The display panel is characterized by being divided into a display area, a transition area and a bending area, and comprises a flexible substrate, a buffer layer, an array substrate, a pixel definition layer, a supporting layer and a thin film packaging layer which are arranged in a stacked mode;

the array substrate comprises a grid electrode insulating layer, a dielectric layer first flat layer, a second source drain layer and a second flat layer;

the display panel comprises a first groove which is arranged in the bending area, penetrates through the dielectric layer, the gate insulating layer and the buffer layer and is recessed in one side surface of the flexible substrate; and

and the second groove is arranged in the transition region, and penetrates through the supporting layer, the pixel defining layer, the second flat layer and the first flat layer.

the first flat layer fills the first groove;
