Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of small transmission ratio range, large volume and no benefit to electromechanical integration of the existing speed reducer, the invention provides a speed reducer which adopts two planetary gear sets sharing a planetary gear, and the different rotating speeds of two coaxial positive and negative sun gears drive the common planetary gear and a planetary arm to revolve for mechanical transmission.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: two sun gears in the two planetary gear sets are arranged on the same axis, so that the two sun gears share one or more planetary gears. The two sun gears rotate in a positive-negative mode on the same axis to serve as input sun gears, the positive sun gear serves as a positive sun gear, the negative sun gear serves as a negative sun gear, the cylindrical gear fixedly connected with the negative sun gear serves as a negative gear, the cylindrical gear fixedly connected with the positive sun gear serves as a spur gear, the positive sun gear, the negative sun gear, the positive gear and the negative gear are all on the same axis, the shaft of the negative sun gear connected with the negative gear serves as a negative shaft, and the negative shaft is connected with the negative sun gear and the negative gear at two ends through center holes of the positive sun gear and the spur gear. And the planet wheel shared by the two sun wheels is used as an output planet wheel. The input gear drives the reverse gear to rotate reversely, and simultaneously drives the positive input gear and the positive driven gear to rotate reversely, the positive driven gear drives the spur gear to rotate positively, the spur gear is fixedly connected with the positive sun gear, and the reverse gear is fixedly connected with the reverse sun gear, so that the two sun gears rotate positively and reversely, when the rotating speeds of the two sun gears are different, the common output planetary gear and the planetary arm are driven to revolve around the axis line of the sun gear, and the planetary arm drives the output shaft to output corresponding rotating speeds.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the structure is simple and compact, the volume is small, the power is large, the transmission ratio range is large, the production process is simple, the production cost is low, and the electromechanical integration is easier.

When the number of revolutions of the reverse sun gear 3 is larger than that of the positive sun gear 7, and the direction is opposite, the reverse sun gear 3 rotates for more than the number of revolutions of the positive sun gear 7, the reverse sun gear 3 rotates for more than the number of revolutions, the output planet gear 8 is driven to rotate, the positive sun gear 7 is fixed, the output planet gear 8 rotates, the planet arm 10 is driven to revolve around the sun gear when the output planet gear 8 rotates, and the planet arm 10 drives the output shaft 12 to output corresponding rotating speed. The same principle applies when the positive sun gear 7 rotates more than the negative sun gear 3. When the input gear 1 rotates to drive the counter gear 2 to rotate reversely, the counter gear 2 drives the counter sun gear 3 to rotate reversely together. Meanwhile, the input gear 1 can drive the positive input gear 4 and the positive driven input gear 5 to rotate reversely, the positive driven input gear 5 can drive the spur gear 6 to rotate positively, and the spur gear 6 can drive the positive sun gear 7 to rotate positively. The rotation directions of the positive sun wheel 7 and the negative sun wheel 3 are opposite, the rotation speed of the negative sun wheel 3 is determined by the setting of the input gear 1 and the negative sun wheel 2, the rotation speed of the positive sun wheel 7 is determined by the setting of the input gear 1, the positive input gear 4, the negative input gear 5 and the spur gear 6, so that the negative sun wheel 3 and the positive sun wheel 7 can set different rotation speeds according to different requirements, and the directions are opposite, so that the output planet wheel 8 and the planet arm 10 can be driven to revolve around the sun wheel, the planet arm 10 drives the output shaft 12 to rotate, and the output shaft 12 can obtain corresponding output rotation speed.
