The invention has the beneficial effects that: after the cashmere is bleached, a softening agent and a swelling agent are added, so that the hand feeling of the cashmere fiber can be effectively improved. The softening agent disclosed by the invention has the advantages of stable performance, small dosage, biodegradability, environmental friendliness and yellowing resistance, and is a novel green softening agent.
