Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of mineral processing grinding ball production, in particular to an automatic cooling device for a high-temperature grinding ball. Background

In the field of mining industry, ore grinding is an important component of mineral separation operation, grinding balls are ball stones which are widely used as ore grinding media, during ore grinding, ores and the grinding balls are arranged in a barrel of a grinding machine, and the barrel drives the grinding balls to generate complex impact, grinding and shearing effects on the ores during rotation, so that the ores are finally ground.

These two approaches have mainly the following disadvantages: the labor intensity of manually carrying the high-temperature grinding balls is high, the working environment is severe, personal accidents are easily caused by the sliding of the grinding balls in the stacking and discharging processes, and cooling water is easily polluted, is not easy to recover and has large loss; in the second mode, the high-temperature grinding balls are immersed in the water tank to generate a large amount of water vapor instantly, personal accidents are easily caused, the water loss amount is large, the cooled grinding balls need to be fished out manually, and the automation degree is low.

Therefore, how to solve the problems of time and labor waste, large water loss, easy personal injury and the like in the high-temperature grinding ball cooling operation is a technical problem which needs to be solved by technical personnel in the field at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an automatic cooling device for a high-temperature grinding ball, which can realize automatic cooling operation of the high-temperature grinding ball, and has the advantages of low labor intensity, small water loss and high safety. Another object of the present invention is to provide a grinding ball producing apparatus including the above high temperature grinding ball automatic cooling apparatus.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an automatic cooling device for high-temperature grinding balls, which comprises a water spraying cooling tank, a soaking cooling tank filled with cooling water, a sliding chute used for rolling the grinding balls and a spiral elevator used for lifting the cooled grinding balls to a specified position, wherein one end of the sliding chute is used for connecting an outlet of a grinding ball production line, the other end of the sliding chute extends downwards and extends into the soaking cooling tank through the water spraying cooling tank, a water spraying device used for spraying water to the grinding balls is arranged above the water spraying cooling tank, the bottom of the spiral elevator is immersed into the soaking cooling tank, and the bottom end of the lifting groove of the spiral elevator is connected with the bottom end of the sliding chute.

Preferably, the water spraying cooling pool is positioned between the grinding ball production line and the soaking cooling pool, and the water spraying cooling pool is higher than the soaking cooling pool.

In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

The high-temperature grinding ball automatic cooling device mainly comprises a sliding chute 4, a water spraying cooling pool 2, a soaking cooling pool 3 and a spiral elevator 5, wherein one end of the sliding chute 4 is used for being connected to an outlet of a grinding ball production line 1, the other end of the sliding chute 4 extends downwards and extends into the soaking cooling pool 3 through the water spraying cooling pool 2, a water spraying device 6 used for spraying water to the sliding chute 4 is arranged above the water spraying cooling pool 2, cooling water is filled in the soaking cooling pool 3, the bottom of the spiral elevator 5 is immersed in the soaking cooling pool 3, and the bottom end of a lifting groove of the spiral elevator 5 is connected with the bottom end of the sliding chute 4.

On the basis of the above-mentioned specific embodiments, in order to make the grinding balls smoothly roll from the sprinkling cooling pool 2 to the soaking cooling pool 3 along the sliding chute 4, the high-temperature automatic grinding ball cooling device provided by the invention preferably arranges the sprinkling cooling pool 2 between the grinding ball production line 1 and the soaking cooling pool 3, and the sprinkling cooling pool 2 is higher than the soaking cooling pool 3.

Further, the bottom of the sprinkling cooling pool 2 can be communicated with the top of the soaking cooling pool 3, so that the water sprinkled by the sprinkling device 6 to the sprinkling cooling pool 2 can be converged into the soaking cooling pool 3, and the uniform recovery is convenient. In actual production, the time of the whole cooling process of the high-temperature grinding ball is generally controlled to be about 1min, the residence time of the grinding ball in the soaking and cooling pool 3 is generally controlled to be about 30s, the surface temperature of the grinding ball is generally reduced to be below 100 ℃ after the grinding ball is soaked in water and cooled in the soaking and cooling pool 3, and no water vapor is generated.

Specifically, the sprinkler 6 may include a plurality of nozzles, and the plurality of nozzles may be disposed at intervals along the extending direction of the chute 4, for uniformly spraying water to the chute 4. The number and the arrangement mode of the spray heads are not particularly limited, and the spray heads can be adjusted according to actual conditions, for example, the spray heads can be uniformly distributed along the edge of the sprinkling cooling pool 2 to uniformly spray water into the sprinkling cooling pool 2, and the protection scope of the invention is also within the protection scope of the invention.

On the basis of the above embodiments, the automatic cooling device for high-temperature grinding balls provided by the invention can be provided with a cooling tower 8 above the sprinkling cooling pool 2, the sprinkling device 6 is connected with a water outlet pipe of the cooling tower 8, and the cooling tower 8 provides cooling water for the sprinkling device 6.

In practical production, the amount of circulating water can be generally determined by calculation according to the formula Q of 30 × M, where Q is the amount of cooling circulating water and is M3And M is the production capacity of the grinding balls and is expressed in t/h.

In addition to the above-mentioned automatic cooling device for high-temperature grinding balls, the present invention also provides a grinding ball production device including the above-mentioned automatic cooling device for high-temperature grinding balls, and the structure of other parts of the grinding ball production device is referred to the prior art, and will not be described herein again.
