 2 pressing oil cylinders 601 on the left side and the right side of the motor end cover of the hydraulic pressing mechanism 6 synchronously start to press the end cover, and after the pressing is in place, the hydraulic pressing mechanism 6 returns.

The rotating mechanism rotates 90 degrees, the front end of the motor faces to an operator, the locking assembly workbench 7 is controlled by the control device 1 to be incapable of moving and rotating, the operator screws the end cover bolt in place by using a pneumatic screwing gun, and the bearing is installed, the rotating mechanism rotates 180 degrees, the rear end of the motor faces to an operator, similarly, the operator screws the bolt in place, the bearing is installed, the rotating mechanism rotates 90 degrees, the motor rotates to the state that the motor shaft is horizontal to the press-fitting direction, the control device 1 switches to the function of pressing the bearing, the output shaft of the horizontal pushing oil cylinder 9 retreats and is separated from the contact with the base 701, the base 701 is in a sliding state, the control device 1 controls the press-fitting force to a relatively large value through a proportional valve, the hydraulic horizontal pushing mechanism is aligned with the motor shaft, the bearing is pressed in place, and after a set pressure value is reached, the hydraulic horizontal pushing mechanism is separated from the base 701.

After the press mounting is finished, the rotating mechanism rotates by 90 degrees, the front end of the motor faces to an operator, a front end bearing outer cover is installed, and a bolt is screwed down; the rotating mechanism rotates 180 degrees, the rear end of the motor faces an operator, a rear end bearing outer cover is installed, the bolt is screwed, after the bolt is screwed, the rotating mechanism rotates 90 degrees, the operator hangs the motor off the equipment through a hoisting tool, and installation is completed.

Can effectively realize inserting a series of operating functions such as rotor, pressure end cover, pressure bearing, installation bearing inner and outer lid and wrong screw to the motor, realize unitized motor device, optimize the assembly process through this equipment, promote assembly efficiency greatly, reduce intensity of labour.

The above-described modular motor assembly plant illustrated in fig. 1-4, which is a specific embodiment of the present invention, already presents the outstanding essential features and remarkable improvements of the present invention, and it is within the scope of protection of the present solution to modify it equally in shape, structure, etc. according to the practical needs of use, and with the teaching of the present invention.
